No matter in what figure one is earning, but job satisfaction always overweighs the high package. Although, for some people, in greed of earning a lot of money to fulfill their dreams, highly payable jobs are more important than the area of interest. I totally disagree with this statement and this essay will further discuss why job satisfaction is prior to high pay?

The confusion whether one should go with the huge CTC or with the domain of interest often arises with the freshers, however the higher amount payable to the employees often attracts them. According to a study, if one is working in a field of interest, then the person most probably is living a more peacefully and satisfactory lifestyle than the one who’s earning a lot but working in a job which doesn’t interests. Moreover, it has also been noticed that sometimes passion and hobby also become a good career in one’s life.

Therefore, it is recommendable that rather than choosing the career by looking at the figures in salary, we better give priority to our interest. For instance, during my final year at college, one student was offered with 10 Lakh/annum CTC, but the technology was different from what she was seeking to work in. Consequently, instead of accepting the offer because of the bigger amount, she denied it since the interest mattered a lot for her than the salary.

To conclude, undoubtedly, when one is provided with more than the expected pay then it is obvious to get confuse while selecting one, however, we should always opt the job of our interest rather than choosing the one with huge amount because we can only progress and perform better if we are doing with full interest.

In the contemporary world, everyone wants to learn by a well-qualified teacher, however, very less chooses teaching as their career especially in the schools offering education till secondary level. This essay will discuss about the cause which includes the less income in this profession and will propose possible solution that is by providing them regular bonus and salary hikes.

Although, in this job one only has to work for 6-7 hours which is way less than the working hours of a corporate job where sometimes employees need to work overtime as well, nevertheless, people don’t want to get employed in this sector because of the lower income. For instance, according to a survey conducted at ‘Manipal University’ in India, there were only 32 per 100 students who wanted to become a teacher. Moreover, when asked the reason for not considering it as a career option, they stated that the income is not satisfactory.

To alleviate this problem, one solution that can be consider by the education system is that the employees must be rewarded with bonus, incentives on occasion such as Diwali and there should be hikes in the salary every year based on their performance. Since, there is not much financial growth in this sector, people neglect it but by assuring reasonable pay, this field can attract huge crowd.

To conclude, working in an institution providing education till 10th standard, people are not satisfied with the earnings they get, however if feasible hikes and bonuses are given to them, then this area of professionalism can be chosen by many youngsters.

Irrespective of the study burden already students are having, by looking at the current situation, one of the crucial subjects that should be added into their curriculum is how one should manage their life in any financial condition. I completely agree with this statement and this essay will further discuss on the importance of such course in student’s life.

Although, in any education system students are given with so many subjects to study whether it’s a language which helps in communication or history which let students get to know about past, however there is a need to teach them how to survive financially. For instance, if a person gets a lot of money by any means but don’t know to utilize it then in no time the person would be out of funds. Therefore, it’s important for an individual to learn how to invest the money properly.

In my opinion, rather than involving student in subjects having no impact on their life, they should be encouraged to learn how to manage their finance appropriately. Since, students are considered as a future of the nation and up coming entrepreneurs, it’s very crucial for them to handle the money efficiently. If the future of the country lacking knowledge on management of funds, then how could they support the economy of the nation?

To conclude, if basic subjects or manners are mandatory to learn for the students then utilization of funds in a proper way is also necessary to pursue a peaceful and wealthy life. They should know that we are supposed to ‘think before spend’, otherwise life will end with taking debt and repaying it.

I don’t completely agree on the fact that expansion of supermarkets in the country lead to the closure of local or small business however this can affect the growth of local businesses since customer plays a vital role in the growing ladder of any business no matter how small or large. Going forward I would like to share my opinion on the mentioned subject.

There is no doubt in the increasing number of supermarkets in some countries which attracts most the population since it’s a place where one can find anything which is needful in daily life or even things which are not basic. One only need to go to a single place and can get anything they want whether it is about clothes or groceries or some electrical appliance and what not!

However, the expansion of such supermarkets somewhere affects the small or local businesses since the privileged people would like to go to such supermarkets rather than going to local shops and roaming around different places to buy the stuffs. But we can’t say that this can lead to the complete shutdown of local businesses since the local community who are not capable to purchase things from such supermarkets will definitely do their shopping from local shops.

In the end, by taking local or unprivileged people into consideration I would like to conclude that no matter how much the supermarkets are going to expand in a country, but this can never lead to closure of small businesses. However, it will surely impact their business financially.
