    Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to inform you that an article about my hometown which has been published in your magazine recently has got some wrong information.

Since the article was about my hometown, I found it quite interesting to go through it in detail. Though, most of the particulars were rightly mentioned but few details about the places in and around my town were mentioned wrongly. The places around my birth place are Chennai Central, Beach, Perambur and Villivakkam. But, in your article Tambaram is given which is very far from that spot.

Wrong details will lead confusion among the readers and mislead them when they visit the place. Being a best sold magazine it is always better to publish the correct particulars after collecting the datas from reliable sources.

Please take necessary action at the earliest to edit and reprint the write-up in your next week edition.

    Thanking you,

    Yours faithfully,

    Banumathy

Bhanumathy Ideas are coherent but clarity about (Incorrect information) is missing.

You have to make it clear in the first para ,whats wrong in that article.

In second para write about it more clearly.

    Dear Mr. James,

I am Sherry from Maharashtra, writing this letter to inform you that there is a mistake noted about my town Nasik in an international magazine and I would like to bring to your notice.

In Times Square Magazine, I found a mistake it was mentioned Nasik is a city of Tomatoes, rather it is a city of Grapes. Nasik is well known as Wine City because here on the farms we can see huge grapes cultivation and it has the best climatic conditions to grow grapes.

International tourists often buy Times Square Magazine for their leisure purpose during their travel, to kill the time. So, it is very important to give the contents in the magazine with detailed research. Otherwise, this can mislead people and they tend to end up with wrong information about specific things.

I would suggest all the copies which are published on 24th October 2021 should be not circulated as they contain wrong information. The publishers should always cross-verify before it is printed.

Looking forward to seeing to this matter asap.

    Thanks,

    Yours Sincerely,

    Sherry

    Dear sir/madam,

After having seen your article in your travel magazine last weekend which wrote about various places to visit in Kurali and entry fee. I saw some error in the provided information.

You mentioned in the article about Rose garden that carnival is held twice a year and there is also entry fee for visiting that place. However, carnival is held once a year and entry is fee for all the visitors.

Thus, I would request you rectify the mistakes as it will affect the tourists because it will disappoint them and they won’t able to see the carnival for which they have arrived. Also, money they spent on trip will be wasted. Above all these mistakes it will hamper the goodwill of our country and state.

I would request to make up for the mistake which you have done. A fresh article should be published stating error committed and mention all the correct information. So that the trust of audience stays intact.

If you require any information, feel free to contact me.

    Your sincerely

    Dear Editor,

I am writing this letter to inform and notify you on the false information posted about famous Meenakshi Temple in your last week magazine under article “Heritage”.

In that article, it was mentioned that the Meenakshi Temple is located at the bank of the Cauvery river and it was built by Chozha Emperor. Actually, the temple is located at the bank of River Vaigai and it was built by Pandian Emperor.

As a reader of your magazine, I initially astonished on seeing a false information published in a renowned magazine where many young readers are following the articles published in it . I believe that a magazine or a newspaper plays a major role in delivering the facts and truths to the people and especially renowned and reputed magazine like “Frontline” should pay more attention on the facts before publishing. So, I request you to repost the article in the next week publish of the magazine with the proper facts and truths.

    Thank you

    Dear Sir,

I want to highlight the recent mistake in one of the article which was published in the January edition of your magazine ‘The Quest’. The map of the state Maharashtra was depicted incorrectly, in which the entire district of my town was shown in neighboring state.

It is important to show the correct geographical boundaries of province as people have emotions attached to it. Sometimes these small mistakes can take political flavors which does not create a conducive environment for peace, for which we all strive for. Also, your magazine is referred by many students who are preparing for various exams and if they consume the wrong information than that will cost them in exams.

Please sure to take official references whenever you have to show any factual geographical information so that such mistakes can be avoided in future. Also, please make sure you highlight this mistake in your forthcoming edition so that your readers are aware of it.

    Your Sincerely,

    Rajesh
