The manager gets an easy access to observe the workers’ performances if they work outside their cabins. For an instance, every individual performs way better if he knows there is an eye over him. Therefore, working outside cabinets is much more reliable.
On the other hand, functioning while sitting together can be disturbing for a few and may also hamper a person’s privacy. To add on, when people sit next to each other they frequently start talking much which distracts their assigned task. Also, numerous jobholders prefer to work alone in their own comfort zone which is not possible without having closed working space.
