    Hi Disha,

    I hope you and your family are doing good in these difficult COVID times.

    For the current ongoing COVID situation in our country, I have recently taken an initiative to help people in need by recycling the old but usable products by creating a website where people can post the used products. One of my friend is also a part of this initiative but unfortunately none of us know how to build such website so if you can help us.

    For the basic setup, we will need pictures of few products to start with, like old clothes or maybe unused furniture and for product details, each product post will have minimum of one picture to attach, price, condition of the product, if the price is negotiable or not, etc. To start with, both of us have a few items to sell, or maybe you can also add up a few if you wish. I wish to that maximum number people should be able to use this portal so for that, we will need a very easy format to put up posts, as not all are acquainted with using online websites.

    I visualize the website as it has something which is very user-friendly, yet attractive. The vibe of the website should be catchy, although it is a platform of old products exchange. No one likes to see a mundane page right? I am open to any kind of suggestions or changes and also we can discuss about your charges to create one so both of us get benefited out of this.

    Looking forward to have a word with you and start the process as soon as possible.

    Dear Mr.Sharma,

    I am writing this letter in correspondence to my absence in the Annual conference meet last week.

    Because of a medical emergency of one of my relative, I could not attend the event. I got a call just when I was leaving, and I had to rush at the place. My maternal uncle met with a serious accident and I had to rush for help immediately.

    I apologize for my absence at the meet but it was important to go as he is 75 years old, living alone, had tripped from the stairs and had fell unconscious, because of a serious head injury. On the primary basis, the neighbors had called for an ambulance and hospitalized him immediately, but even in this semi-conscious state, he was only reciting my name so I got a call from the hospital just when I was leaving for our event. I had also updated to my team leader regarding the situation via message and about the sensitivity of the situation.

    However, I had called one of my team mate to make minute notes of the event for me and brief me when we catch up back in the office. He has also recorded some videos for few topics that he thought were extremely important that he has shared and I have already gone through, so I do have a brief insight of the event.

    I hope you will understand my situation and excuse me for my absence this time.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am writing this letter to give my feedback and requesting a refund, regarding a mug I recieved yesterday, which I had ordered from your website last week.

    I had ordered a light pink colored oval shaped ceramic mug, with silver glitters on the handle and was too excited to receive the product as the image shown on the website was very flattering. But I was disappointed when I received the product, as it was in a distorted state and also the color was not the one that I ordered.

    I would appreciate if you can look into this and issue a full refund according to your policy assuring the same within 7 days. The order number of the product is #7811569 and the payment was made through credit card. I am attaching the invoice document along with the image of the damaged product I received so you will have a clear picture of the scenario.

    In addition to this, can you please provide me instructions on the same email address for returning the product and whether I should be initiating the return process or you will send someone at my corresponding address, stated in the invoice.

    I look forward to get a positive response from your end.
