    Dear Ma’am,

I am writing this letter to you regarding the suggestions for improving the reception area of our company.

Recently, we received a number of complaints about the behaviour of our reception staff, they are not polite and don’t give much attention to the query asked by someone to them. Some also have complained that reception area is unorganised and gave some unpleasant feeling.

Reception area is very important for any organisation because it is the place where any outsider visit the first to enquire about something. A good reception area gives positive vibes about the company and a person makes his first impression about the company.

Reception staff should be polite and humble,so in my opinion, we can give some sessions or trainings to them. We can also hire new staff for the reception area. On upcoming weekend, we can arrange reception area in a better way, so that it doesn’t look messy and gives a better view.

I hope my suggestions will be helpful and provide some relief to the above complaints.

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Your sincerely

October 19, 2021 at 11:21 PM in reply to: Writing Task 2 – Problem-Solution [Teaching]

In the recent time, a few people want to choose their career as teacher, specially in secondary schools. Teaching was very popular among people in past time but now it becomes less likely to be seen as a career choice. This essay will discuss few problems which are faced by some when choosing teaching as a career option and also provide many suitable solutions for the same.

Teachers are backbone of a country’s growth. Good teachers provide great students that will be assets to the country, however they are not given enough salary as compare to other professions like engineers, doctors and bankers . Educators should be respected because they mold the children into a better person but in today’s time, children are not enough discipline and often misbehave with the teachers.Youngsters don’t understand the value of their teachers and frequently disrespect them. There are less career growth opportunities for educators as well.

Teaching has lost its value, in order to restore it, the wages of teachers should be increased. Some steps should be taken by government to provide better services to teachers like in term of career growth, salary and basic facility. Parents also teach their children some basic etiquettes for example, discipline and how to behave with educators.

To conclude, teachers should be given actual salary according to their work along with respect from everyone in the society because teachers make us human being and responsible. We learn lot of things from them whether they are related to study or general life. Teachers are the only one who are responsible for a child’s growth and his career.

  • In some countries, many adults wish to live with their parents after completing their Higher education and getting job. This essay will explore the advantages and disadvantages and provide a logical conclusion.

The two main advantages to live with parents are getting Good advice and managing their personal and professional life simultaneously. Firstly, those adults who live with their parents have good guidance based on parents’ experiences that helps them to tackle any problem. It develops a self confidence in them. Secondly, parents are always ready to help their children in any way possible. Living with parents provides them opportunity to manage their personal and office life. Parents are there to help the children in household chores so that they can even more focus on their career. Family support is the best way to get success.

However, there are some minor drawbacks to living with parents. Adults don’t get enough time to spend according to their wish, this hampers their privacy. To get success, independence is a most important factor but this is not possible when they are living with parents as children are always guided and adviced by them.

To conclude, although living with parents have minor disadvantages like adults are not able to think according to their own . But staying with parents provides them some good advice and ability to use their time effectively. I believe that these benifits of family outweigh its drawbacks.

October 9, 2021 at 11:54 PM in reply to: Discuss Both Views [Decision Making in Businesses]

Some people believe that people in senior position have the right to take decisions, while others think that members of staff should be involved in this process as well. Both views will be discussed in this essay along with my opinion.

When we are talking about experiences and expertise, senior people have got wide experience and knowledge. To run a business these are the most important factors. They are familiar with the way the business operates. They also know the strengths and weaknesses of their staffs. These experiences help the company to gain profit and do better in the future. In decision making some security concern is also involved as some confidential information being discussed in the meeting, so it is consider that the decisions should be made by managers.

On the flip side, there are plethora reasons for employees to participate in a decision making process. They also want to consider themselves a part of the organisation by giving their valuable ideas. If they are a part of decision making process, they present a great idea that seems beneficial for the company. By doing so the members of staff feel more connected to the company and perform better. This also enhance the self confidence in junior employees that leads to the organisation in next level.

In my opinion the involvement of employees should be there in this process for the betterment of the organisation. As we concern about the security of the confidential information, the organisation need not to discuss this with the every employee.
