I am writing this letter to bring to your notice the issue of frequent interruption to my Wi-Fi-connection since for a week now.
While I am experiencing this problem at my end, a similar complaint has been raised by our neighbor to my adjacent apartment. I understand this looks to be generic issue to our locality which needs immediate attention.
My nature of job demands me to be connected to network all the time. This involves attending international calls on VOIP which requires a stable and high-speed internet connection. Added to this, my kid’s school are online for a while now, where they have to upload their assignments quite often. These reasons have made the internet an indispensable commodity to us.
I believe the issue looks to be streaming up from the main router catering to our area. The same issue was noticed last year. I request to take immediate action to change this device and test the unit for its operation.
Also kindly accept complaints over phone as I noticed that the customer care numbers are always busy.
Looking forward for early resolution for this issue.

Through this letter I want to take your attention towards the internet connectivity issues in ashiyana.
Since past 5 days I am facing sever connectivity issues, whenever I troubleshoot it shows everything is fine but when I start to work on my company software’s it works very slow I tried to get it resolved form their part but they say it is the issue with Internet Service Provider.
My job demands a very high speed internet connectivity due to this ongoing issue I am not able to work properly , I even have to go on leave because of this and also while I am in a meeting it automatically logs me out of it.
I would like you to please solve this ongoing connectivity issues so that everything can work smoothly and also it is getting very hard to reach out to customer care , Please help with that too.

Make use of punctuation to increase the readability otherwise band score will not go beyond 5 in Grammatical range and accuracy.

The internet connection which was initially set up (supposed to provide 100 mbps speed that guarantees an uninterrupted internet connection. However, this does not seem to be the case.) as people are working….

With due respect, I am writing this letter to bring it to your notice about continuous interruption of my wifi service through service provider since last week.
From our end, the connection could be as low as 1kb/sec and for loading one page it’s taking atleast 5minutes. I am taking job Interviews through online Zoom meetings which demands high speed internet
with proper signal.
I wonder if you can send people to Inspect my geographical location so as to boost up my Internet services and suggest me if we need to install new modem. I am trying to reach out you through customer care but every time getting continous engage. plz help me to locate my problem.

Hello Beam Area Manager,
I am Deepti. I am a resident of the society Manjeera Diamond Towers, Nallagandla, Hyderabad. I’d like to point out a concern regarding the internet connection problem in our Nallagandal area Pincode 500046. We are the consumer of your Beam Broadcom service. For a couple of days, my whole society is facing an internet connection issue. Either internet speed is very low or no connection at all.
Example If we try to browse the google.com it takes at least 10 mins to show page OR else if no connection then we get an error “Internet connection error, contact with your service provider for a better experience”
Furthermore, a few people from my community raised the incidents from the phone to your service center, the operator shared steps and informed them to follow it. Like, reset the router settings, plug out and plug in the Broadcom box, however, nothing worked to fix the problem. One of the cases numbers which you can refer to is the following case number: 874639
As a community, we had a meeting, so we all concluded it can be a case that the fiber line of our area is damaged since a few days back a road repair work was completed nearby our Manjeera Diamond building.
We would like to request you to visit our area and check if the issue is related to the cable line of the internet or it is related to something else. Help us to understand how quickly you and your team can fix it. We need the solution of this ASAP because many people from our residence are working from home moreover children are also attending their classes from home as per pandemic restrictions.

Stick to the pattern as discussed in the class.

I am writing this letter to complain you about poor internet connection issue we are facing these days.
I stay in Madinaguda colony, where most of the people use your broadband. For few days we have been observing the interruptions in internet connection quite frequently.
As to mention, due to this pandemic, I am working from home. Because of this connectivity issue I am not able to login into my office portal. This problem does not restrict to me, even my community people having similar complication. This might be due damage of ether net cable, as a result of heavy pouring of rain in our city last week. We have raised multiple complaints, but there is no proper response from your team.
I kindly request you to change the damaged cable, and insist your consumer service people to act swiftly, when this kind problem persists.

I have been a loyal customer of your broadband company for the past few years. Unfortunately, after your company installed the new fiber optics cable in my area, the internet connection is not the same anymore. Due to this, I along with many other people are facing major connectivity issues with the internet.
It is with a heavy heart that I express my dissatisfaction with the internet service provided by your company recently as I have always held your company in great regard. You always put your customer’s feedback first and provided prompt solutions and due to this, you have also earned many well-deserved word-of-mouth recommendations. However, the issues experienced after the newly transformed fiber optics cable was installed in our area, we have submitted numerous complaints to your department but to no avail. The internet keeps fluctuating on daily basis making it extremely difficult to sustain a stable connection. After discussions with the society members, we concluded that it is not a one-off house as the entire community is affected.
Lastly, on behalf of the people of our area, I request you to consider this issue as the uttermost priority and send a support team over to evaluate the cause of the signal drop. Meanwhile, I would also like to suggest installing wireless routers throughout the area until the broadband issue is resolved as this will help resume day-to-day tasks that need internet for everyone affected. I am a resident of Danforth towers, Scarborough and I am writing to inform you that there is frequent internet disruption in my entire building for the past 2 days.
My nature of work demands me to stay connected to the Internet all day, especially between 9-5 pm. However, the frequent disconnectivity interrupts my work particularly when I am on discussion calls with the client for my project work. This forces me to postpone my current day work to the next day leading to a piling of work to be completed at the last minute.
I had a conversation with my neighbour last night and he is also facing the same issue for the past few days. Furthermore, I tried to check if there is any wire damage within and outside the building. However, I could not find any physical disconnectivity in the lines provided. Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to bring to your attention that the internet service in our area is facing some issues from past couple of days and we have not heard that any attempts are being made to resolve the problem.
The problem with the service is that the internet speed has reduced drastically from 100 mbps to 5 mbps.
With the schools going online due to the pandemic, the students are not able to attend their online classes. This is directly affecting their education. Moreover, the professionals who are working from home are not able to perform their tasks which is highly inconvenient and frustrating for them.
I would appreciate if you can send out a technician in this area as soon as possible so that the issue can be resolved at the earliest. To serve the residents better with an improved service in the future and because of my technical background, I would like to suggest that if more optic fiber cables can be added in this area, it can be a permanent solution to tackle the reduced speed issue.

I am writing this letter to express my discomfort with the internet connection that you have provided. There are many people facing problems regarding to the poor internet connection in my arena. I hope you will investigate this issue as soon as possible and take necessary action.
However, your company offers many promotions and discounts for your service, the lack of network connection is a serious issue among all of us. On the peak time of our work, meetings and submission, we are frequently experiencing the unsatisfactory network connection.
From last two week, we are experiencing a very low network and sometimes the internet is completely unreachable. In fact, this situation is more affecting the people who are working remotely by depending the network solely. I am writing this letter to complain about the poor connectivity of internet in our area last two weeks which has been affected to everyone in work and study.
I have been living at Kameel Azhar Street and use the internet of the Mobily for 5 years, but nowadays in our area we all are facing trouble in the internet connection. Such as, it does not work between 7 to 11 in the morning and 3 to 5 in the evening time, moreover when connection is getting alive it does not give a speed which we pay for bandwidth.
Due to covid, schools and offices have became virtual so internet play major role at the work place and study. Students could not attend their classes and employee could not provide work on time, and both are essential for the society so this issue has affected on almost every person.
I would like to suggest some solutions like, you can arrange separate network for each society so users get speed because of less traffic of packages, even, setup of the Wi-Fi devices between 3 to 4 houses will solve this trouble.

I am writing this letter to bring to your kind notice that for the last two weeks we are facing unstable internet connectivity in our Chittaranjan Nagar which disturbs our work considerably.
Internet connection is getting disconnected quite often from 11<sup>th</sup> May 2022. During peak hours the connection is very slow and its taking too much time to open even Google home page. Downloading documents is taking quite a long time like a turtle.
Most of the people residing in my neighborhood are employees working in IT firms. Since the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic they were insisted to work from home to keep the transmission under control. Due to this unstable internet connection they are facing too much problem to complete their work on time. Children studying through online platform were not able to attend their classes regularly.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about the issue with the internet connection from past few days. I am a resident of MayFlower colony, and mostly all the subscriber of our society facing the same issue.
After pandemic most of the dwellers of our society are working from their home and due to network connection problem it becomes very difficult for us to download and upload any data, and virtual meeting is nearly impossible with such poor connection. In addition to that there are many kids having online classes and coachings face the same problem and their study hamper a lot and they have exams near which makes situation more worst.
I believe the best way to rectify this situation, is to send a technician and fix the root cause of this problem. I hope this matter will have your immediate attention.

Since Few days I have Interruption From the WIFI Router, My neighbours Also Have reported Same Matter Yesterday ,We both Have Our Company’s broadband From many years And We have never Face difficults Before In our experience. Due to This Error A-lot of works is been on hold.
Due to Recent Pandemic A-lot Of things Have been switch To Remote Work From My Family and for next door as well, Which Includes our Childs E- learning And My Office Work which requires Good Connectivity To patch Calls From Other Countries on My Facetime. Since few days I have Not been Able To work Properly Due to Network Issues It has Also Effected our Kids Online Sessions, they have not been able to upload or download any PDF or JPG files from there University Sites. Such Problems can be seen in The adjoining Of my, Who has to give lectures On his Schools Online Portal, But from few days He has to Travel To His Other Colleagues Place to Be present For his online course and It has been a serious matter for us.
Therefore We will Like you to Send Some of our Engineering officers to check for the trouble and to bring out a solution For us, Which may Include Our home Devices To Be changed Or may need a update.

I am writing this letter to complaint about the poor internet services from last few days, our whole society is facing this issue and not able to connect to internet for their daily tasks.
I am Nitish lives in Cantonment Area, Delhi, a regular customer of your internet service provider company and using these services from last 3 years. But from last week all users in my area are facing internet connectivity issue, either it does not connect or speed is very slow. Due to this, it affects their regular tasks of residents like Bill payment, ticket booking etc, Moreover, it is more problematic for IT professionals who are working from home for their offices and directly impact the revenue of organisations.
In my opinion, Company should increase the number of routers as there is huge load on existing devices. I observed that number of users are increasing rapidly but the number of devices are same in area, which is leading to connecting issue and slowdown. Moreover, adding more servers and load balancing can also help to restore better connectivity.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am Sebanti, a resident of Brigade Metropolis Residency, Bangalore. I am writing this letter to bring to your notice on the issue we are facing regarding internet connection in the Mahadevpura area of pin code- 560048.
To begin with, we have subscribed the “Silver package”, but during the day time, neither the speed is fast nor we are getting a stable connection at all. To illustrate, if we connect through the LAN cable, the speed is still manageable, but whenever we are connecting through Wi-Fi, the screens get stuck. For example, while opening “google.com”, it takes at least 10 minutes to load the page, even sometimes I get the “404 error connection timed out” error.
Nowadays, we are connecting from our home to the office network to handle the pandemic situation. Therefore, as the VPN is getting disconnected frequently, it is seriously affecting our work. In addition to this, the kid’s schools are also operating on hybrid mode. For this internet issue they are also not able to follow the online class schedule properly.
Lastly, on behalf of the residents of our area, I am requesting you to look into this issue seriously. I would also like to request you to replace the damaged cables and to increase the broadband speed, so that the issue is resolved.
