    Hi Shweta,

Hope you’re doing well. Its been a while since we spoke, where I mentioned that I have a business idea. I am writing this letter as I need your help with my business in developing website.

As I’ve mentioned earlier, I have started the business for door step delivery of necessary products like groceries , medicines, Dairy products and other necessities. Recent times has been very difficult when it comes to delivery of basic necessities, which is the primary problem we are resolving with the help of this business, I named it Dunzo.

The website should contain the products we are delivering, it should locate the consumer’s location and show the nearby grocery stores for every location. The live location of the delivery partner should be visible just like other market leaders in this area. I need you to be as much as innovative as possible which I know you are, and we will be doing the daily calls to update the website further.

I need you to be creative with aesthetics of the website, which is very important to attract the user’s attention. You can add the pictures of every product we are promising to deliver, also can add the our mascot’s picture on the website as well, I will share the pictures you can refer to while developing the website.

I am eagerly waiting for your response.

    Love,

    Swarnika

While some people think its the the responsibility of Manufacturers & Supermarkets to reduce the plastic packaging, while others believe that its every individuals duty to protect environment, curbing the goods with more packaging as much as possible. My opinion personally is, Consumers are more obligated for the same.

Firstly, I feel its every persons responsibility to take a step towards avoiding to buy products with more plastic packaging, For an instance, we can consider packet of biscuits (Parle – G), where in a family pack, you will biscuits packed in separate plastic packets. Consumers buy that because they cannot consume the whole packet in one go, and the plastic wrap saves the eatables to decompose. However, I feel that can be avoided, by buying goods in a quantity as per the need, abstain buying eatable in large quantities.

Secondly, the consumers have developed a habit of not carrying their own bag while going on a shopping, and to value serve them well, stores started providing them a lot of plastic bags to facilitate the delivery. If consumers increase the demand of something, companies or supermarkets will to go to any extent to fulfil that demand, as they generate profit out of it, so its their duty, as a responsible citizen to protect environment and become little aware about these small things to make a big impact.

The companies I feel are taking necessary measure to avoid plastic packaging as much as possible under CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility). We can consider the example of mobile manufacturing companies, like Apple or Samsung, nowadays you might have seen the packaging of every mobile is only as big as the mobile fits, and they are not only focusing on reducing the packaging but also trying to the material which eco friendly.

To conclude that, I would like to state, to stop producers & suppliers using the plastic packaging, consumer needs to stop demanding for the same. If the demand of products with more packaging will reduce, the manufacturers will give that a thought.

    Dear John,

    Hope you’re doing well.

Firstly, I’d like to thank you for a wonderful weekend we spent at your place. It has refreshed all great memories we had together, especially the way we used to do the sleepover in college times, and used to share all our thoughts with each other.

One important thing I want to bring to your notice is that while my stay at your place I lost my watch. I believe I might have left it in a bathing area while taking a bath. It was apple Series 3 watch with white strap and a silver aluminium case.

It would be really great if you can do me a favor, and please send it by a speed post at my address as it’s a gift from my father and it has emotional value. Also, please do let me know the cost of the courier, so that I will be able to transfer the amount in your account.

Once again, thank you for the time spent on weekend, you made my weekend memorable.

    Yours Lovingly,

    Swarnika

Teaching system has been drastically changed over the years. Some people argue that rewarding pupil is important to stimulate their mental growth, while others beleive that penalizing them plays an important role. I agree with the notion that appreciating the young ones plays a critical role in their overall development.

Firstly, teachers now a days believe that bestowing students will not only boost their self-esteem, but will increase their motivation as well. I can recall of one memory, where my nephew never used to like homeworks, and then we started sending him to a home tutor, who used to bestow him for everu good deed and homework he does. Since then we saw a significant change in his behavior. Not only he was motivated to complete the homework but also it cultivated a good manners in him.

Secondly, I personally feel, children are like clay, they just take the shape, the way they are moulded, and teachers are the potters. If students perform well and they get rewarded, and every success story helps them become more confident in presenting their ideas in front of a crowd. It not only stimulates learning, but also they will not feel shy to present their ideas in front of people. However, in contrast to that sometimes its also important to correct the notrious ones, in such a way that they realise their mistakes and get motivated to work for good.

To conclude that, I would like to state that, I agree with the idea that nowadays it is a healthy approach to reward the students when they do the good deed and correct them in a way that they realise their mistakes and get motivated to work towards the same.
