We can see a trend were in, people are consuming their food from various parts of the world rather than traditional cuisine. There are many contributing facts for this increasing trend, the most important one being globalization. I see this as a good development as variety is always good.
This trend is exuberated due to globalization and global networks. As seen a lot of Dine-ins is being opened which serves international food. Due to globalization, a lot of global brands are opening their eateries everywhere. It has turned to a lifestyle statement due to influences from media advertisement, social media, and foreign travelers. There are a lot of international food programs from channels like Travel and living, with shows like MasterChef, which showcases talents, that inspires a chef in us, A lot of raw materials, that was previously unknown to us is now available that fuel the ignited flame. Global networks enable trading and advertising a walk in the park, these make raw materials accessible. Big examples of this include fast-food chains like McDonald’s, KFC, and Subway opening in every nook and corner.
This trend can be considered as a good development since variety is considered beneficial for health. There is historical evidence supporting this, British monarchs had always lived longer than commoners, many might argue this is due to better health care, but it is seen that they seldom get sick, historians argue this is mainly due to the variety of foods sourced from various colonies around the world. Now due to disappearing borders, you need not be a monarch to have a better quality of food and cuisines.
In conclusion, globalization has allowed us to enjoy more varied food from around the globe, benefiting our health, and I think this trend is only getting more and more prominent as national boundaries are blurring with each passing time.

It is observed that these days, there has been an increasing trend that many people are prefering to consume cuisines from different parts of the world than locally prepared food.This is because of globalisation.In my opine,this is a positive trend to support international trade and also to satisfy people’s taste buds.
Due to globalisation,students who studied abroad have exposure to foreign culture and its famous cuisines.So, they crave to have those cuisines often in their home country.To meet this demand,many eateries of international origin have flourished near colleges and IT companies.These eateries are offering students and IT employees plethora of international cuisines to satisfy their taste buds and also to experience a feel good factor of trying food which is not locally originited.For an instance,in a recent study published in a local news paper suggested that these days more youngsters prefer to eat noodles than dosa for supper.
It is certainly a good development for international trade to increase their consumer base across the globe.This also gives exposure to local markets to franchise international food to local people.Besides,this trend also brings positive impact on home country’s economy by hosting international food festival which can cater to people’s need.With this exposure, of different international foods in their home counrtry,youngsters can easily adapt international cusinine when they travel abroad for higher education without any hassle.
To conclude,this increasing trend gives exposure to local people to experience different cultures and also satisfy their taste buds.Truly,globalisation has created positive impact on international trade.Because,it gives an opportunity to people to satisy their needs to consume international cusine.

Due to this emerging use of technology, be it cell phones or television, people watch a lot of advertisements these days and get mesmerized by them. In order to try those things, they started preparing international cuisines at their home following instructions from the social media platforms like YouTube and Instagram. Following this trend, restaurants also started serving a variety of international foods. Also, this modern technology has made it so much easier for people to travel from one place to another. As a result, these days people have started migrating from their hometown to different parts of the world. This has become so common that it is a need of the society to have a plethora of food options available for the immigrants. Online food delivery apps like Swiggy, Zomato and Uber eats have also played a Significant role in this increasing trend.
It is certain that this kind of benefit opens our minds to other cultures and establishes good communications among people. For instance, when someone from India eats food from the United States, they may develop an interest in the culture and then would easily be able to establish a relation with them which might also help in businesses from overseas. On top of that, these cross-cultural food changes might help people to build a good balanced diet.
In conclusion, technology has given a good opportunity to people in order to work together. While this helps us to enjoy various foods from around the corner of the world, at the same time it gives us a chance to learn about different cultures and maintain a good balanced diet.

These days, people are inclined towards the different cuisines from several countries, foreign food chains and this trend is increasing among people. The advancements in the globalization and transportation made import and export of various food items smoothly. Although this shift has few negative impacts but it carries great benefits.
The globalization and technology have simplified the way how different countries can communicate and transport various food items. Globalization made the world as a small village therefore trade among countries increased greatly. Due to the advancement in technology, various freezing techniques have been invented to keep the food safe for many days without spoilage. A good illustration of this is India is exporting the spices to European countries via different seaways every year resulting in enjoying the Indian cuisines by them.
To begin with, there are few negative impacts of importing foods from other countries such as expensive importing costs. Due to the fact that food has to travel from long distance, various freezing techniques need to be used. Hence government has to bear all these charges; however, it has many great benefits. Firstly, it allows the people to explore different cuisines from various countries which provides an opportunity to explore their culture. Secondly, people can experience variety of fruits or foodstuff which are not only grown in their own country but also from other countries. For instance, India is importing Arabian dates every year which are only grown in middle east so that Indians can relish the other country dates.
To summarise, Due to the progression in globalization and transportation, nowadays it is possible to experience the different cuisines from all over the world; even though it is expensive, it provides great benefits of enjoying the food from abundant regions as well as understanding their culture.

Nowadays lot of people like to travel and they like to share the experience with other. One such experience they want to share is of cuisine, the kind of food the eat what are the ingredients used and how it taste like, there has been a increase in trend that many people are prefer to consume cuisine from different parts of the world than locally prepared food. In my opinion, this is a positive trend to support international trade and to satisfy people’s taste buds.
Due to globalization and ever increasing use of social media platform many individual are directly or indirectly promoting different types of cuisine and it is promoting different types of culture because food and culture are inter-related. For example if a student travels to other country for studies then by eating the countries cuisine will help him to understand countries culture which will help him adjust in the environment without much efforts.
It is certainly a good development for international trade as it increase there base across the globe. For example X is the food chain of country A and it opens a franchise in country B, so people will be able to explore the cuisine of country A and also they can add some local dishes and add some other cuisine and create a new dish.
To conclude globalization has a positive impact on food and beverage industry as well as it is allowing people to try different types of cuisine and learn some new things about other cultures.

In this modern era, people are attracted to delicacies from around the globe instead of regional food stuff which is supported by globalization. Major reason behind this phenomenon is food are not only easily available but also provide healthier options to the public. I believe this practice is beneficial as localities are exposed to global culture and also creates widened market for them.
Globalization has provided technology advancements in transportation system one of which is cold storage transporting service that allows people to explore foreign cuisines in their own region. As a result, global food availability has gradually increased. For example, excellent quality of pears produced in Australia are easily consumed by residents of India. Furthermore, people are also tending to adopt healthier options of diet like Greek salad, American nuts, sugar free deserts from Dubai and so on. These all factors account to publics interest in non regional food.
It certainly has a good impact on crowd in terms of exposure to variety of cultures across the world. For instance, ‘Indian Kheer’, which is famous desert always associated with one of the festivals of India, is also prepared by some foreigners on auspicious days. Another beneficial aspect is extended market, which provides learning on new techniques and increases number of job opportunities.
In conclusion, this trend of people eating international food because of globalization brings good development to the society by gaining cross-cultural experience as well as raising the market opportunities.

In this contemporary world, there is a steady rise in the curiosity of the people to explore food from different parts of the world amidst their local staple eatables. This trend can be attributed to major factors which drive it such as globalization and preference to other cuisines over mundane food. Most importantly, food waste can be averted due to this freezing technology because countries with surplus raw materials can ship it to nations which are short of it. Furthermore, people are getting awareness about the nutrients present in each food. If they find it healthier, these items are being incorporated by them in their diets to make it more balanced irrespective of where these foods come from.
To conclude, broadening of horizon in food space are bound to have potential benefits with regards to availability of nutritious food to both poverties stricken and developed countries. In the wake of Technology advancements, benefits of these modernisation would be transcended beyond the limits than what value it yields currently.

These days, most people prefer to taste different kind of cuisines of other countries instead of their own regional meals. In my opinion, although there are few negative aspects on globalization of international cuisines, I would prefer to welcome this trend in the view of its positive aspects.
Firstly, people get a lot of options if they have the variety of dishes from different parts of the world. Secondly, the children of a family are very selective on food, and they are the fussiest eaters. With the options of international food, they will get proper balanced diet which is really necessary for their proper growth and development. Lastly, Continental food provides a lot of healthy options for soups and salads which are preferable diet choices for young generations as they are very health conscious nowadays. For instance, in India, we get the outlets of healthy international restaurants like taco bell or subways in every street, and those restaurants are always busy and crowded as they serve more preferable healthy and tasty dishes for their guests.
Moreover, this trend is extremely beneficial for international businesses, as the food business is not only bounded to the local market as well as it opens the door of other countries. In addition to this, the export and import businesses are also flourishing along this. For example, Indian sweets and different ready to use curry pastes or powders are exported to all over the world which is undoubtedly a great success for Indian businesspersons. So, they are also interested to grow their business to every corners of the world.
To conclude, despite there is a little threat on local cuisines for this trend, but considering the positive sides of it like the healthy food varieties or the international business options, we can tell that this is really a good development.
