In this modern era, people are attracted to delicacies from around the globe instead of regional food stuff which is supported by globalization. Major reason behind this phenomenon is food are not only easily available but also provide healthier options to the public. I believe this practice is beneficial as localities are exposed to global culture and also creates widened market for them.

Globalization has provided technology advancements in transportation system one of which is cold storage transporting service that allows people to explore foreign cuisines in their own region. As a result, global food availability has gradually increased. For example, excellent quality of pears produced in Australia are easily consumed by residents of India. Furthermore, people are also tending to adopt healthier options of diet like Greek salad, American nuts, sugar free deserts from Dubai and so on. These all factors account to publics interest in non regional food.

It certainly has a good impact on crowd in terms of exposure to variety of cultures across the world. For instance, ‘Indian Kheer’, which is famous desert always associated with one of the festivals of India, is also prepared by some foreigners on auspicious days. Another beneficial aspect is extended market, which provides learning on new techniques and increases number of job opportunities.

In conclusion, this trend of people eating international food because of globalization brings good development to the society by gaining cross-cultural experience as well as raising the market opportunities.

    Dear Sir,

I am writing to complain about the disturbance caused by your newly opened branch of restaurant ABC in Chembur.

I am the resident of same locality and wanted to highlight that highly intensive music is played at your outlet whenever a party is hosted. Furthermore, time limit is also not maintained and the nuisance is present till midnight as a result people are not able to sleep properly.

I would appreciate if mentioned actions are taken by your management team for the peace of society. Firstly, predefine the noise decibel limit of 100 so that restaurant music is not audible to other residences. Secondly, any music in public places post 10 PM is not allowed so please stick to the same.

If the above mentioned issues are not resolved, I am afraid I will have to file an official complaint against your restaurant and . Hence, I request you to take remediatory steps to bring this situation under control.

    Thanking you in advance.

    Yours faithfully,

    Tisha A

It is argued that educational institute should mandate certain social service programs for senior students such as training on physical fitness to juniors, providing helping hand to orphanages and collaborate with community service centers. I strongly believe to this argument as this will not only impart good qualities in these adolescents but also they can contribute to betterment of the society.

Planning such socially helping sessions in the regular curriculum for higher schooling children will enhance their sense of responsibility towards the society at an early age. Furthermore, it will improve their moral habits. For example, my elder son’s school conducted a program where in they had to teach under privileged kids basic math because he was part of this program, I could see him more responsible otherwise also as he started tutoring my younger one at home as well.

Although such activities has positive impact on the public, sometimes the kids get emotionally deprived visiting the poverty sites. In such cases to maintain their mental health , consultancy help can be provided. Nevertheless, education system should definitely implement such activities as it will make students understand the reality of their society and help them to understand what steps can be taken in order to refine their neighborhood. For example, as part of my school scout-guide program we were taken to a local beach to clean it. Post that efforts I personally did not allow any one litter any public place in my presence.

In conclusion, such sessions are definitely required to be associated with the learning institutes as an initial step towards the betterment of our community.

    Hello Shobha,

Hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter in order to update you that we have recently relocated to new accommodation in Mulund.

I have changed my home because my old building had no amenities. As you know it had no lift service and my parents are growing old, it had become difficult for them to ascend and descend regularly.

Hence, we decided to shift to new Wadhva building in Mulund. It is a 40 storey tower and we live at 21st floor. The flat is 3 BHK and was available fully furnished. It has a balcony attached to the living room which has delightful view of Airoli creek. The society has all the facilities that we wished to have such as multiple lifts, park, swimming pool, gym and parking. Furthermore, it includes Jain temple within the premises which my mother visits everyday.

I insist you to come over with your family for a day. Please do preinform so that we can plan a brunch together. Post lunch we can take our kids to park or pool and have gala time.

    See you soon,

    Tisha Amin

Developed countries have become host to talented and meritorious professionals leaving behind

shortage of skilled people in their own countries. However, certain steps can be taken by the Government

to provide scholarships and better opportunities to encourage in-house employment.

Firstly, lack of subject expertise workforce is seen due to migration patterns. Such poor or developing countries

may lead to untrained future generation. One of the examples is in many cities of India ratio of teacher

to student has become 1:100 today. Consequently, it also causes shortage of facilities like quality education and medicals

in many cities. Secondly, as many skilled labor is moving to foreign nation for better opportunities,

countries economy can take a big hit in coming future.

However certain steps can be taken to mitigate the relocation of expert labors by providing sponsorships on higher

qualifications for the outperforming people. Also such professionals can be encouraged by providing satisfactory

wages. In addition, different governing bodies also can plan on imposing higher taxes or applying restriction on

count of people emigrating every year. For example, Singapore country always prefers local resources over foreigners

for any job openings and also impose heavy charges for allocating emigration work visas.

In conclusion , in order to encourage different professionals like doctors, nurses, tutors, IT professionals to

stick to their own origin country, government should create valued workplaces for them with good payment.

Additionally learn from different countries to impose or modify emigration laws to reduce relocation of skilled

labor to foreign locations and save the countries economy from drowning.
