    You have eaten at a restaurant and it was such a terrible experience that you have decided to inform the manager by letter of what happened and that you want your money back. Things to include:
    – Facts. You need to be concise but explain what happened.
    – Polite. No one responds to insults.
    – Outline what you wish from this. What do you want to happen?
    – Firmness. You want to be taken seriously.

    Respected sir,

    I am writing this letter to inform you regarding the bad experience i had at your restaurant.

    I am Sripriyadharshini. I visited you restaurant today(07/07/2022) by 5:00 PM. First, I ordered fried rice which was listed as the bestseller in the menu. Usually to prepare a fried rice it might take around 15-20 minutes but I had waited for around 1 hour to get my first order. Rice was not even got boiled fully it was half cooked in a hurry and the food was oily. I asked the waiter to replace the food or to bring it back cooking properly but the waiter refused the request and started arguing with me. I really got fed up with the waiter’s action and left the place by paying the bill Rs.200. Restaurants are were people experience varieties of food. They should try to provide the good quality,quantity and better customer service which will make the customers to come again. Please do refund the amount paid for the food and make sure to bring better customer service and tasty food.

Usually, preparing a bowl of fried rice takes around 15-20 minutes, but I had to wait for an hour to get my first order served. When I tasted the dish, it was quite bland. Moreover, the rice was half-cooked and the food was oily. I asked the waiter to replace the food or to bring it back after cooking properly but the waiter refused to adhere to my request and started arguing with me. I got fed up with the waiter’s action and left the place after paying the bill of Rs.200. Restaurants are where people experience scrumptious meals. They should try to provide quality food at an affordable price and better customer service so that it is appealing to the customers. Please do refund the amount paid for the food and make sure to bring better customer service and tasty food.
