I am writing this letter requesting that there is no children’s park in our locality. The children have to play on the road which is very dangerous. As you know now-a-days children avoid going out to play the are magnetized to the electronics, which is a bad sign for their health, eyesight and much more. It is, therefore, requested that a Municipal Park should be set up in our locality for children. There are a number of plots lying vacant in this locality. A suitable one may be selected for the purpose.

I, Suhas, resident of Spring society. I am writing this letter, to request a children’s park near our society. We have requested same to our local leader, who suggested to inform you by writing a letter.

Near our locality, We have only one small park which takes 45 minutes to walk. Most of the parents doesn’t go to that park as it is far away from our society. Many society members don’t have cars to drive to the park.

In our society, most of the members are of age 50 plus, and they every day does walk on the footpath which is risky, as some of the members are 65 plus. the footpath is not in good condition too.

As I have mentioned above we need a children park near our society, so kids can play together with their grandparents and they will get a place to relax and walk.

I am requesting you to build children park at a walkable distance from our society which can be used for elder people too.

I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the way your restaurant is playing music and the sounds out of it. This is causing a lot of inconvenience and disturbance to me and my family along with the surrounding neighborhood.

I would like to inform you that there is a lot of noise pollution occurring from your restaurant throughout the day and especially during the evenings and nights. Due to this, it is causing a lot of disturbance to me during my working hours, not only me but also have kids who do study for their examinations and also elderly parents with heart diseases.

Since this is causing a lot of trouble to my family and also other neighbors, I request you to take immediate action to the persistence of the issue so that would help everyone. I kindly request you and your staff to reduce and keep the volume under control and add soundproof walls.

If this issue continues, I want to warn you that I will be reporting to the local community office and the police station about the inconvenience and getting the restaurant closed due to the impact on the health and personal life of our surroundings. So, I want you to be aware of the next actions if you do not control and maintain the sound as per local regulations which is less than 90 decibels as per the local audience.

I hope you would take proper and necessary actions to resolve this issue as soon as possible to control further actions.

Dear Mr. Mayor,

I am a resident of the Eagan suburb which is located under your ordinance, and I am writing this letter to request you to build a children’s park in the Eagan Area.

As you’re already aware that there is a lot of growth in the area and the total population has increased tremendously in the past 5 years which has reflected the growth in the total number of children that study in Eagan High School from 100 to 450 in these years. There is no recreation area, picnic spots, or at least a children’s park in the community. I would like you to request to consider building one in the next year.

Since most of the children, spend most of the day studying they would need a recreation area to relax and play with the children of their age from the neighborhood. As of today, there is no interaction among the children even though they are neighbors.

Indeed, this would directly impact the physical and mental growth of the kids. This would provide an opportunity to develop and improve social, interpersonal, and communication skills as they interact more with children of their age.

Not only for the kids this would also improve the local amenities and the development of the neighborhood. I hope you would consider my request and plan for a park in our community that will provide children an opportunity to get out of their routine.
