As per recent studies,it is observed that most of the lawbreakers have tendency to indulge in criminal activites again after they are released from jail.I will elucidate the reasons and possible solution to overcome in the essay.

To begin with,most of the criminal do crimes again because they have no other options and lack in skills.They can not fulfill basic needs of their family then they choose this path again to rob someone to get enough money to live properly.Society members does not allow them to get back to work and start a new business to earn some money.Some of the offenders attempt crime again because they are addicted to this and can not quit this.

Potential solutions to resolve this issue can be first,give a proper punishment according to crime offender have done.Because in my country criminal live like home in jail and they enjoy there.Punishment should be vary on crime a lawbreakers has done.According to me who came in rape charges in jail should be punished to death.The life in prison must be painful for culprits because this will help them to get to know how bad life is in prison.

In conclusion,jailer should not treat them like a normal person and punish them according to their crime.They should know how hell of a life is in jail.
