Dear sir,

I had recently stayed in your hotel- AlHayat Residency for three nights and two days. The temperature was very hot at that time and air-conditioning in my was not fully functioning. I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction during my last stay and would like you to take some action against this problem so that other guest should not suffer what I had experience.

Straight away I fetched to the bed but soon I </font>realized<font face=”inherit”> that room was too hot and I was sweating. I called up the reception for help but they couldn’t resolve the issue for the temperature thermostat in my room. I asked for another room but unfortunately it was unavailable. Finally, I decided to open the windows but breezes were hot. Somehow I spent whole night by just turning around. </font>

<font face=”inherit”>Therefore, I demand you to return me 40% of the total charges what I had paid earlier or compensate me with another 4 days of stay of my choice.</font>

Dear Neha,

It is good to hear from you after such a long time. Besides,I am very excited to know you planning to visit my country for a holiday of two weeks and i will not miss opportunity to meet during this stay.

Regarding your stay, I would like to advise you to go for an apartment rather than motels as it is very expensive and also unavailable during this holiday season. However, if you like I can book for you a small one bed room apartment, which is near of the center city and has beautiful view. Here, everybody know English so you will not have any communication problem too.

My country is not too cold like yours, average temperature is always between 26- 30 centigrade. So,you really don’t need to bring winter clothes as extra luggage. Another important point is renting taxi’s is too costly in my city therefore, I suggest you to commute with Bus or Trains which are very frequent and comfortable.

In today’s modern world computer has become the integral part of our lives. Most people argue that children should play outdoor games rather than spending most of their time on computer games. I agree that outdoor activities have more positive effects on child’s health both physically and mentally.

With the advent of digital technology, humans has become mostly dependent on computers for their day to day activities and children too are not an exception. Working parents often condone their young ones addiction towards computer games as they are too busy to take care of them round the clock. Moreover, children brain is vulnerable therefore it easily attracts ferocity of the modern games. For example, a recent survey had shown that many youngsters attempted to suicide after playing Blue Whale game.

Furthermore, there are numerous advantages of playing games outdoor. To count few, first it enhance the physical strength and endurance of the growing kids.Firstly, kids feels energetic and enthusiastic when playing in a team with real friends and robots. Secondly, outdoor activities makes them discipline, social and inculcates habits such as sharing and team spirit in them , which are most essential for their growth and development. For instance, M.S.Dhoni was an average player but his evident interpersonal skills and bold communication skills made him the captain of Indian cricket team.

In conclusion, I would like to say although electronic games has made the made life of working parents easy to some extent by making their kids busy, but it has multidimensional side effects which couldn’t be ignore. Thus, as a parent it is our primary responsibility to take care of child physical and mental health, and encourages them to play outdoor games rather than idealizing in one chair for hours.

In today’s world, advertisement has become a significant tool for marketing all products. While some argue that advertisement increases awareness about products that may improve our life style, others are of the opinion that advertisement encourages people to buy unnecessary things. I strongly believe that the latter is more correct, as will be explained.

To begin with, human wants are insatiable and to fulfill these demands we usually wonder , and got easily trap in companies cutting corner policies of sale and buy one get one free policies. To promote any product, companies generally propagate on Newspapers, magazines, internet and billboards only the brighter side of newly launched good, thus providing an incomplete picture of the product. undoubtedly,we inclined to buy those things easily thus, end up in purchasing something which completely unessential. For example, beauty and herbal product weight loss supplements . Recently a survey conducted by the Health and Beauty magazine revealed that the use of these products has significant increase by 65% in last decade. Although everybody knowns weight can only be controlled through proper diet and exercise. Many of my friends too used such herbal medications have later repented of their choice.

Moreover, children are easily attracted by advertisements, young kids in particular are influenced by adverts showing the latest toys, clothing or latest electronics gadgets and this can exert enormous pressure on the parents to buy these products whether their pockets gives permission or not. In addition, the advertising of tobacco, alcohol and cigarette has always been a controversial issue, It is quite possible that these adds can attract young underage minds towards its popularity.

Dear Sir,

I am writing to you express my interest in the Job advertisement publish in local newspaper column for part-time vacancy in your esteem restaurant for Reception manager. As per the requirements I find myself a suitable candidate for this job.

I would like to mention that I have been working as part-time receptionist in Al-Haya restaurant situated at Humayun Nagar, from last six months. My duties includes taking orders, accepting bills and handling cash. But recently I had to move to Hitech city and I had to left that Job.
