Cultures across the countries often consider the art as the essential part of their societies. With changing times, importance of art in people perspective, has reduced significantly whereas those of prevailing segments such as science, technology and business, have increased considerably. In my opinion, art has been an integral part of our culture since ages because cultural advancement without its role is not possible. In order to attract more people towards this extinguishing trade, we need to adapt modern techniques while preserving its core competency.
On one hand, since ages, journey of mankind has been described by art, carved beautifully by our ancestors, which has resulted in passing up of information across generations, about crucial phases of our evolution since ages. For instance, we have seen discovery of carving on walls across all continents, beautifully describing how early man used to live their life, done during Stone Age. Although, science and business has attracted the attention of our younger generation more rapidly, art continues to be a medium for expressing our thoughts in a more presentable manner. The more we ignore the art, the harder it will be for us to express.
On other hand, in order to arrest the fall of interest among youth, we need to appreciate even the smallest effort being put in this field. Giving due recognition to artists and rewarding their work will certainly pull more number of people towards this profession, resulting in more commercially viable projects for art enthusiastic. Incorporating modern and scientific techniques for creating artworks, sponsoring exhibitions, and exploring commercial aspect of art, will provide a much needed boost to it. The more we promote the art, the merrier will be the result for art industry.
In conclusion, the art is a beautiful way of expressing not only our thoughts, but also our journey along various phases of life, and it need to be preserved at all cost. Furthermore, all required steps should be taken by appropriate authorities in order to highlight and reward the efforts of an artist, who are often ignored. Art not only gives us the glimpse of our past, but it also helps us in shaping our future.

Demand for more numbers of residences has increased considerably in various countries owing to rapid growth of population. Some people have often debated that whether new homes should be erected in present cities or should countryside be used to develop new township. In my opinion, new affordable housing projects, along with development of existing small towns, should be promoted along countryside, rather than putting more burden on existing cities. For instance, we have already seen sprouting up of new townships, being developed in a more organized ways, away from cities.
On one hand, government is focused on reducing the infrastructural pressure on existing cities, by offering more incentives to the people willing to settle in a new township, being developed away from city. For example, several residential projects has commenced under the PPP Model (Public-Private Partnership), giving leverage to development board in terms of funding. The new homes are designed afresh with use of modern architecture, eco-friendly material, better design and utilities, thereby offering more comfortable standard of living compared to their urban counterparts.
On the other hand, smaller existing town, have been brought into focus for redevelopment in a more structured way, maintaining their cultural heritage, rather than building them afresh. Moreover, this up-gradation of smaller town has been possible due to better planning and execution using more scientific ways of development. For instance, some towns have already been upgraded to multistory residential societies in order to preserve sense of togetherness, along with the glimpse of modern era.
In conclusion, rather than subjecting existing cities to further stain by accommodating increasing number of people in it, we should promote setting up and developing new township, in the underutilized countryside of the vast nation. This dual vision will enable us to harness untapped potential of countryside, thereby giving it ample opportunities for growth.

Technology has revolutionized the entire world and people often rely on it for medical consultation; however, recent research suggests that depending upon unverified information, without qualified opinion, can be detrimental. People usually resort to self-medication, justifying themselves to be jack of all trade, thereby endangering their life. I strongly discourage such self-inflicting negative attitude in the society.
Among all, the most popular method to gather such details, is with the help of Internet, which can be accessed from every corner of the world, thereby, providing crucial contradicting data at fingertips of the masses. For example, an illiterate person sitting in remote village of a third world country, can acquire the information provided by a distantly located doctor, without realizing the consequences of methods crucial to process that particular information. In addition, harnessing medical advice without proper consultation should be strongly averted.
Although, this technological revolution, has not only helped us in enabling reach of therapies to far off places, but has also catered to the range of paramedics promptly, in the need of an hour. For instance, when the whole mankind was confined to the perimeter of their shelters, during worldwide covid-19 restrictions, technology proved itself to be the only silver lining. In fact, doctors’ resort to tele-consultation, for treating their patients, without it, there could have been serious repercussions.
Furthermore, despite this digitization boon, people often resort to misleading information, easily acquired through popular social media platforms. I firmly believe that unregulated and accessible information, pertaining to an ailment, should be given under a physician only.
