Dear sir,

I am writing to apologise and explain why I was absent for the awards ceremony hosted by the company.

Firstly let me thank you for sending me the invitation and trust you put on me that i would make to the event. Although I made all the arrangements and wanted to attend the event, all of a sudden, my old friend of mine suddenly called that he is getting married at Arya samaj and wanted my presence over there.

As there was no one at home, I could not send any one. Being in tricky situation, I forgot my mobile phone at my home and could not call you and inform you the same.

I know that you had been supportive through out may career in this organization and I request you to understand that it was not all intentional and further I would ensure that I would never repeat the same and make a priority in attending any event organized by the company.

Nowadays with the increasing awareness of the affects of the pollution, people are of the opinion that the manufacturers and Supermarkets need to take responsibility of reducing the large package of goods. On the other hand, there are some who believe that the customers need to be very conscious. I strong believe that the customers need to be vigilant and concern towards the environment.

The establishments and the manufactures always want to attract the customers and hence they generate the products with the glossy, shiny and extra baggage. Although there would be restrictions from the concerned authorities on the packages, the establishments will always look for profits and are not concerned with the side-effects. Being aware of the hazardous effects, the customers have huge responsibility in avoiding the goods with the huge packaging, for example they can go with the products which are of less package.

To conclude, the responsibility should go hand in hand from both the customers and enterprises in maintaining the equilibrium of the eco system.

Dear Friend,

I hope you are doing well and my best wishes for your new job.

I would like to thank you for inviting me to your house and arranging a great feast. I have enjoyed the food thoroughly and the hospitality shown by your mother immensely. In spite of she not being well, she prepared mouth-watering and exotic dishes and she ensured that we have a blast.

Further , I would like to let you know that I forgot my watch at your place. As soon as I boarded the bus, I realised that it was at your home. I generally do not place on the floor and I strongly believe it could be in one of the cupboard.

Its a blue coloured Rolex watch with the United States map on it. The watch has leather strap.

As you know the watch is gifted by my father, I have an emotional connection to it. If you find the watch, please do let me know , so that I will come and pick up the watch by myself as I can’t afford to lose it again.

Dear sir,

This is regarding my watch which I have lost yesterday night.

Since yesterday was holiday, I happened to visit museum along with my children and my parents.

we entered the museum at 5.00 PM on 22/03/22. The reason i was particular about the time, while entering the museum we were asked to enter the timing and I looked at my watch and entered the exact time. we had spent 3 hours in the museum and we enjoyed it a lot.

We also visited canteen in the museum and had snacks and Tea.

We were asked to leave the museum at 8.00 PM by the security guards. At that point of time, I realized that I had lost the watch. As there was huge crowd , we were asked to leave, I did not have the option of searching the watch. When enquired at the reception, they said that they may not able to find it immediately and requested to write a letter.

As the watch is very expensive and gifted by parents, I consider it as most special.

I sincerely request you to search for the watch and in case if you find it, please handover it to me.

The watch name is Rolex 5515 and blue in colour and has leather wrist.
