Nowadays it is a debated frequently in public that machines are overtaking jobs which were previously occupied by humans. This essay will examine the advantages and disadvantages of machine dominance in the job market and will try to provide a logical conclusion.

The two main advantages of using machine for the jobs are the accuracy in the results and the availability over human resources. Firstly it has to be admitted that as humans are prone to make erroneous outcomes, while a well designed machine will produce accurate and precise output. This will be one of the crucial factor as business are mainly evaluated on the final result that it showcase to public. For an instance many hospitals are using robots in their surgical operations to acquire a better result. As machines can work without any time restriction, companies which are taking advantage of machine are bound to create more goods thus makes huge profit as well.

On the other side as machines overtake the human jobs, it spread a imbalance in the economical stability of the middle class society. As the job opportunities are filled up by the machines the economical activity which supposed to happen through middle class in the society tends to slow down. When the job requires creative skills, machines are less reliable, and in such domains human resources will yield first preference.

Although machine interventions brings few negatives, the quality and stability it added through the industrial revolution should be highly appreciated. Society should be able to accept the change happening outside and should be capable to accommodate the changes by transforming themselves with adequate education and training. It is sure that though machine can replace human, there will be multiple other opportunities it creates in the related fields which will cover the job scarcity.

Generally, most of the people have an opinion that students should learn languages at early stages of schooling while few others have a feeling that it can wait little longer. In my opinion it is always better to teach languages at their preliminary stages of education. Anyway, we will look at perspective in this essay to gain more clarity.

It is well known that childrens are willing and can learn, grasp at a good pace compared to the others and this capability aid them in succeeding the circumstances. Along with that there is a common saying that whatever we learn at the early childhood will be stick with us ever and I strongly hold on to this fact based on my own experience from life. For an instance I can still recall the nursery rhymes at present also without any flaw.

On the other side few individuals clearly stand with an outlook that languages can be taught at later stage without any hindrance. As they believe other subjects are more essential compared to the languages, students are forced to skip the other. Nowadays it is very common approach that parents and school authorities are considering technical skills are more vital instead of languages and that influence is playing a critical role on this shift. While we are living in a time where technology leads the world and society is forced to follow the trend, which restrain us from blaming those who keep language as the least priority.

Anyway, language is the primary medium which assist us to convey our ideas to the world. It is miserable being in a state where one having enormous knowledge and skills, however failing to convey it due to the inability in language. This should be addressed at any cost by providing adequate training on language sooner or later in the phase of curriculum.
