The cases of obesity are increasing globally among teenagers, but some people believe its government duties and others believe its parents who are responsible for it. In my opinion, both of them are equally responsible for it. In this essay, there will be a logical explanation of both views along with a conclusion.

Government plays a major role in regulating the health of their youth. They should take measures such as putting unhealthy food on high taxes and introduce exercise compulsory during their school. By increasing the tax on junk food there price also rise as a result they become expensive and unaffordable. In other words, children can’t regularly spend their money on fatty foods or drinks. Also, including physical activity when they are in premises of institute they engage in exercise and learn ways to work upon their health. For instance, half an hour of physical activity during there assembly daily can be good action taken for their students and it is improving there health out of compulsion.

Caretaker should also be held accountable for deceasing fitness of their children. They should educate there offspring and engage them is some form of physical activity. Teenagers are spending there most of their time guardians, it’s parents responsibility to teach them about importance of nutrition, portion size and how unhealthy eating pattern and lifestyle are affecting there physical and mental health. Parents have major role in the shaping the lives of there little ones, hence, they should use this role wisely by involving them in exercise. In order words, they should instill necessity of workout for leading long and disease free life.

In conclusion, some people stand with the viewpoint that government is held answerable for deteriorating for there youth obesity, others hold guardians responsible for it. Both parties contribute to poor health to growing children, they should do effort from there end to make future generation fit and active.

In many countries, the current global obesity epidemic rate has risen among children. The government and parents equally play a major role in sharing the responsibility. As far as I am concerned, the state has the main role, but the control is over parents.

In particular, the government has the authority to reduce the obesity rate by enacting real reforms. The state should start pressurizing new laws like an extension of physical activity hours. This will make them maintain their physical health. For instance, children spend most of their time in school. Introducing activities like daily exercises and yoga may help to stay calm and fit. Moreover, higher taxes on soft drinks, fast foods, and unhealthy products would make them circumvent healthy foods. For example, many African countries are shifting to healthy diets. Instead of buying fast food, they prefer to cook meals that are free from preservatives. This is also due to the higher cost of fast foods in developed countries.

Turning to the side of the parents, they shape their children by insisting them what to do and what to not. Firstly, parents should spend time with their children by taking them to parks, playgrounds, etc., where they could more sweat and not become stout. For example, involving children in extracurricular classes like swimming, and badminton would help them overcome obesity problems. Secondly, parents should provide children with healthy foods. Making tastier foods using healthy vegetables may want them to eat. For instance, instead of buying products with sugar, they can be made with jaggery at home.

In a nutshell, the duty should be shared by both government and parents. Since today’s children are future hope, we should concentrate more on building their health stronger. The government should start imposing strict rules and parents should serve children healthy foods.

In most of the countries, obesity among youngsters has become a matter of concern. Though, people think that the ruling party should take necessary steps to solve this health issue according to me parents also play an important role in reducing this problem.

Introduction of physical activities like Yoga, Aerobics, Swimming and few out door games such as Football, Basketball, Volley ball etc. should be made compulsory for school children to keep them active inside the campus. Marketing of Junk foods through advertisements can be reduced so that children can adapt themselves to healthy eating habits. Teaching the importance of eating fresh and healthy food everyday should be made mandatory inside the school. Fixing more taxes on junk foods will help to reduce the consumption. These are some of the simple steps which can be implemented by the Government to keep this issue in check.

However, we can understand that the authorities have certain limitations in removing such health issues from our society. Parents or guardians should encourage the kids to eat food which are freshly prepared at home. They should avoid buying unhealthy food from hotels or nearby restaurants. Importance of homemade food should be taught to them from their childhood. Children can be allowed to go out and play everyday in the evening at least for one hour to keep them active and disease free.

To conclude, state has got its own responsibility to lower the increase of life style diseases. However, one should understand that the parents are also equally responsible to curb this issue.

In the recent years, we are observing adolescent especially teen age group are facing several health issues. Obesity is one of major health problem among them. In the western countries, the prevalence is much higher as compare to developing nations. If the problem related to health issues is rising more frequently in children, Government should take some necessary action to prevent obesity and other common health issues in children and I believe parents and school administration has equal responsibility to deal with problem in adolescent

Firstly Government has health department, they should start surveys on adolescent obesity and its consequences in social communities. On the basis of data, Government should begin campaign or awareness program, for instance Govt. of India has successfully implement “Khelo India, “Run India and healthy India” campaign and Yoga day celebrations in school and colleges across India. Such initiatives play a crucial role in awareness about good health and fitness.

Furthermore in the present time our children are living in virtual world they are sticking with electronic gadgets, they spend their free time in computer games rather than play in fields. their food habit is also important cause of obesity, they eat unhealthy fast food a lot therefore there should be some restriction. There should be fix screen time and outdoor games time should be monitored by parents. Both parents and school administration teach their children about healthy food habits and benefit of physical activities.

In summery I must say our children are the future of our nation it’s our responsibility to give them right directions for healthy and wealthy nation. In the recent years, we are observing adolescent especially teen age group are facing several health issues.
