I believe, hardwork and smart work are two different things, two different ways to complete a single task. It is like both side of a single coin. In hardwork we only give our a lot of time to a single work. But in smart work we efficiently manage the task as well as the time to do multiple things. In hardwork our approach is conventional, but in smart work we use our creativity to do that work in a different way. In hard work a simpler process is followed. We use direct approach to do certain amount of work. But in smart work we devide the work in certain ways like :-planning, organizing, delegating, through which we can achieve our target in lesser time. In hardwork our main objective is to achieve a goal but in smart work we can achieve the goal and learn new things .That will give us a accomplishment feelings. So I prefer smart work over hard work.because through smart work I’m achieving my goals as well as becoming a creative person. So I chose this.

    I will prefer both Mam,

For the success of any individual or the organisation we require both hard and smart work. If we think Big we have to wrok hard to get the things done.

I dont think hard work and smart work are two sides of the coin, it always goes hand in hand. Efforts has to be put to get something and in the process of getting something, it is up to the individual or organization how efficiently or how innovatively they put the efforts.

Hard work and smart work are like two wheels of the engine if anyone is missing, it cant be run. Similarly if we want the success we have to work hard but ‘Smartly’.

For success and to lead good life .one should require both hard work and smart work.hard work is not substitute for smart work as well as vice versa.

Clearly Smart Work, because hard work MAY or MAY NOT get you to your destination but Smart Work will do the same thing as hard work but in lesser time.

Don’t get me wrong, hard work is still required but smart work is just a booster in which you use your brain instead of breaking your back at work.

    Thank You,

I definitely prefer smart work over hard work.

In my opinion to do smart work one will have prior experience or might have done hard work in gaining efficiency at work. With the hard work done, we tend to test results with easy tricks and hints and get successful. This way spending less time and doing smart work, one can get enough time to improve their skillset to grow professionally in their field of work.

Obviously smart work but not all work can be done smartly. We should always be proactive towards hardwork aswell. For an example, if you want to learn a new skill then you should put lots of initial effort.
