    Dear Mr Sharma,

I am Mamta Gulia, a tenant at your Gaur city residence. I am writing this letter to inform you about the damages caused by the cyclone last week and those need to be fixed immediately.

I have been living in your apartment since 2016 and we live on the 8th floor. Last week, Cyclone Fani hit the city and as a result, a downpour damaged the windows of the house very badly. Electricity has also gotten affected since then and continuous chill wind is flowing in my flat. It is very uncomfortable for my mother in law to stay there as she is ill.

I request you please make an arrangement to fix the problem as quickly as possible. It is winter now and the cold wind is unbearable for all family members. You can also contact the local vendor who can inspect the house for better understanding of the loss. I will assist you in whichever way possible.

I look forward to hearing from you on a positive note.

    Yours sincerely,

    Mamta Gulia

    Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to express the damage to roofing due to the downpour that is happening since last Friday. This is your tenant Jose staying at one of your apartments located at 32 Dawes Close, Coventry.

I have been living here for 2 years and the weather had never been so bad as the last two days. You might have been aware from the news, news outlets are calling it a cloud bomb. There have been some damages to the roofing and are causing a leak in the attic, Currently, I am managing harvesting leaks with vessels.

I expect the issue to exacerbate further as the integrity of the roof is compromised, so I request you to address the issue earliest as possible. You may contact the contractor to come for a visit for assessing the situation, please do inform me of the date and time ahead of time, so that I can be available for the inspection.

I hope the issues are addressed quickly to avoid further damage.

    Yours Faithfully,

I am john , living at 42 gohnson road , tw59lj, honslow. Yesterday when it was very windy before rain , suddenly a window opened in our loft due to strong wind and flip towards opposite side. When i reached in the loft i saw that it was raining on the heating system, so I covered it quickly with a big polythene sheet which was kept their and switch off the heating system power supply.

So , I would request you to ask some one who can fix this ,because our heating system is exactly under that window ,if it rains again that it can spoil it totally. moreover it is very risky as anybody can enter the house through the loft. In addition to that another window in the loft is also unable to lock properly as I checked all of them after this incident happened.

    Dear Mr. Sam,

I am writing this letter to inform you and to seek your immediate attention about the damage to the house due to the snowstorm last night. Through which the electrical wires are damaged and also need to fix a couple of bedroom windows.

Due to the heavy gust of winds with more than 20 mph and the heavy snow, electric lines outside the house are misplaced which is causing a power outage and I could see some sparks coming out of it. Since it is an old house not only power connections but also two of the windows are badly damaged through which the wind is flowing into the bedrooms.

I request you to can immediate action and fix it as soon as possible because we are in the middle of the winter. It’s hard to maintain the room temperature as chilly winds are leaking into the room which would cause health issues and hard to stay for a longer time for us and especially my 2-year old son. Additionally, displacement of electrical wires may cause potential power outages which would make the situation worse.

Therefore, please inform the electrician and carpenter to come and fix both the issues. I think they can take a look and suggest the right solutions to fix the issue.

I hope you would respond soon and take prompt action.

    Yours faithfully,

    Renu

    Dear Kumar,

I’m writing to inform you that the rented apartment I’m staying in has been damaged by recent floods, I request you to visit the location soon and fix the issue.

The recent floods have impacted many houses near our society, the wind was powerful hence the roof of hall got completely damaged resulting in many holes. Due to that now my hall is directly exposed to sunlight.

It has become very difficult to live here without proper roof as it is exposed to direct sunlight causing sunburns as well as dangerous as there is no shield for insects and mosquitos to pass in. Asper the rent agreement any accidental damage to the house has to be borne by the owner.so I would request you to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

In order to resolve the issue, one rooftop sheet dimensioned 4 feet height and 4 feet width has to be purchased and should be covered the damaged roof area with proper adhesive material.

I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter.

    Yours faithfully

    Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing this letter to inform you that due to recent bad weather, there has been damages to the house I am renting out from you

Heavy storm in the last few days made significant damages to the roof and the windows in the first floor of the house. Currently, all the water that has been logged in the terrace is seeping through the above floor and windows

I am unable to sleep in peace as there is waterlogging throughout the day. Additionally, there are a lot electronic devices in the room which makes the situation even worse. Now, I am concerned that if this problem persists, there will be more problems with the wiring & switches in the house

Therefore, I would request you to fix the issue by appointing a plumber and an electrician. Alternatively, you can also contact the maintenance division of the community to fix the above issue. I am duly available throughout the day as I am working from home.

I thank you for your consideration

    Many Thanks

    Dear James,

I am writing to inform you about the leakage of water from the roof due to heavy rains last night. This is your tenant John staying in your apartment #302, Benton drive, NJ – 483201

I have been living here over past 2 years and had never encountered such problems until yesterday. However, after the consecutive rainfall for past 24 hours has resulted in leaking of water from roof to every nook and corner of the house. Furthermore, this has led to electrical short circuits in the existing wire set up resulting in frequent power cuts. And due to unavailability of power, the room heaters are not working as expected resulting in severe chillness inside the house.

I urge you to fix this at the earliest as I have a 11 month old toddler with me and cannot withstand the severe weather conditions anymore. Also, the climatic conditions are expected to deteriorate further due to the upcoming of winter season. And, I can provide you the vendor number to contact in order to come and do a visit for assessing the situation. Also, please do inform me of the date and time well in advance, so that I can plan my day accordingly to make myself available.

I hope the issues are addressed quickly to avoid worsening of the situation.

    Yours sincerely,

    John

    Dear sir/madam,

I am writing this letter to inform you our roof was damaged due to heavy pouring of rain since few days.

I rented one of your flats in rainbow vistas apartment which is situated in Miyapur near D-mart. As you know from past few days our city is flooded with heavy rains due to which water started leaking from our roof and our kitchen floor got filled with water. Although our kitchen floor is very slippery, now due to presence of water it made difficult for us to use it.

So I would request you to please visit our house, besides I discussed this matter with a local contractor who suggested me to add a layer of cement, but I want you to address this issue to builder before as this can get worse. Please let me know when you would be visiting so that I can plan my activities accordingly. Thanking you in advance for your support.

    Your faithfully,

    Prashanth Kadali.
