Over the last few decades , crime rate among teenagers has risen drastically and there are various possible reasons associated with it , which we will discuss in the paragraphs given below along with the measures that can be taken to avoid such crimes.

To commence with , firstly , the primary reason of why the crime rate has went up is peer pressure and the urge to get accepted in certain group among children. This can be clearly seen by the number of cases that happen every year where teenagers get arrested for crimes such as drug selling and steeling things to afford products or things that their parents can not buy just to be able to show that to their friends.

Another very significant method that can help is involving teenagers into various extra curricular activities that the child is most interested in such as camping , singing , dancing etc. ,thus distracting them from any other inappropriate activity. To conclude , I would like to say that though crime rate among teenager has hiked immensely but if taken proper course of action can be avoided to a great extend.

As mentioned in the below paragraph, I am explaining the reasons for crime and the ultimate solution in our society or countries.

As we observed that many teenagers have low sources of income or lack of jobs in the countries to survive, so to fulfill their basic needs many teenagers start unethical activities like theft, killing, abusing, kidnapping, etc. to fulfill their ultimate needs and some of them take hypertension that causes to strat more drinking and smoking. Another reason for increasing crime is that people are not practicing their religious or societal norms or having low awareness about these kinds of ethics that how to behave in society.

Governments have strong influences on the society to control or reduce crime by implementing justice and law, creating education and awareness in the society by using social media that how to avoid such kind of crimes. However, governments should create more job opportunities and training center for the teenager where they can earn and groom themselves very well.

Moreover, religion also plays a vital role to minimize the crime rate, for example, in Islamic countries like Saudi Arabia, UAE, Iran, etc. where people strictly follow the laws of Islam there we have seen a very low crime rate because Islam strictly prohibited the use of alcohol, killing, discourage divorce and promote equal rights for the men and women the but those countries where no religion followed they have very high crime rates like 80% to 84%.

In conclusion, we can control the crime rate in our countries or society if Governments play their active roles and parents should take responsibility to look after their children and fulfill their needs until they have some other source of earning. As well if teenagers strictly follow the norms and values of their religion or societies, it will also help to reduce the crime rate

When we look into what fueled this drastic increase in teenage crime rates ,we could come up with a handful of reasons which begins from one’s home itself. Most of the children who had grown into teenage criminals were brought up with little or no guidance or from their parents or guardians. As we know the character development of a human being is at its peak during the early childhood days, where one’s character or self can be nurtured with values if guided properly. Apart from home, the education system of a country often neglects its responsibility in shaping the generations by administering value education in curriculum.The lack of proper guidance in choosing friend circles ,most teenagers fall prey into viscous cycle of drugs or alcohol where they loses their self-respect and rationality leading to crimes.Uncontrolled access to media at a young age often leads children to innumerable traps awaiting for them in the virtual world luring them by offering monetary or other forms of benefits. For instance, the famous killer game Bluewhale gained attention of the whole world by its ability to trap people ,among which the major focus was on teenagers.

The situation can be tackled with proper and timely measures taken by government which is need of the hour. Education curriculum must focus on children being instilled with moral education which includes teaching of human values and harmony in family and society.Stringent laws and actions against crime can be brought by the government to cause fear amongst teenagers . Moreover, the juvenile organisations of each country must assure that the children or teenagers are raised in a healthy and proper environment by their parents or guardians at their homes. Students in schools must undergo regular counselling and trainings on character development and should be undergone through cultural and physical activities improving their rational thinking ability. Children must be brought up with the awareness of the hazards awaiting for them in the society such as media threats and traps, drugs or even at times toxic friendships. Apart from these, parents or guardians must be made aware of their responsibility in raising their children as responsible citizens, whose negligence at times can lead their own children grow into criminals.

Thus, together the government, educational systems, parents and guardians must pave ways for their children to grow into responsible citizens who are aware of universal human values they must abide.

One of the major growing concerns that have brought to society’s attention is the conclusive rise in the cases of teenage crimes that have been observed in many countries over the last few decades. It is very important to get to the root of this problem and know why it occurred.

Some reasons for the growth of this issue is because of the environment they are brought up in, there may be cases where these teenagers may have faced violence in their surroundings, whether it is in the form of domestic abuse, school bullying, cases of mental torture, gaslighting or in worst case scenario child abuse. This type of acts eventually leads to breeding more violence, thus putting the child through mental warfare at such a young age which potentially converts these into crime.

Another reason may be because the psychological condition of the child because the mental state of any person plays an important role in determining the difference between right and wrong, thus it is very detrimental for the child to be guided in the right path. Some of the issues affecting the psychology of the child can be the peer pressure to follow their friends even if it is wrong, inferiority complex, low status in terms of wealth.

So, every problem needs some solutions and to prevent further crimes is to immediately report such cases of violence to the concerned authorities. For instance, the promotion of child helpline numbers among kids by conducting such awareness programs in schools, by television advertisements and on other platforms like social media. This problem can also be prevented if the teachers are made to create social awareness clubs discussing these issues and make the child aware of them. Another solution to the child’s psychological condition is to provide counsellors and make the parents understand the importance of therapy.

I think this problem can be prevented if society and the parents themselves make an environment that is comfortable for the child, by making these changes there is potential to make the child feel happy and safe.

Teenagers are becoming fond of precious items as mobile, watch, branded clothes even motorbikes as well. Some of them are going to club with paying steep cost. To full-fill their desire and maintain status they commit crime by robbery, drug supplier and others as well. Another main reason is glorification of violence in films and electronic media. All of these can influence the impressionable mind of a teenager. They might even arrive at the conclusion that it is fashionable to be a criminal.

To tackle these issues, parents can play vital role for them and societies. As they are main responsible. They should avoid family breakdown at any cost being a role model. They should mentor their children specially in adult with kindness and love. Parents should have a healthy environment to their child in all ages. They should closely monitor their children activities in school or playing ground as well.
