    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am writing this letter with regard to my camera Canon EOS 90D which I had lost during my recent vacation trip to Hawaiian islands in the United States. It has been covered under the Insurance policy JA1234678 since last 2 years till date.

    The digital camera was in excellent condition and it had a feature of 32.5 megapixel CMOS Sensor with 3.0 inch vari-angle touch screen LCD which allowed to take mesmerizing quality photographs. Also, it has a capability to take 22000 shutter shots in an hour. In addition, it had a thick silky brown case cover which makes it look attractive.

    Moreover, I had taken this camcorder for trekking in the mountains of Hawaii in order to capture the magnificent beach view of James Kaleoha. Also, we had gone for scuba-diving to capture amazing live videos and pictures. And, I had placed my camera in a black bag with a lion animal picture tattooed on the front, near to one of the closest rooms available in the diving area. Post completion of my diving, I noticed that the camera was not found in my bag.

    I would be grateful if you could honour this claim under the aforementioned policy by releasing 100 percent amount as a replacement cost for the camera at the earliest.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am writing this letter to bring to your attention that I lost my laptop while I was on vacation in the Maldives and that this item is insured.

    It was a jet black Lenovo ThinkPad Z 16 and had cost over 2 lakh rupees. The incident occurred on 23 October 2022 while I was holidaying in the Maldives for a week. I was on Paradise Island when I lost my laptop in the reception area. Although I extensively searched for the item for hours, I could not locate it. I registered a complaint with the local police and am yet to hear from them.

    Since I have insurance coverage for the laptop, I would like to claim the insurance amount for it. As per the policy, I am entitled to receive 80% of the original cost as an insurance refund. Please find the receipt of the purchase with this letter.

    Dear Sir/Madam

    I am writing to inform you that I have lost my Macbook Pro while travelling to Mumbai, India via train.

    I purchased the Macbook Pro a month ago and took a travel insurance with your company as well in case of any unfortunate event. It is having dark grey color and cost around $3000. It’s having latest Apple M1 chip with 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage.

    Last week, I was travelling to Mumbai for some office related work via train. If I recall correctly, I was watching a movie on the laptop until Indore, Madhya Pradesh and then fall asleep. When I wokeup, the train reached Nagpur junction and there was no laptop beside me. I checked my coach as well as nearby coaches but I was not able to find it.

    As per the insurance policy, I am entitled to claim the total value of the item lost so I am requesting for the release of the laptop amount . So please let me know how to proceed officially for the claim.
