Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to request you that allow me to transfer my work location to the Jeddah site which is nearby my hometown.
I have been working with this organization for 15 years, and have presently taken charge of the Riyadh region as a sales manager. My family is living in Aziziya, and I have to stay alone in Riyadh for a long time, so now I would like to stay with my family.
I would like to request to approve my transfer to the headquarter which is situated in Jeddah, that is around 50 kilometers far from my hometown, thereby I could do up and down from my home to the office.
As I have to pay my accommodation rent annually which is going to finish at the end of this month, it is better if I can move before the first day of next month, so I don’t have to renew the contract.
