Deleted UserSeptember 17, 2021 at 5:31 PMFast food nowadays is attracting people in the modern era as their main meal. There are certainly more disadvantages of eating fast food on a daily basis as it causes obesity leading to many medical issues in the future. Take aways available in the towns can save a lot of time of the people working away from home but on the other hand overconsumption of fast food could lead to many serious health issues.
Fast food being very affordable nowadays is attracting a lot of people towards it. People often skip the healthy food because it takes time, effort and even a lot of money. Nevertheless, there are variety of fast foods available in the market at very affordable prices which not only saves money but also give people a wide variety of foods to choose. Moreover, people do find fast food tempting more than home made food that they cook.
On one hand it is very time saving and inexpensive but on the other hand fast food brings a lot drawbacks with it. The first one is that it is very unhealthy, though homemade food takes a lot of effort and time to get prepared but certainly it contains all the nutrients that our body requires to grow and to stay healthy. The second drawback of eating fast food is that it causes obesity because the food contains high amount of carbohydrates and fats which, if gets over consumed can cause problems like hypertension, diabetes and so on. The third drawback comes with the concern of the environment. People often prefer take aways when it comes to junk food. The consumption of plastic to pack the food is somewhere harming the environment and the use of plastic bags is one reason for the increasing rate of global warming in the world.
In conclusion, fast food has advantages to some extent but the disadvantages of fast food which are affecting the health and the environment at the same time outweighs the advantages. Therefore, it is necessary to be aware of what to consume for leading a healthy life.

Deleted UserSeptember 18, 2021 at 3:19 PMThe modern lifestyle and work culture have led a plethora of people to shift from regular meals to fast food meals. However, consumption of fast-food meals on regular basis will lead to severe health problems and imbalance in work routine. I am certain that the advantages will not outweigh the disadvantages.
The evident benefits of fast foods are they are readily available, can be grabbed quickly when we rush to our office and they are affordable. In order that millennials are not ready to slot in dedicated time to cook healthy foods because of their tedious work culture, rather they grab their meal swiftly from a nearby fast-food outlet and leave to their office. I would like to point out that people tend to prefer processed food to save their time.
On the other hand, A common opinion is that processed foods are not healthy and consuming them on regular basis will affect their human body. The processed food contains a high amount of carbohydrates, fatty acids and sodium. Consuming them will bring in various health issues such as obesity, diabetes and migraines which will directly affect our work potential. Does the processed food provide the required nutrients? No, it is obvious that only home-cooked foods can provide the appropriate minerals and nutrition.
In conclusion, People prioritise their physical and mental health. At the very first instant of discomfort felt by following the unruly lifestyle, they’ll initiate healthier lifestyle practice although they prefer junkies. However, I must admit that the benefits will not outweigh the drawbacks.

Deleted UserSeptember 18, 2021 at 5:47 PMIn our daily lives with everything happening at a rapid pace, more people are substituting their main meals with junk-based foods. The advantage of this trend certainly does not outweigh the disadvantages as consuming fast foods daily causes health problems and affects society as a whole.
Although these junk foods taste delicious and can be prepared quickly than conventional food, they are very dangerous to the person who eats such kinds of food regularly. This is because such foods are high in saturated fats which get settled and stored in the body causing obesity in people. Moreover, such foods are usually deep-fried and once eaten can cause the body to produce a toxic substance called cholesterol. Cholesterol causes blockage of arteries which makes people more susceptible to heart attacks. It is seen more people die at a very young age whose diet consists of mainly fast food.
Everyone even children are addicted to these kinds of food and this is causing an alarming concern for the health of our future generation. Fast food consists of processed food high in sugar and fats and does not provide any nutritional value to the person consuming it. Had the person had eaten a balanced diet with all the vitamins and minerals needed for sustenance, his immunity would be stronger and would be more resilient to diseases. More often people look at satisfying their taste buds and this craving makes them addicted to junk food. This trend can also put a strain on the healthcare system of the country as a lot of money is used up in treating diseases that could be avoided.
To conclude, if junk food is replaced with healthier food options, then the overall health of the person will be better. Less money will be spent on treating preventable diseases and the healthcare system can function properly and efficiently.

Deleted UserSeptember 19, 2021 at 5:09 PMIn this modern era, the majority of people gravitate towards fast food as their go-to meal. This phenomenon has both the advantages and the disadvantages, which this essay will explore and conclude that the disadvantages greatly outweigh the advantages.
To begin with, the pace with which the lives of the people are changing is astonishing, and to adjust with such pace, they have to adopt a lifestyle that not only compliments it, but also saves a lot of time. With an availability of fast food in today’s world, an individual does not have to spend their time in cooking, instead he or she can invest those saved hours in self- development. Though the home-cooked meals are healthier than fast food, it is a boon for working couples. In addition to that, it is affordable than healthy food. For instance, in order prepare a delicious meal, people have to buy different types of spices and condiments, which they do not have to purchase when they buy fast food, so in this way they can save their money.
However, this development has some major disadvantages. First of all, although fast foods taste better, they contain a large amount of additives, saturated fats and sugars, which tend to have adverse effects on our health. This eventually leads to serious health problems like obesity. Furthermore, a few studies have suggested that the fast food can also cause stomach cancers.
To conclude, fast food is certainly a blessing for people who are working, but when consumed as a main meal, it can have harmful effects on our health that are irreversible in nature.

Deleted UserSeptember 19, 2021 at 5:30 PMIn this modern era, the majority of people have started consuming fast food as their main course. There are number of benefits to eat fast food for their main meals. This essay will conclude that the advantages will significantly outweigh the disadvantages.
To begin with, people who invest their entire day in office are not able to take time to cook their meals, so they prefer fast food which can be eaten instantly. Since the fast food is prepared under hygienic environment and with appropriate combination of ingredients, it tastes delicious and is considered to be good for our health. Furthermore, doctors suggest to eat something in every two hours, which can only be possible if it is already prepared. The time they spend in cooking meals can be saved, which thereby increases their productivity as they can be more inclined towards their work.
On the other hand, some people claim that fast food could be harmful to their health. However, in reality, anything that has been done in excessive amount is not at all good for our health. For instance, eating more rice on daily basis can cause obesity that may lead to serious health issues in future. This is the main reason, people who eat fast food take time out of their busy schedule so that they can exercise regularly which eventually keeps them healthy.
To conclude, people who are relying on fast food are healthier as well as efficient in their work.

Deleted UserSeptember 19, 2021 at 10:18 PMNowadays in fast-moving modern life, most people are attracting towards fast food as their main course food. In my opinion, this lifestyle could not beneficial for the health of the people because it augments diseases and obesity in people.
Fast food looks very delicious and anyone can easily attract to it but it gives harmful effects on the health of humans. Fast food contains high levels of sugar, artificial sweeteners, and processed chemicals which lead people towards various types of diseases like diabetes, cholesterol, and heart attack. Most people eat fast food without notice that it includes lots of chemicals which prone their body to these types of diseases. In my country, more and more people are becoming part of this deceases because of their unhealthy lifestyle. The more they eat junk food, the higher chance of their illnesses.
Another problem is obesity which causes due to fast food consumption. Fast food having excess calories which increase the fat of the body and it also always settle in the human body which causes weight gain. To get rid of this, people have to do exercise on daily basis, the more we doing exercise, the less chance for becoming fatty but due to lack of time and busy schedule, no one cares about this and affliction with overweight. Obesity also brings many more problems with it like back pain, knee pain and many other types of difficulties which will become a key for further health complications.
In conclusion, I would like to say that everyone should follow a healthy lifestyle and minimize fast food intake because fast food only leads to many kinds of illness and overweight problems for people.

Deleted UserSeptember 20, 2021 at 12:48 PMThe modern lifestyle has led to a gradual shift in the eating habits of people from home cooked meals to fast food. While fast food meals have been a bliss to the working population, they come with a plethora of health problems and imbalanced life. This essay concludes that advantages of eating outside food do not outweigh the disadvantages.
To outline the benefits, many people prefer junk food since it tastes delicious and can be grabbed easily on their way to office or can be ordered online. Considering the tedious work schedule, people avoid cooking at home. Furthermore, the cheap pricing makes it affordable. For instance, a household where both the members of a couple are working find it hard to cook and thus to save time and money they usually prefer to order online.
On the other hand, eating outside food has major drawbacks on the health of the people. Firstly, junk food contains high amount of additives, cholesterol and sugar content which makes people prone to serious health problems such as diabetes, obesity and high blood pressure. Secondly, junk food does not promise any nutrient value resulting in a low immunity in humans to even fight the normal flu. Amongst teenagers, it has been found that serious skin issues such as acne is experienced because of the regular consumption of fried food. Finally, eating outside food frequently makes people lethargic and less active. To illustrate the fact, a survey report shows that people who bring home cooked food to their workplace are more productive during the day than those who order from outside.
To recapitulate, I would concur that despite the fact that free delivery by restaurants have eased people’s lives but eating too much outside does no good to the body of the individuals. Every age group ranging from a child to an elderly person need a right proportion of nutrients through their meals which comes from the home cooked food and thus, people must restrain themselves in this unhealthy lifestyle of eating outside regularly.

Deleted UserSeptember 27, 2021 at 10:03 AMIn today’s pacing world, more and more people are inclining towards junk food and ready-made meals instead of healthy, balanced meals. Health, having taken a backseat, while comfort, being given more importance, fast food seems to be a bliss for a lot of people, especially the working class. However, despite the advantages, in my opinion, the disadvantages outweigh them.
As the world is advancing, people seem to be so engrossed in their careers and lives, that health often becomes a not-so-important issue for many, resulting in growing inclination towards fast food. Easy availability of affordable ready-made meals feels like heaven for the working professionals as they have little time to prepare healthy meals. With more options and less efforts, they can get access to delicious meals, further driving away their urge to even learn to prepare home-cooked meals. This is not just comfortable, but also saves their time and energy, which they can put into productive work.
However, this “comfort” cannot suffice the fact that the disadvantages that fast food propose, are much more as the continuous consumption of junk food leads to numerous health issues, for instance, obesity. The comfort of fast food leads to laziness and complacency among the masses, degrading their mental and physical health. A healthy and balanced diet containing all the nutrients is essential for proper functioning of mind and body, something with which cannot be sufficed by fast food. Availability of ready made meals makes people drift apart from learning to cook home cooked traditional meals. This not just makes them dependent on others, but also forget their cultures and traditions.
Therefore, I would like to conclude with the fact the no amount of comfort of fast food can replace the benefits of healthy home-cooked meals rich in nutrients. Hence, disadvantages of fast food outweigh the advantages.

Deleted UserSeptember 28, 2021 at 12:46 PMIn the modern world, people are more obsessed towards junk food as their main meals. The color of fast food is attractive and the fragrance of fast food will tempt people to taste those foods. In this essay let us see the advantages outweigh the disadvantages.
To begin with the advantages of the junk food, it is cheaper than other food. Fast food are the great boon for the females who are working in the professional sector. It saves lot of time for them. Junk food have more varieties than the regular meals so that people will not get bored.
In addition to it, there are disadvantages. It spoils the health. Now a days irrespective of ages people are getting addicted towards junk food. Even though people knows the health issues, they cannot stop themselves from eating it. It will leads to obesity, ulcer, heart problems and even increase the cholesterol level. Due to the addition of food colors people may get cancer. More fast foods are available in the street which are contaminated by dust and the utensils are not sterilized properly.
In conclusion, the more we are away from the fast food, the healthier our body will be. Having those foods once in a while is acceptable but frequent intake is harmful. We have to prefer healthy food than junk food. Because of the instant foods the healthy life styles are getting vanished. It is our responsibility to take care of our health and nourish our body with protein and vitamin rich foods.

Deleted UserOctober 1, 2021 at 7:51 AMIn the modern life , fast food is being preferred amongst a wide section of people and now has become a daily routine meal for many. While the other still emphasize on the regular meal. Do the fast food can really be a good substitute for the regular meal? Or will it be proved worsen either ? Well, this essay will caste the glimpse over the disadvantage of fast food.
A wide section of the society has become the crazy for fast food, and has accepted its supremacy over the main meal. They further illustrate it that most of the fast food are ready to use and can be cooked effortlessly. The world is swirling fast so the things aligned to its should also maintain the same pace otherwise we all will be sprayed and thus the fast food is being justified.
While on the other hand , many people advocate the precedence of regular meal. Main meal is always full of nutrition and nothing can be as good as the regular food. They encapsulate it that regular food, as it does not loose its minerals and vitamins, is always good for health and should only be in our diet. Only a healthy life can lead us to success . Thus the regular food is being grounded.
Eventually , I always found my self on the side of healthy food and unequivocally the healthy food is regular food, while the advocacy of fast food is nothing else but a stubborn argument. I strongly agree that even, the fast food should not be a part of our dietary system.
