With the modern cultural development in the society more and more elderly people started moving to retirement centers, instead of living with their grown up children. This helps parents to enjoy their retirement phase and give a fair chance to children to stand out on their own feet.
Admittedly, due to this decision of elderly people give them a chance to open up more and more and live freely without being dependent on their adult pupils. In addition to that, they could easily connect and engage with other people of the same age group, not only this but they are able to share their emotions with others. Regular entertainment and physical activities in these homes gives them an opportunity to be active and outspoken which in turn keeps them healthy and fit.
In addition to all the above mentioned advantages, better health care facilities available at these retirement communities makes them the most sought-after place especially for the people above 60. On the other hand, the only negative aspect of this migration is that grandchildren get deprived from their grandparents’ love but this can be taken care of if they both visit each other on a regular basis.
In conclusion, I believe this is a positive development as now children get space to prove themselves and stand out strong in life whereas parents get time to relax and maintain a healthy lifestyle while enjoying their retirement phase of life.

It is becoming more common in the older generation to choose to live in retirement communities with the same age group people than living with their adult children. This in a way helping them to be more independent than being with their kids. I strongly believe that this is a positive change in our societies.
While it is important to be a part of a joint family and raise kids and grand kids together, it is equally demanding for a person to maintain his Individuality. It is the freedom of thoughts and speech that gives a person ultimate satisfaction than anything else. Parents after raising their kids for almost part of their lives are no different to it. In order to explore life and mingle with the right age group people, the retirement homes are the best place. They can share their ideas, try out new things in life and follow their unfulfilled dreams.
Now a days, adapting in a macro family is getting more difficult when it comes to cost of living especially in the metro cities. Smaller homes are easy to locate and this has raised to the micro families which in-turn lead to the booming urban culture. It is technically getting difficult for parents to stay with their grown-up children. To give an example of my own family, we are three siblings and all are living separately.
To conclude, it is less surprising to see many elderly people moving away from their children and choosing to stay in the retirement homes. This gives them a free will to lead their lives and follow their dreams.

In this modern era, the lifestyle of people has been changed frequently which impacts negatively and positively on each generation. It is a new trend that older persons prefer to stay in the retirement home instead of with their adult children, and it has merits and demerits to live far from the family which will discuss in forthcoming paragraphs with examples and sum up with a logical conclusion.
First of all, a person has spent their whole life for their family to fulfill their requirements, and they don’t get a chance to enjoy their life, so it is the best time to enjoy themselves without taking any tension in the world. Firstly, due to a hectic life schedule, people don’t find time to get relaxed, so while they are getting retired, they have also the authority to live a life in their own way, and when they meet the same age group, they could share the ideas and make fun together. Secondly, nowadays many parents live alone because their children live abroad, so they feel lonely at home, thereby they feel depressed at some stage, so it is better to live in communities to avoid such problems. In 2020, a study conducted by oxford university revealed that 60% of the older generation suffer from depression due to living alone at home.
On the other hand, there are also negative impacts, if they are not living with their children. Firstly, at a certain age, they face a plethora of diseases such as asthma, diabetes, and blood pressure for that they have to make a regular checkup at the hospital, so in this situation, the only closer one can help to take care of their health. For example, as per the report by the bbc news, 20% of older die every year who are not living with family due to being unable to get aid on time. Secondly, older age people always have a dream to play with their grandson, so if they are not living with their children, they also missed this opportunity.
To conclude, living a life with full enjoyment is necessary for human beings which they can experience after retirement with the same age group of communities, but if they don’t live with their adult children then they have to suffer during their health problems and could not realize the value of grandparents.

In the modern world, convalescent homes are becoming more common for many good reasons, these days some elderly people are wishing to move to these homes rather than prefer to live with their extended family. This essay will discuss, why I think, this trend has a positive impact despite of few drawbacks, which can be surpassed by the benefits of elderly people living in those facilities.
To start with, There are more practical advantages associated with the elderly living in retirement homes. Firstly, It gives them a roof and makes them feel independent, for those who are neglected by their family members or leading a lonely life and have a feeling of dependent on their children for daily activities. For example, many elderly living facilities provide safety and continuous care based on each individual physical status. Secondly, these homes give comfort and increase elderly people’s confidence by allowing them to communicate with the other members in that homes to maintain their social skills. Therefore, elderly people moving to assisted facilities has brought dual benefits for both old age people and their families.
However, there are minor unavoidable downsides that cannot be ignored, which come along with the advantages of rest homes. many old people might get deprived of their family members’ love and care and living out of their own comfort zone can make them feel lost. furthermore, It might be a challenging task for many of them to adjust to the new environment. In addition to this, this trend can increase the gap between old people and their grandchildren. For instance, elderly people cannot involve in their grandchildren mile stones or their daily activities, which is a great loss for both of them. these pitfalls are unpreventable but can be reduced with the regular visits of their family members to these facilities.
To conclude, I think, It is clearly evident that retirement homes are crucial and are a boon to elderly further living based on their individual circumstance, although minor disadvantages can be eliminated by pre-planned care and support of their family members and the old age homes management.

In the recent times, senior citizens’ preferences to stay in old age homes increases over spending rest of their life with their children under same roof. Obviously, this change in the mindset has various reasons to it. But it brings forth lot of negative things to the society.
Most importantly, the absence of elderly people in the home has lot of repercussions on their offspring’s’ life. Firstly, wisdom of old people is very valuable and it can be passed from one generation to another only if they stay together with their children. Secondly, some of the traits like Solidarity and bond between parents and child disintegrates as their distance increases.
To begin with, Wisdom and abundant knowledge that elders carry is vital for their next generations to be aware of. Some of the things like custom and tradition, knowledge on food and medicine which elders posses cannot be dismissed and belittled. Moreover, they play a vital role in upbringing the grand children with the right knowledge required. In addition to that, parents and children’s eternal bond can last forever only if they stay together. Otherwise it might slowly deteriorate when they separate, after which both will long for the each others’ love eventually.
To conclude, elderly’s engagement with their same age group people has lot of merits like it will keep them revitalized, nevertheless, it is not advisable to get separated from their children. If that happens by any chance, we as a society will be deemed failed since our future generations will be devoid of traits, custom and tradition what we carried on/uphold till now.

Recent scenario in the country after the completion of the job period, people have to take retirement with the current job, Perhaps they should live with the group of the retired people rather than their family members, as I see it the after taking off from the job people are spending their rest of life with their same group members such as in the NGO or another centers.
Although, in the modern days people are thinking to move to the retired institute for the shake of their happiness and make their life remarkable. Living along with the same type of the members in the society easy to adapt that environment and share their ideas together, which in turns to make them enthusiastic. Furthermore, they can be engaged to do the social works together in their team, which can facilitate to the form of the economy or human development by their past experience. For example, I have seen the one NGO in my city which is named as a retired people colony, they have developed new technology for the crop cultivation with the help of the different field of the people in their NGO which is one of the examples of the positive development with living in the same age group members, in addition to that living with the group of people can do the yoga, walking and enjoy the talking to reduce the stress level and in result to be benefitted for the health.
However, the same people staying with their family members they might be create trouble to them for the not matching of their ideas to take any family decision, or their family members are not staying with the place where they want to live the comfortable life due their children job or business, so doing the business also not possible to give them enough time to their parents, in result anonymously will create the tension with the family members. Even though some of the benefits also there with the living with their children such as timely care, medication, financially support etc. Hence, I strongly recommend to stay in the reinterment community after taking the take-off from the job which will help to make your joyful, happy and healthy.
To conclude that the both the ideas are fitted in the case of staying with family and with the retired homes, Finally I would suggest to spend the rest of the life with the same type of people to make your life relaxed or stress free. In some case whenever required to visit with your family members.
