Advertisement has been a part of this society since a long time in one way or the other And it has always managed to get the company its required customers and help the owners make most of their profits. There’s no doubt in the fact that these sparkly advertisement lures people into buying the products that they really do not need.

Everybody watch these advertisements and they might purchase it without giving it a second thought. If I need some product I will definitely go to the market and will buy it myself. For example, I do not need an advertisement to buy the essentials or the groceries as they are the basic necessity which we really need. Contrary to this buying something like Rocket chair just because I saw the advertisement yesterday is fatuous.

The biggest reason for getting so absorbed by these advertisement is the fact that most of them features our favourite celebrities or other influential people who deceptively projects the brand and its products in exceptionally gripping ways. The moment we see these elites using that product our neurons starts calculating that it must be useful and one imagines that it will give us the same result that is being claimed without thinking ‘Do I really need it though?’

I used to be Very concerned about my hair even though I really have fine hair and never faced any major hairfall problems but watching those celebrities flaunt those chemically modified and camera enhanced shiny long hair I started having concerns for mine because I was comparing it to something that wasn’t real. I kept buying a barrage of these expensive well advertised products like oil, serums, shampoo and what not. It was only after spending a fortune that I realised they did nothing but damage my hair.

Concluding my points I feel that companies should stop these unrealistic advertisements about products whose efficiency might be contentious. The procuring of unnecessary goods empties our pockets, leaves us frustrated, and taking away our chance to amass that money to buy something which would have been helpful. One must be meticulous and vigilant enough to inquire before spending into something that is off limits.

    Good afternoon,

I am writing this letter to inform you that I missed my flight for Tokyo which was scheduled for 3-8-2021 in the morning at 8:45 AM. The flight number was OF2248 and I booked two seats under the names of Sanjay Yadav and Sonia Yadav.

There was a congestion on the track due to an emergency landing, therefore our flight was rescheduled for 9:15 AM but the passengers were not informed well about the delay. A total of 15 passengers missed their flight including me and my wife due to the indolence of your staff.

I have a seminar to attend on 5-8-2021 and there was a briefing on 4-8-2021. Although the briefing was important but not essential. Unlike briefing the seminar is Crucial for my career as it is being hosted only for an esoteric group and I am lucky to hold a place in the selected few. Obviously it would be fatuous to miss this golden opportunity due to your negligience.

I want your airlines to provide us two tickets to the next flight for Tokyo. Kindly look into the matter and try to ameliorate the situation as soon as possible.

    Regards,

    Sanjay.

    Good evening sir,

I am writing this letter to inform you that I am starting a new course at G.L. school of management in Mumbai and I am very excited to begin this new journey under your guidance.

I come from a small city in Rajasthan where most of the people are employed in agricultural industry. I work as a medical officer in a rural area serving the people who are in utmost need of the healthcare services. I have a keen interest in arts and I use most of my leisure time to paint my heart out.

I have done my MBBS from Dr. S. N. medical College, Jodhpur and have recently graduated in March 2020. I have an 18 months of work experience here in Rajasthan and I am currently studying part-time online course about molecular genetics from Texila University for which I have managed to publish two research papers and this course will complete by August 15

I wish to commence ‘The Healthcare management’ program offered by GLSN in fall of 2021. I believe that I should learn basic management skills in order to help the government in developing healthcare infrastructure at the grassroot level and I am very confident that your direction will show me the path to my future endeavours.

    Regards,

    Marina

    Good evening

From the very beginning of the human race or any particular species it has always been about survival. Darwinian theory of “survival of the fittest” clearly mention that in any species only the most acquainted members will survive and same applies for the human beings.

Yes I believe that it is very important to teach survival skills like cooking, giving first-aid, basic self defence etc. to the teenagers irrespective of their gender, caste, creed, relation, race, and other things. In this male dominant society women are always taught that they are there nutritionist of the family. Although I don’t disagree because someone has to do it either man or woman. But I do disagree with the fact the responsibility is burdened solely on a female. While a boy enjoys his teenage being pampered and spoiled, a girl is expected to learn cooking as early as possible. This archaic mindset society does not understand that the era has changed and somehow they are making that boy dependent on a female for something so basic like feeding himself. There is nothing to be ashamed or belittle about cooking your own meal.

First-aid is something so many people around us needs everyday. While suffering from a medical emergency, a little help in form of first-aid might save someone’s life as we know an ambulance might take hours to reach the doorstep. If given training like BLS one might save their family or friends and it should be a compulsory part of teenagers education in high school.

Apart from first-aid basic self defence should also be a part of their curriculum. Growing up in a country like India every teenager and their parents are afraid of the safety of our little ones. The guardian cannot be around every single moment which makes one ponder that what if children could protect themselves. My father encouraged to choose Karate as a sports when I was 8 years old. Though I was frustrated at that time because I really wanted to play pursue football or horse riding but he insisted on a self defence course. But today when I see these news channels loaded with barbaric crimes like molestation, sexual assault, statutory rape and moreover these inhumane acts are not gender, caste or religion related but only a reflection of psychologically handicapped part of our society.

So to conclude, with the changing time we all need to get rid of these age old social norms to help our youngsters fight and prepare themselves for any unpredictable situation which life might throw at them, so that they can bounce back like a survivor.

    Dear Emily

Just received your letter where you expressed your wish to spend a two week holiday here in Rajasthan as well as other parts of India. First of all I really want to express how amused and thrilled I am, so excited that I have immediately started planning to make this vacation your most memorable one.

You are most welcome to stay here with me and my family for the days you are in jodhpur only if you are comfortable and for other cities i will book hotel rooms once you confirm the dates of your visit. Please inform me about the budget you have in mind so that I can make the arrangements likewise.

I can really assure you that August and September are the monsoon season which makes it most incredible time to visit India with appealing terrains and tourist spots. You will really be awestruck by cultural royalty inherited by each and every town.

Here in Rajasthan we can travel various city enriched with marvellous historical places like Mehrangarh Fort or Umaid Bhawan in Jodhpur, Nahargarh in Jaipur, City Palace in Udaipur and the list keeps going. Also we can visit sand dune festival nights in Jaisalmer or Rann of Kutch which is located in another state Gujarat not very far from Jodhpur.

Oh yes I must suggest you to bring all cotton or khaki material clothesWhich are best suited for hot and humid climate here in Rajasthan. Do not bring any winter clothes which I know Europeans are very used to (wink).

    Hoping to see you soon.

    Regards,

    Jyoti
