In this modern era, consuming junk food is becoming the latest trend which surely has adverse effects on the consumer. Although there are numerous people who ignore the troubles created due to this food, I fully agree that intake of food, not cooked at home, has long-term issues.

First and foremost, it is intuitively obvious that not eating home-cooked eatables not only makes a person lazy but also dependent. To put it in other words, an individual finds it easy to order food instead of cooking it which makes him lethargic. Additionally, if someone doesn’t prefer to cook continuously, he becomes more liable to others. For example, many students studying abroad are seen buying food on daily basis due to which they are never used to making a meal for themselves. Thus, it is plausible that this habit can create serious issues in a person’s life.

Secondly, this dangerous food can also lead to many severe health diseases and obesity. To add on, a person becomes a couch potato and gains so much weight that consequently it becomes difficult to reduce at later stages. In addition, one can be struck with an incurable ailment. For instance, it has been observed in recent data recorded by the Scientific Research society that the deadly disease of cancer is increasing due to the high intake of fried food prepared in re-heated oil by restaurants. Hence, it is intro-controvertible that prolonged complications could occur because of these unhygienic edibles.

    To conclude, after agglomerating the
aforementioned writing, it is right to state that the consumption of meals from
outside the home’s kitchen is multiplying every day. All this is detrimental in
terms of health as well as the culture of humankind.
