Many individuals argue that the government should be in charge of road development, whereas others believe that drivers should be responsible for the costs. In my perspective, the government should share the cost of road construction with the people through toll taxes.

On the one hand, I believe that highway construction and development should be the duty of the government. As a powerful body, the government has the capacity to update and make significant changes in the formation of national roads. To explain it further, the authority should increase its budget and allocate greater funding to infrastructure and urbanization, which would strengthen the country’s economy in a variety of ways.

Meanwhile, I also think that road users should be held responsible for road maintenance because they are the primary users and, in some ways, cause the damage. Most importantly, breaking the rules of government-mandated norms and regulations may eventually lead to the degradation of road conditions. Despite rigorous restrictions governing which lanes specific vehicles may use, many people drive personal automobiles on public transportation routes, causing damage to the road. As a result, individuals should be penalized for each pothole they cause on the road. I believe that the government should set up toll booths to collect taxes from passengers to preserve the quality of the roads.

Taking everything into account, in my opinion, road construction and maintenance should be shared by the government and the users. The most effective solution would be to place toll booths on roads to collect money from vehicles, and the government’s budget for road development should be increased.

In the current era, growing pollution is posing a serious threat to people’s health and producing a variety of health issues. The majority of people believe that government should prioritize decreasing environmental contamination along with housing issues to avoid various diseases. To minimize health difficulties, I believe the government should take responsibility for reducing pollution and housing issues.

To begin with, air pollution, the most serious source of pollution, accounts for 80 percent of all pollution. Industrialization has increased greenhouse gas emissions significantly, contaminating the air. As a consequence, creating serious health issues among people. For instance, an article published in India revealed that the percentage of people suffering from respiratory problems has increased significantly in recent years. Therefore, the government must take significant efforts to alleviate this crisis.

The housing problem, which is also a major cause of sickness, should be taken into consideration by the government. Poorly built homes in unhygienic environments run the risk of attracting a large number of bacteria and germs. For instance, recent research found that people living in linked slum neighbourhoods are more susceptible to contagious illnesses like the common cold and flu. Furthermore, well-built housing in a clean environment will not only prevent disease transmission but will also protect them from adverse weather conditions.

To summarize, governments, in my opinion, should focus on minimizing pollution by introducing new rules that restrict the number of pollutants released into the atmosphere. In addition, numerous shelters should be built to protect people living in slums or on the streets from infections.

The golf course and café remain untouched in 2001. The shops to the west of high street survived, while the shops on the east side were replaced by apartments. The farmland has been transformed into a hotel, tennis courts, and swimming pool. The renovated hotel appears to include parking facilities. Second, in my perspective, Newspapers’ have damaging effects on the environment. The process of making newspaper is causing environmental harm from beginning to end. Despite the fact that paper is quite relatively simple to recycle, 55 percent of worldwide paper is from newly cut trees. However, computerized news does not require all of those aspects in order to be published. As a result, considered environmentally friendly. One of the most obvious advantages of online reporting is its worldwide reach. Global citizens may stay updated with current happenings.

To conclude, while newspapers remain a popular and essential source of information, online news will eventually overtake print news due to its accessibility, flexibility, impartiality, limitlessness, and global reach. I thus strongly believe that most people will soon migrate from print media to online, digital, computerized news.
