    Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter with regard to the mobile phone that i lost during my business trip to Delhi which was covered as part of your company’s travel insurance.

This is a 10 inch Lenovo mobile phone, grey in colour, and covered with a red silicon case. I lost my phone while onboarding the passenger train from platform 3. I remember it was inside my handbag prior to taking the platform ticket, and found it missing as soon as i entered into the train . Therefore, I believe that somebody in the queue has stolen my phone.

I would be grateful if you could reimburse the eligible amount for my phone. Please let me know if any further information or action required from my end.

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Yours faithfully,

    Janani

Nowadays, ads have become merely a push to make buyers purchase unwanted things. While some argue that adverts are source of information about new products and discounts. I strongly believe that ads are motivating people to buy barrage of products without the necessity. This essay will support my opinion with relevant evidences.

Admittedly, advertisements are highly useful for companies to promote or launch their products. Therefore, these ads will only emphasis the positive aspects but not the negative sides of it, which is a disadvantage for those who procure it. For example, a very famous fabric conditioner named “comfort” went off-limits after the projection of this product by an well-established actress. Therefore, people are enticed to buy this product without any demur. Earlier days, all the wet clothes are sun dried to enhance freshness, remove odor and to kill the bacteria. Thus, by the advent of such products, people have become accustomed to trivial things and also mislead with the importance of traditional practices.

In addition to the above point, products with lure offers is also considered as one of the important rationale for buying less useful items. For instance, if a product has been showcased with attractive offers like buy one, get one free or any gift items, then obviously many viewers will prefer to buy them with the absence of contemplation. As a result, consumers will buy this product from market without the actual need for the secondary item.

Finally, I would conclude, that advertising encourages us to buy things that we really do not need.

Inevitably, art is considered as an imperative part of all cultures around the world. However, People’s propensity has changed towards these lucrative fields like technology, business and science. Only very few desperate persons are focusing on arts. In this essay, I will discuss one of the very important reasons behind this condition, and also with recommendation on how to grow individual’s interest in arts.

The first and foremost reason is because to the sluggish growth in an artistry profession. Its widely believed that, success is measured by a person’s salary, job title and reputations. Thus, this has inculcated one’s mind between accepting arts as a hobby and profession. Majority of the parents don’t permit their children’s to pursue their career in fine arts like native martial arts, painting and dance. For example, one of my friends Geetha was very passionate about making artificial jewelry, but she was neither encouraged nor allowed, due to its low income.

Rather than being ambiguous on this issue, government should bring some awareness programs among the youngsters to increase the interest. For instance, if people are rewarded with high salary, they will eventually gain recognition in this society. As a result, this will increase the chances of increasing people’s attention to arts.

To conclude, although art is considered as an essential part of our cultures, yet the inclination towards business and giant sectors are more in terms of career and salary. Therefore, my suggestion is to provide more job opportunities for people in fine arts.

Owing to the expansion of supermarkets in some countries, local business are unable to compete and therefore some people think that this will impact the economy of local business and thus bring about a death of the local communities. I agree with this arguement.

Firstly, the development of such shops and outlets has definetly changed the buying experience for the customers, and major of the people get attracted towards these discounts, better price and quality. For example, star bazar, a well-known superstore in India present in many cities and towns, often offers weekly and monthly discounts on various products to their clients, eventually fortifying the customer base. With these all the above factors, these big shops have become one place for all the necessary purchase, and thus leading the customers with huge benefits suporting the development and change.

On the other hand, the opening of supermarkets could benefit local manufacturers by sell their products on their premises. Although, in contrast to this every booming industry the small businesses suffer. Local vendors from the streets are unable to get a good amount of money for their goods. They have a very few repeated customers, but with very less need to purchase. Therefore, they are discouraged from selling their age-old recipes. For example, a community that sells meat lost its business to the big company of meat processor. The decline of business will eventually result in the extinction of the commodity altogether. If people do not purchase local recipes anymore, there is no use of preparing the dish. Hence, there has to be a constant balance between demand, and supply.

To conclude, with the rapid expansion of stores in all places, local marketers are being exacerbated. In my opinion, the survival of local businesses is doubtful considering the above reasons. However, as these giant markets are here to stay for a long time it is imperative that small stores are given funds to sustain.
