    Dear Sir,

    I am writing this letter to complain about a broken product that I bought recently from your website.

    Last week, I ordered a set of twelve bear mugs for a party that I organized in my home but when I received the item it was in a very bad condition. I would have expected that the package to be wrapped more effectively to avoid any mishappening but there was no padding at all. I ordered it for a party but it disappointed me because two mugs were badly damaged.

    The order number is 123456789 and I ordered it on 25th November 2021.Now I want to return it as the occasion has passed for which I bought it. I have already raised a complaint on your website but it has been one week and still i do not get any update regarding the same. So, I request you please make arrangements to return it as soon as possible and refund my money quickly

    Dear Amazon,

    I am writing this letter to bring to your attention that the item I have ordered through your website arrived with broken pieces on the box which was arrived yesterday.

    I have ordered an iPhone 13 with 128GB through amazon.com on 12/11/21 to present it to my dad’s birthday. I was very excited when I ordered the product, but it was very depressing as all my plans have changed as the phone arrived with the broken screen and tiny glass pieces all over the box.

    Hence, I would like to request a full refund as per your policy and the product was damaged at the time of arrival. Therefore, I want the refund to be processed and sent to the original payment method which is visa credit card.

    In addition, can you please provide me the instructions to return the damaged product as you have multiple options such as pick-up, drop-off at UPS, or at FedEx store. At least if you can send the return shipping label to my registered email address sam@gmail.com, that will allow me to pack the product in the box and have it ready based on your further instructions.

    Dear Sir/ Madam,

    This is in regards to a Dell Monitor that I had ordered on 28th January 2021 from Amazon.Upon confirming with the Amazon team ,I was told to get in touch with you for my grievance.

    Upon receiving the delivery of my item,I was diligent to check for any issues and found that screen of the monitor was cracked and severely damaged. I have been ordering my computer peripherals from your online retail outlet for the past 4 years and have never had any concerns regarding the quality of the products.

    However, It is extremely disappointing that I have received this item partially damaged and would like to seek either a full refund or replacement of the monitor, at the earliest.

    Since, I have recently taken up a new job position, the monitor is imperative for my daily work activities. Thus, It is my humble request that the process to return this damaged item is expedited and completed on priority.       The first paragraph is not stating the exact equation ( as you bought online, and received in broken condition))

      The letter seems to be off the track , read the question carefully.

      Answer all the point in distinct paragraphs.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am writing this letter express my dissatisfaction for the product received. Product received was damaged which made regret ordering from your website (xyz.com). Item ordered on 19th Dec 2021.

    The product was Nike Jordan 1 Limited Edition and costed Rs 18400 . It has black sole with Jordan signature on the bottom.The shoes had yellow stain, missing laces plus excessive glue on sole of both pairs which we can see from front.

    I have been ordering the product from xyz.com for many years and been prime customers. The product is flawed with price worth of king’s ransom. Although cooling of period is not clear but want to return the product. Please refund the amount as return already arranged with order id #35362312.

    Do insure the delivery boy calls before picking the order. All the tags, bill and box are kept in same way as delivered. Packet is kept open for agent to confirm the shoes and verify the bill. If you require any further information, feel free to contact the number mentioned below.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I’m writing this to express my dissatisfaction with the item received yesterday, which came damaged.

    I ordered Oneplus5 mobile with 256GB RAM, 2.5Ghz Quadcore Processor from your online store on 4<sup>th</sup> of this month(feb-2022). But when I received the item yesterday, it was completely broken and packing was not proper. I was dejected after receiving the mobile, as it was not at all usable and I suspect that it was packed recklessly without proper material inside to support the smooth delivery.

    As the item was damaged and no more usable, I would like to completely return the item. I’m not satisfied with your service to exchange the mobile with new mobile as I completely lost the trust on your store. So, I request you to kindly refund the whole amount.

    I would like to return the mobile right away, as delaying in return may delay the whole refund process, I request you to kindly arrange the delivery executive to pick my mobile from the same billing address.

    My name is Yasin and I’m writing to inform you that I recently ordered a perfume from your company and unfortunately it has arrived damaged.

    The perfume is huga boss perfume and cost $ 100 with black colour and the bottle is 200ml.I bought it new two weeks before.

    The spray button is unable to spray the perfume out and the small pipe in side the bottle is out of the place and it couldn’t fixed.

    Dear Sir/Madam

    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about the a laptop which i brought two month ago from your shop. I ordered online and you delivered the HP Notebook 14 inch Laptop to my home. When i received the laptop it was working well. But after two months its mike and speaker made noise and completely stop working from there on.

    Next day i called your service adviser and explained the problem as stated above. I was told that a technician was going to be send to check the issue in next two to three working days .However nobody has send till date and all that was ten days ago.

    I was checking my purchase warranty and according to that you have to repair or replace within the one year of warranty period. Therefore to resolve the issue i would appreciate if you replace with the new laptop . Otherwise i don’t have another option to take the legal action about this situation.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am writing this letter to give my feedback and requesting a refund, regarding a mug I recieved yesterday, which I had ordered from your website last week.

    I had ordered a light pink colored oval shaped ceramic mug, with silver glitters on the handle and was too excited to receive the product as the image shown on the website was very flattering. But I was disappointed when I received the product, as it was in a distorted state and also the color was not the one that I ordered.

    I would appreciate if you can look into this and issue a full refund according to your policy assuring the same within 7 days. The order number of the product is #7811569 and the payment was made through credit card. I am attaching the invoice document along with the image of the damaged product I received so you will have a clear picture of the scenario.

    In addition to this, can you please provide me instructions on the same email address for returning the product and whether I should be initiating the return process or you will send someone at my corresponding address, stated in the invoice.

      work more on explanatory sentences and highlight more points to frame the content with appropriate. sentences. Grammatical errors needs to be taken care of and work on task response n terms of content length/add more of lexical words to have a balanced explained content

    Last Sunday, I have ordered a digital camera Nikon D3500 with the cost of INR. 25,000/- to capture the movement with my family on the hill-station, but when I received the courier it was in very bad condition. After opened the package camera was found in broken condition. I ordered it for my trip but it disappointed because of it was useless to me.

    Dear Sir,

    This letter is regarding my dissatisfaction with the Philips hair dryer, I bought from a website named Amazon on the 6<sup>th</sup> of this month.

    Firstly, I was expecting it to be packed well because of being in a higher price range; in the contrast, it reached me in damaged packaging. Secondly, as per the online description, it should have had three temperature control buttons, whereas one of them is not there. Lastly, it stops working in the middle of use frequently.

    Consequentially, I would be highly grateful to you if you could provide me with a refund of the entire amount in the same account through which I paid for the product. I am not in the favor of exchange as I have lost faith in this particular brand.

    It would be really nice if you dedicate the duty to picking this dryer to the same delivery boy as I live in a remote area and locating my house is not an easy task. Furthermore, an early pick-up will enable me to order another dryer as I am in urgent need of it.

    I expect vigilant action will be taken soon.
