The diagrams illustrate the process which is used to generate electricity from sea wave.

From the figure it seems that whole structure is built on cliff or sea wall and electricity generates with the help of turbines, sea wave and air.

As shown in diagram A, when the sea wave comes through leakage free chamber to generate pressure which is further opposed by the air coming through column, as water pressure is much higher than air pressure it forced air to move backwards due to this turbine rotates in clockwise direction with gradually increasing speed and generates electricity.

However, the water wave is move backwards after some time because inclination of cliff or sea wall which allows air to come through columns with increasing speed as shown in diagram B. Now the pressure of air is more than pressure of water wave which help turbine to rotate with increasing speed which helps to generate electricity.

It is considered by some individuals that education from university or college is mandatory to successful career, while there are others who think that it is more helpful to go for real work experience directly after completing school. Although, working right after your schools helps you to gain practical knowledge ,I strongly believe that studying in universities is essential for unlocking various skills and vast knowledge on particular subject which will be more convenient in succeeding career for long run.

On the one hand, there are some students who directly join company or organization right after completing their school which is helps them to acquire real time experience in early age as well as gives knowledge of corporate field. For example, one of my friend joins logistics company after completing his basic education and after working there 3-4 years he is promoted to assistant level job which helps him to stable financially and to look after his family.

On the other hand, some parents encourage their children for higher studies after completing their school to enhance their knowledge in particular field as well as help them to achieve various skills like leadership, communication, presentation, etc. After completing their higher education, they can get equally paid job and they have successful career for long run. For example, one of my colleague who has around 10 years of experience in respective field but fails achieve manager level position because of not completing higher education. So, I think further education after completing school is important if you want to achieve higher level jobs in corporate world.

To summarize, even though you can gain work experience in corporate field after completing school, I totally agree that higher education is required to increase skills and knowledge in particular area and then apply for jobs.

Many contractors and industries demand to wear uniform from their respective staff. This essay will go through advantages like for safety purpose, equality of the workers and disadvantages would be the discomfort of staff and monotonous natures in the industries.

There are some good points to wear uniform in the companies. Firstly, uniform plays major role towards safety of the employee as safety shoes, gloves, apron are some of the important things when there is on-field work in the industry. For example, there are various accident videos on internet due to unaware of safety measurement and this could lead to serious injury to any working individual. Secondly, if everyone from companies or organizations wear uniform on daily basis, then there will be no high tier or low tier employee and every individual will work in friendly nature. This will eventually leads to great success of companies. For illustrates, there are many industries who noted growth in their company environment after applying uniform rules to all employee.

However, there are some disadvantages of wearing uniform like staff of the companies can feel discomfort due to safety shoes as the weight of this particular shoes is much more as compared to our regular shoes or uniform will be provided by companies so there can be quality issues and this leads to more discomfort and distract worker from their work. For example, when I joined my first company, I really struggle for many days due to weight of the safety shoes. Moreover, there will be lack of motivation due to monotonous nature in companies. As we all know outfit plays major role in our day to day life to keep ourselves active or fresh whole day.

To summarize, there are some positive points if companies ask for uniform like employees safety, equality in the workers and there are some drawbacks namely discomfort of worker and monotonous nature in the company.

Some individual think that producers and retailers should take responsibility to reduce the amount of packaging of product while, others suggest that customers should control it by using less packaging goods only.

Nowadays, manufactures and supermarket attract customers by providing huge packaging on product. But, if we observe neatly they are producing non-eco-friendly goods with a lot of packaging. We all know how much plastic is polluting our country, still some companies make their profit by ignoring all environmental issues. Few years back, when I visited one food based product manufacturing plant, I saw they literally wrapped package 2-3 times to one product only. Manufacturing companies should take responsibility by focusing on maximum one layer packaging on goods.

In the contrary, customers also supporting the product by buying it in vast quantity. If customers refuse to buy over packed product then it will directly affect to the company who is manufacturing the same product and eventually to reduce their losses or to increase their sell, they will plan accordingly by providing less packaging on product. For example, in any supermarket people purchase more than 50% product which are over packed and indirectly it promotes huge packaging product. So, if every individual take responsibility to banned over packed product then it will be huge success on country’s environment.

To summarize, I think the responsibility should be taken by both manufactures and customers to promote eco-friendly product by reducing use of multilayer packaging.

January 29, 2022 at 12:17 AM in reply to: Task 2: (Agree/disagree) : Money management

In every high school, one subject related money management should be consider in their syllabus. Undoubtedly, I support given statement as it will teach teenagers to be a financially independent. Also, I think this increase country’s overall literacy rate among young adults.

Importantly, high school student should be able to manage their own money to secure their future from financial losses. They should understand the term such as saving, expenses and many more. More likely, this will help students to explore new area and give them courage to be less dependent on their parents. When I was in the junior college, I used to wait for month end to take my pocket money from my parents as I really struggled to manage my monthly budget.

Moreover, if we continue teaching financial topics to students in their in their early age automatically it will show growth in the India’s financial literacy rate in young generation. If everyone gain knowledge about money management and apply to their everyday life, eventually this will decrease chances of poverty in country. For example, I have seen many of my friends and colleges battling with their financial problem due to lack knowledge in same subject. Some of them have to suffer through critical situation because of their poor financial management or insufficient savings.

To summarize, high school student should learn financial management lessons to get financial freedom and minimize financial illiteracy rate in future in our country.
