In marriages today some argue that it is the responsibility of both spouses to earn a living for the family. To what extend do you agree or disagree?
In today’s modern world, Dual income is a necessity of the married couples to sustain a quality life. Due to the fact that, most people claim both couples should equally take ownership to earn for their survival. I<font color=”rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)” face=”inherit”> completely agree with the </font>above-mentioned<font color=”rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)” face=”inherit”> </font>point,<font color=”rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)” face=”inherit”> and I shall elaborate my views in </font>this upcoming paragraph<font color=”rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)” face=”inherit”>.</font>
To start with, few decades ago, in most families either one of the spouse earning is sufficient to run a family,whereas,now-a-days due to the high rising prices of household products and other essential materials it is crucial<font color=”rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)” face=”inherit”> for both the couples to earn some </font>money. For<font color=”rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)” face=”inherit”> </font>example, Fuel<font color=”rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)” face=”inherit”> prices in India is increasing in an sky rocketing trend,In-turn,it is associated with the hike of consumer products.Moreover,People are migrating towards </font>cities for employment opportunities alongwith,searcing for better education institutions for their children.Surving in a city with single income is quite a challenging task for the couples.
Secondly, couples can plan a better future and allocate some money for their retirement and savings. This will reduce their fear of future uncertanity.Furthermore,both couples may not be dependent upon each other for their <font color=”rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)” face=”inherit”>own desires on spending.Also,if they equally spend their money on certain </font>commodities,<font color=”rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)” face=”inherit”> it will bring satisfaction of sharing and caring within </font>themselves. For<font color=”rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)” face=”inherit”> </font>example, if<font color=”rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)” face=”inherit”> they purchase a piece of gold for their investment and both their money is </font>involved, this will bring down the burden of the other.
To sum up,Eventhough the couple can run their family with single income, the happiness and satisfaction cannot be measurable if both earn and collaborate together. This will bring peace and harmony in their life and good understanding between them.
