The given line graph illustrates the robberies of vehicles in Great Britain, Sweden, France and Canada from 1990 to 1999, a period of nine years. Overall, the cases of vehicle robberies in Great Britain, France and Canada minimally fell, whereas the robberies in Sweden went up.

In 1990 Great Britain recorded the highest thefts of vehicles with approximately 18 per thousand vehicles, followed by Sweden, Canada and France. After a few fluctuations the cases in Great Britain decreased to nearly 16 thefts per1000 vehicles, on the other hand Canada and France were showing approximately the same counts, except in the interval between 1993 to 1999 in which the robbery cases in Canada was leveled off with approximately 5 thefts per 1000 vehicles but in France it reached a high of nearly 7 thefts per thousand vehicles and slightly came down at the same count of Canada.

In contrast to this Sweden was showing upward trend. However apart from a brief leveled off between 1996 to 1998, the robbery cases in Sweden rapidly escalated till 1999 with nearly 12 thefts per 1000 vehicles. Despite of this rapid increment the theft cases in Sweden was still less than that of Great Britain.

  • It is often believed that men are stereotypically more competitive than women. I completely disagree with this opinion. In this essay will discuss firstly, the role of women in the economical development and secondly, their historic participation, followed by a reasoned conclusion.

Today women are financially independent as men. They are working in various fields to support their family and hence play a virtual role in the economical development of a country. The increment in the economical growth due to the rising participation of women is evidenced by various surveys all around the world. But in some developing countries women are still not allowed to work and participate in the financial decisions.

The participation of women in shaping the history of entire world can not be ignored. By glancing at the history we come to know about many women leaders who ruled the nation and passed the laws that effect the entire country. For instance, Queen Victoria ruled England and many colonies made by her. In India Rajiya Sultan was a muslim ruler, moreover, women actively took part in the protests and revolutions. In some situations women supported their kingdom from behind that’s why their name are not in the history but their struggle was appreciated.

In conclusion, women and men are equal in every aspect. It is recommended that the government in the developing countries should pass laws for supporting women so that they can showcase their abilities.
