  • In last decade or so we have seen many students are going to foreign countries to pursue their higher studies like master’s with support of their parents. In this essay we will discuss both benefits and drawbacks of this trend.

On one hand, many people think that going to a foreign country require a lot of capital investment due to which many parents have to burden themselves with bank loan. In addition to this many student after completing their studies are not able to find jobs which in fact degrades both mental and physical well being. For example, In some countries like Germany most of the course are available in German language and the local population only speaks German so it becomes difficult to communicate with the local population.

On the other hand, the standard of living of students increases as they have access to good quality education , excellent health facilities for them as well as for their parents. For example in countries like Australia if both children have Permanent Residency than their Parents automatically get Citizenships without any hassle which secure future of their parents as they don’t have to live far away from their kids. Other then this many students who are not able to fund their studies are given scholarships from the government and the Universities. In addition to all these student are given accommodation, groceries are at lower rates. There are many student unions and organization within the University that helps them to find jobs or fight against any type of exploitation.

To sum up, although their are some drawbacks such as expensive price, they are perhaps outweighed by the material advantages like job opportunities, Student will have a better future if they study overseas.

Nowadays lot of people like to travel and they like to share the experience with other. One such experience they want to share is of cuisine, the kind of food the eat what are the ingredients used and how it taste like, there has been a increase in trend that many people are prefer to consume cuisine from different parts of the world than locally prepared food. In my opinion, this is a positive trend to support international trade and to satisfy people’s taste buds.

Due to globalization and ever increasing use of social media platform many individual are directly or indirectly promoting different types of cuisine and it is promoting different types of culture because food and culture are inter-related. For example if a student travels to other country for studies then by eating the countries cuisine will help him to understand countries culture which will help him adjust in the environment without much efforts.

It is certainly a good development for international trade as it increase there base across the globe. For example X is the food chain of country A and it opens a franchise in country B, so people will be able to explore the cuisine of country A and also they can add some local dishes and add some other cuisine and create a new dish.

To conclude globalization has a positive impact on food and beverage industry as well as it is allowing people to try different types of cuisine and learn some new things about other cultures.

The importance of money management is the basic requirement of one’s life. Many individual believe that the school phase is considered as the best time to understand personal finance. I agree with this statement and would share my thoughts in this essay.

To begin with, there are many new techniques implemented in various school curriculum to develop requisite skills. It is often kids do not understand the source of income and how their parents struggle to earn for their survival. For example, buying expensive toys which is useless and could have been saved for their future prospects.

On contrary, many parents and family members do not believe in such way of teaching and let them be responsible too early. They believe this age is for enjoying, better be only taught as per their curriculum, instead this skill may create a sense of understanding and maturity.

To summarize, I would conclude as personality bringing traits initiates from childhood itself. However, overly information may endanger the growing youth. Therefore, the subject should be consists of basic knowledge only.

Nowadays, many offices are opting for open space designs over compartmentalized floor plans. In my opinion, this is a positive change because of its social and work related benefits.

It increases communication and interaction among the peers which impacts the morale of an individual who can make friends and enjoy each other’s company through out the day. A good example of this would be offices designed by Flipkart. They intentionally created offices that allowed individuals to meet in the common areas and facilitates interactions between different divisions in the company. By meeting others on regular basis, employees adds more perspective and imagination in their work.

On the other hand, open-space design can reduce efficiency. Over the course of the day, various interruptions like phone calls and other noises can adversely effects individuals focus, private life. Recent research has shown that communication leads to decline in total work output.

In conclusion, there may be minor tradeoffs in term of productivity, it is a good change as it allows employees to be more creative, reduces cost of office by allowing more people in the open workplace.
