Hello Partha,
I am writing this letter to seek your permission to work and attend the clarity product manager training at our head office in Canada.
As you are aware, I am recently promoted to product manager role. Immediately after promotion I stared working on my roles and responsibilities however, to fulfill all my duties I need to gather more knowledge on our product Clarity. To accomplish this, I would like to attend scheduled trainings in our head office which is starting from next month and it will be on going for six months. They will provide a certification in all learning which will be not only beneficial for me moreover it is good for our upcoming business also.
I have already had discussion with Kiru, and he is whiling to help me. I can share all the information on my all on going work for 3 weeks along with shadow on all my projects for 1 weeks. I will be available for urgent work furthermore, if needed I can have video calls as well. In work perspective I can insure you there will be on impact.
I will be great if you can provide me your approval so that HR can start my process. HR Team need all the approval by end of this week accordingly they can arrange my travel and accommodation. Please let me know if you like to setup a call for the same or you need more details.

Studying in university is a good path for professional learning it is an opinion in few people mindset however few people think doing job after the schooling is better option. Both points have their own benefits and their draw backs in my point of view getting degree from university is good to start the career.
In one hand getting knowledge on specific field for student have benefits as they know what they need to learn moreover their focus is on one item only. They are not distracted with many fields and try to grab the information for here and there. They stick to one field, gather all the knowledge and master on it. For instance, Doctor, engineers , scientist etc. They spend all the valuable time, effort on particular one studies and help in society with their role and responsibilities. In pandemic situation when covid was impacting all over the world. Many scientists, doctor worked together as team and prepared the vaccination to safe human race. It was only possible because there all had one specific leaning in their respective work area which they received from university on college curriculums.
In other hand starting the career after schooling is dependent on person-to-person interests as well and how they like to purse their life. Example a businessman does not need any particular knowledge. They only need to know their product they like to sell in market and how to target the sales add-on profitable. Like the Microsoft founder Bill gate had interests in business, to follow his dream he drops off his education in middle and spend his time on work he like the most. He gave one of the best operating systems to world which is used across the globe.
In conclusion, there are many factories’ students need to think on before putting themself to carries like economic status, quality time they like to spend, knowledge they like to gain and not to mention family conditions and environments as well. They have to go thought wisely for their path.

Increasing traffic congestion is a problem faced by all the metro cities. There are several reasons for it. For instance, Increasing number of vehicles , the roads infrastructure, etc.
According to a recent survey by popular magazine it has found that in today’s era each house has more than one vehicle in their family. With this statement, we can assume the number of private transports are more. Now if everyone in the family uses their private transport to commute as a result it enlarges the road jam. To avoid it people should use one of the two options either they start using public transport or carpool. Both options are pocket-friendly, and the person will be avoiding the hassle of driving on the road. Moreover, it is safe for the public. Example, carpools have Mobile app to book the ride and share location with their dear one. This functionality makes sure their loved one is safe and reached to their destination on time
Furthermore, many MNC came up with an idea to allow their employees to work from home twice or thrice a week to avoid the bottleneck traffic issue. It avoids the rushing office hours issue as well.
Another suggestion is to reduce the gridlock, the city should have a better road structure like flyovers, more than one route to reach the destination. If over bridge available, then there will be fewer roadblocks as it helps to avoid the area which is not common to cover. More bicycles path can help to less logjam although it is reduces the air pollution as well. In a few cities, government bus has different lane on road and no other vehicle are allowed on that lane which is helpful for transit. Decided lanes can also be helpful for the existing situation of roads
In conclusion, to minimize traffic jams public and government needs to work together. More options for the public via new structure and usage of other transportation. Changing the reporting time and shift working hours is also another option to minimize the blockage on road.

I am Deepti. I am a resident of the society Manjeera Diamond Towers, Nallagandla, Hyderabad. I’d like to point out a concern regarding the internet connection problem in our Nallagandal area Pincode 500046. We are the consumer of your Beam Broadcom service. For a couple of days, my whole society is facing an internet connection issue. Either internet speed is very low or no connection at all.
Example If we try to browse the google.com it takes at least 10 mins to show page OR else if no connection then we get an error “Internet connection error, contact with your service provider for a better experience”
Furthermore, a few people from my community raised the incidents from the phone to your service center, the operator shared steps and informed them to follow it. Like, reset the router settings, plug out and plug in the Broadcom box, however, nothing worked to fix the problem. One of the cases numbers which you can refer to is the following case number: 874639
As a community, we had a meeting, so we all concluded it can be a case that the fiber line of our area is damaged since a few days back a road repair work was completed nearby our Manjeera Diamond building.
We would like to request you to visit our area and check if the issue is related to the cable line of the internet or it is related to something else. Help us to understand how quickly you and your team can fix it. We need the solution of this ASAP because many people from our residence are working from home moreover children are also attending their classes from home as per pandemic restrictions.

Today we will be discussing about professional outfits benefits and drawback in companies.
Wearing clothes according to your job description is dependent on the nature of your job. For instance, if you are Doctor or Government employees etc., uniform is part of your employment, and you feel pride for the same. Likewise, a policeman/women wear their uniform on the job and wherever they go people around that feel safe and moreover, they know police are them to help. It is an honor to wear uniform on daily bases which you earned after lot of hard work and persistence. There are many occupations that need to wear uniforms but those in law enforcement professions are highly required. Having a uniformed law enforcement on the premises promotes peace of mind to the public.
On the other hand, we have few disadvantages as well on this, Example, health issues ,discomfort. In the airways industry air hostesses need to wear high heels. It is not an easy job to work on a high hill no matter in which situation you are. Flight attendant jobs demand this unhealthy format although it looks presentable. Similarly, workers that wear coveralls (Jumpsuits) have to deal with troubles during restroom breaks. When responding to a call of nature, they need to completely remove the garments.
In summary, implementing a uniform in workplaces has its fair share of advantages and disadvantages. Nevertheless, uniforms can promote a sense of belonging to an organization and can evoke perceptions of trust to law enforcers.

In today’s era, where we are losing humanity because of busy life, few people advise in school circumplasm social work should be added and few don’t agree with the same thought.
According to me, I agree with the idea to add an activity in children’s academic year. It will help society in many ways. Example: Charity work help to build the character. If students will be engaged in social work, it helps them to construct their personalities. They will be more in empathy zone and even in their busy modern living if they met any needy, they would offer the help. In this Vuka world, we need to prepare the coming generation for sharing and extension of support not only humans but animals as well.
Secondly, including teenagers in social welfare work also uplift their resume when they apply for high education or jobs, etc. Like: In today’s time all the schools follow Swachh Bharat abhyanga and all the students participate in these activities. It not only helps them to clear their surrounding moreover it also explains to them how much it is important for plant earth as well. In the matter of instance, today’s generation knows about different types of garbage systems why we used blue, green, or red, etc. Why we should segregate the garbage. It is only possible because institutions are following Swachh Bharat abhyanga for the last 10 years. When students add these knowledgeable items in their application, it helps the selector to understand the roots of a person furthermore it provides an idea of how supportive the person can be for society or project if needed.
Last but not the least, all over adding the welfare activities in school not only help for students but the whole society. It should be included, and it should be supportive, not only of teachers but by parents as well. A small action towards supporting the badly off will not only help overall for kids but their surroundings as well.

In today’s era, the expected life of an individual is globally increased. Due to Global movement in all the sectors like health, social, economic and education the old, aged people population is increasing. There are a few factors we need to take care of so that we can manage our old-age people population.
Firstly, old age needs to be more independent on their finance so that they can take care of their bills after retirement. For this problem, we need to improve the pension plan with the help of government and private sector policies companies. Example increase the limitation of age on the pension plan. If pension plan starts from the age of 60 till 65, it should be more than 65 onwards. If pension plan policies change with numbers on the age it will also increase the interest rate which also boosts the economic status of the country and tax system. It will help the country in one or another way. It will also help people to think to grow the number of investments instead of spending money on unwanted items.
Another problem, we are facing is a dependency on resources for old-age individuals. As old people cannot take care of themself, they need one or another person to help them with all the work. Sometimes it is a family member or some health department person. They keep occupied one individual. To overcome this issue automation industries, need to come up with a solution that takes of aged individuals more effectively, like Robot.
Robot work on voice control. The person needs to give a command to the robot to perform the action example cook food following a dish for me or help me to sit on the sofa. In this pandemic era from 2019, my aged people suffered from many challenges, and they all were not allowed to leave their places because they were at high risk of virus intake and spread. To support this challenge where no one allowed to come near them if one Robot were there, they wouldn’t face stress, loneliness, or help which they did the most for their daily chore.
Recapitulation to support an increased population with high life expectancy, the Government and private sectors need to work together to improve the supportive structure for aged people. I believe you are doing well; Firstly, I would like to apologize for not attending the event on Feb 1,2022 at Maire Hotel.
I was not able to attend the event because I got a call from a customer at the last moment when I was about to leave the office for the event. I planned my day accordingly so that I can attend the event on time. I planned to reach the event directly from the office because the event venue hotel Marie is near to our office and it saves travel time. However, I was not able to achieve that because I have to look into customer issues as it was important for their financial reports. I tried to reach my other team members to check what is the problem in a customer environment. Unfortunately, no one was available as all of them already reached the venue to attend the event.
As office work is important, I thought I could fix the issue in an hour and then I can join the event. My bad luck it took me 5 hours to fix all the problems. By the time office work was completed the event was also finished.
I heard very good feedback about the event. I would like to talk about the same with you. It will be great if we can meet this Friday at 4:00 PM in the office cafeteria. Treat on me. I am interested to discuss the important topic of events as we are planning to have the same event for our company other departments. It will be great to learn from you. Please do let me know it is feasible for you to meet this Friday else we will plan for another weekday.

Now it is not only captures your health but all the application which we use on our phone. It is clown of our phone. Even if we don’t have our phone we can work with our watch for sometime. After the smart watch launch, all the Companies were open for feedback. They like to achieve the goal on how they can make user life easy. After the feedback the work on users needs and now we have smart watch in all prices, size and shapes. User can select according to there pockets with EMI options.
