March 28, 2022 at 9:06 AM in reply to: Task 2: (Agree/disagree) : Money management

Though financial management is a very important skill but is still a debatable topic whether it should be a part of students’ mandatory curriculum or not. This paragraph will elaborate the importance of financial education in schools.

To begin with, finance is the most important factor in our life. It is always advisable to teach children about money from a very young age, as it will help them to prepare for future. Furthermore, it also helps to reduce the wastage of money as children get to know about the importance of money. Moreover, now we are seeing that majority of tech changes like introduction of cryptocurrency, NFTs etc, requires the good basic knowledge of finances. In order to remain relevant in this dynamic world , it is important to become financial literate. For example, Cuba becomes the first country to recognize digital currency as a part of legal tender & they have made compulsory for all the classes to teach students about the importance of digital money.

Another striking benefit in this regard is that money management helps students to become self-reliant as it teaches them to save money instead of wasting it for unnecessary activities. Also, children are considered as the future of any region, and teaching them the skills of money management leads to more financial growth in that region. For instance, Americans are considered as the most finance savvy people because there is a mandatory subject of money management in USA schools.

In conclusion, according to the arguments aforementioned above one can easily say that financial management is the most important skill that schools should inculcate in curriculum.270 words

The table depicts the information and estimate about the world population in total as well as in percentage for various regions for the year 1950, 2000 and 2050.

Overall, the total population in the world is increased rapidly from 2.5 billion in 1950 to 6 billion in 2000 and it will follow the upward trend in future also.

Asia remains the most densely populated area throughout the years from 56% in 1950 to 60% in 2000 and it is estimated to host around 59% of total population in 2050.

In 1950, the population of Africa and Latin America was 9% and 6% of total population respectively and it rises to 13% and 9% in 2000. Also the population of these two regions are expected to rise gradually in year 2050 also.

Europe and North America are the regions which show the gradual decrease in share of total population. It is estimated that Europe will host around 7% of total world population whereas NorthAmerica will host 4% in the year 2050.

Oceania remains the only region which has a constant share in total population of around 1% and it will expect to remain same in 2050.

    @fal maam

Most of the enterprises have now started building more and more open space designs for offices, instead of separate cubicles for each employee. Here in this paragraph, I am going to elaborate on how the positive impact of open space designs outweighs its negative impact.

Primarily, this type of design promotes more efficiency in an organization as it is easy to interact with subordinates and co-employees in open space designs. Furthermore, in open space designs, it is easy to do socializing for the staff which sometimes acts as a stress buster for them. In addition to that, open space leads to more harmony among the workers and supervisor which increases overall productivity of the organization. Another striking benefit in this regard is that, this design is cost effective as compared to separate rooms design.

Apart from that, there are also some disadvantages like it leads to less privacy in the organization which negatively affects the work. For instance, top level executives need separate cubicle because their work requires more privacy. Secondly, it also leads to less concentration on work as there is more disturbance in open space design. Enterprises should provide open space design for middle level workforce whereas top level or senior management should get separate space.

According to the above arguments, one can reach the conclusion that despite some drawbacks the open space designs are more effective as compared to separate rooms. The drawbacks of this can be overcome by following certain methods and procedures like by building partition among different departments and by making noise proof structures inside the enterprise, etc .

    hello @fal ma’am please check

Yes, I completely agree with the above statement.

The performance of students is directly related to the reward they get from teacher. Rewarding helps to motivate students whereas punishment demotivates them. Here in this paragraph, I am going to discuss why students perform better when they receive appreciation rather than being punished.

To begin with, motivation helps the students to increase their confidence. The best way to motivate students is to reward them for their better performance. It is always advisable for the teachers to set goals for each student and reward them when they achieve those goals. A reward can be in any form like words of appreciation, small gifts, and extra marks for the efforts, etc.

Few months ago, Cambridge Uni. Conducted a research on students and they had find that the children who get rewards from their school are performing better in studies than those who don’t get any rewards for their performance.

Secondly, there is a big myth among the various part of societies that punishment helps the student to perform better but in reality, punishment leads to demotivation among the students. Strict punishment leads to dissatisfaction in students and in some cases it leads to depression. Sometimes the physical punishment including hitting & other means of causing pain leads to anti social behaviour and aggression in children.

Taking everything into consideration, i want to conclude that reward helps the student to peform effectively and efficiently whereas punishment leads to the dissatisfaction among the students and it further leads to deterioration of performance.

    Hello @fal ma’am please review.

Blood sports are an inhumane activity under which people harms helpless animals for the sake of their entertainment, traditional rituals, and other reasons. With the passage of time, people have become more and more aware about the rights of animals and because of that the demand to ban these blood sports activities also increases.

Primarily, the reason behind this activities is the traditional culture of some areas. For instance, bull racing was quite famous in some areas of Spain but after the intervention of PETA(the body which fights for the animals rights), the Spain authorities banned this sport. Similarly, In South India Bullfighting is a very famous activity in which thousands of bulls performed and a lot of them die or face critical injuries because of this bloodshed activity. Recently Supreme Court of India took suo moto notice in this and put a ban on bullfighting for an indefinite period.

Another reason behind these activities is the illegal trading of animals. Generally, people sold animals in black market through these bloodsport activities. Because of the illegal trading of animals, many habitat animals reach to the stage of extinction. In addition to that, this activity also leads to the infusion of black money in the economy.

Animals are an important part of our ecosystem and food cycle. By harming animals, people are creating problems for the entire environment.

In the end, I want to conclude that these activities which are immensely cruel for animals should be completely banned. The Governments and the respective authorities should generate more awareness among people about this by using various methods. Also, the respective authorities should take strict action against those who are involved in these activities.

In figure A, waves come from downward to upward direction through the chamber. After that these waves go through the column. Then these waves rotates the turbine which is there is the column. In the end, the electricity generates with the movement of the turbine.

Similarly, In figure B, waves passes through the chamber but in this cases waves come from upward to downward direction. The waves then rotates the turbine which is situated between the columns. Finally, with the help of the movement of the turbine, electricity is generated.

February 14, 2022 at 8:47 PM in reply to: Essay advantages and disadvantages ( Uniform)

In many organizations, the uniform is a part of compulsory dress code whereas in some organizations it is not compulsory. In this paragraph, we are going to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of wearing a uniform at workplace.

There are many advantages of wearing uniform at workplace. Firstly, uniform represents equality and wearing same uniform represents that every employee is equal in the eyes of company. For instance, in amazon warehouses, there is a uniform for every worker and it leads to more satisfaction among them. Secondly, in some cases uniform acts as a part of safety gear for employees. For example, Firefighters need to wear a particular safety gear including jackets and shoes which provides safety to them. In addition to that, there is a need of uniform in case of promotion of the company or its products like in case of salesman or saleswomen wearing the dress with the company name on it.

Like advantages it has many disadvantages also. Primarily, sometimes uniform leads to the low esteem among the employees. For instance, when employees from top to middle level of management wears the same uniform, so it leads to the low esteem or dissatisfaction among the top level management employees. Secondly, from company’s point of view uniform increases the operational cost of the company. Sometimes uniform also hurts the religious sentiments of the people and then it creates a bad reputation of the company in the market.

In the end, I want to conclude that uniforms should not be compulsory at workplace cause sometimes it leads to create many issues and then it leads to dissatisfaction among employees. Employees should have the right to wear whatever they want in a prescribed dress code.
