In today’s stressful world, parents are so involved in their working life with such a less time for kids that they prefer to meet all the demands made by their offspring even if it involves buying the expensive items. Though parents feel dreadful to let their children do whatever they want, but the fact is most of them do not have a choice. In my opinion, this kind of behaviour not only ruins the habits of adolescents but also makes them more stubborn.

To commence with, accepting the demands of youngsters every now and then have cumulative effects especially, on their personality traits. Firstly, the children do not understand the difference between cheap and expensive things as things are readily available to them as per their desire. Secondly, in the long run there could be a strong possibility that they display the sign of aggression, if they are restricted to do whatever they want.

For Instance, when my nephew was quite young, my sister used to get a toy for him everyday while returning home from the office. This has not only spolied his habits but also increased his expectations.Although, by nature he is quite a well-mannered boy however, we were surprised to experience his anger and agitation for the first time, when we failed to meet his request for a high five video game. If my sister would have refrained from offering a new toy on a regular basis, the attitude of my nephew would have been incredible.

To conclude, it entirely depends on the individuals to decide how they would want to handle the ever growing demands of their offspring, yet in my opinion if parents continue to listen and buy them things they want, it will result in huge detrimental effects to their emotional well-being.

    Dear Swarupa,

How are you doing? Though it has been quite a long time we have met, but what I admire the most is dispite our busy working schedule, we still manage to get time to have a quality conversation on phone. Hope you remember the other day I was talking to you about the business idea of starting clothing business. Well, you must be glad to know that I am looking forward to start the business in next two months. The purpose of writing this letter is to seek help from you to create attractive website for my business.

To begin with, let me introduce my business idea to you. I have brainstomed with family members on the name of the website and after a long debate, we have decided a final name to be as “Dhaga”. To start with, Dhaga will have plethora of options in terms of not only the western outfit but also the traditional ones. In begining, the strategy is to attract maximum customers by offering a discount of 10%.

Additionally, let me give you the rough thought I have of how the website should look like. Although, I know that you are creative at your best, but there are few things that is essential to include as per my opinion. Firstly, the home page can have the details of the variety of clothing along with special mention of discount. Secondly, multiple options can be incorporated that will differentiate the type of clothing offered i.e western outfit and traditional outfit with their price tags. Last but not the least, an option of “contact us” and the “address” of our store.

Furthermore, we can also take the help of images of small children wearing different attire to make our website more appealing to customers. Let me know your thoughts as well, as I want you to make full use of your knowledge along with creativity and innovation.

I strongly suggest if we can meet once at my place to discuss further on the website. In addition, you will also have an opportuinty to glance through my orders.

Awaiting your response at the earliest.

    Warm Regards,

    Poonam Seth

It is a known fact that today’s generation pupils do better in their academics once they are appreciated and feel valued rather than being punished. I completely agree with the statement as scolding frequently to students not only makes them stubborn but also have adverse effects on their health. Besides rewarding the students leads to motivation and develop their overall personality.

Certainly punishment has detrimental effects on the mindset of young generation. Firstly, it is esssential to know children adapt to things and situation very rapidly. Therefore, penalizing the students in front of others in the form of punishment results in making them stubborn. Furthermore, it also takes a troll on their mental health as students end up being in depression as they feel insulted. For Instance, a number of evidences in newspaper shows that students commit suicides because teachers chastise them every now and then in front of their peers leading to make them feel unworthy and useless.

On the other hand, I would like to argue that rewards not only determine the performance of students but also enhances their overall personality. Recognition in the form of rewards has cumulative effects on pupils leading motivation to perform better. Moreover, scoring good in exams builds confidence and develop their personality. For example, my nephew always scores 99% at the evalutaion in school and his morale is outstanding. The only reason behind his determination is how his tutor keeps him motivated by offering the best performing student with chocalate that helps him to stay focussed and score better.

In conclusion, I would like to address that punishing students is not the only solution to fetch good results however, appreciating and keeping them motivated in the form of rewards such as trophy or certificate will have a lasting effect in the posotive way on the academics as well as on the overall personality of children.

    Maam please evaluate.

    Dear Madam,

I am writing this letter to share a feedback on the course recently attended at your academy i.e ” Baking Professional Cake”. Course started on 01st June 2022 and ended on 30th June 2022.

One of the most exciting parts of the course was teamwork when Ms Shalini divided the participants in two groups. The Enthusiasum of all the people was at peak while competing with the other group. Learning was made easy with cumulative efforts of coach and all the trainees. We not only learnt about the new techniques but also realised the true potential of each individual in terms of creativity.

Although the course has already completed, I must admit it feels fascinating to try the knowledge and skills at home. For Instance, it was my son’s first birthday party on 15th July 2022 and with the help of the recipe book and important notes that your school provided, I had managed to bake an “Avengers” theme cake for him.

Appreciation from well wishers for the cake inspired me to enroll at another course at your school. I really wish to learn how to bake “Muffin along with Pan Cake” as my future goal now is to open a cake shop including varieties. However the said course is not included in the curriculam. Could you please include it and otherwise the course addition will fetch profits for you in long run as it is much in demand in market.

Looking for the response at the earliest.

    Your Faithfully,

    Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to complain about the inconvenience caused by noise pollution from your newly opened restaurant at Airoli.

I, being a working professional have a very busy schedule during the day. While returning home during late evening, lot of noise from your restaurant hit my ears. Since my profession demands me to work in shifts, it becomes very difficult to concentrate and perform because of which I am sleep deprived. Additionally, I am experiencing severe headaches.

I would appreciate if you or your management team can work towards the solution to stop this issue. Things that can be taken into consideration is to request clients to speak softly or if it is still not manageable something needs to be worked around by making alterations to the hours of operation.

I hope after reading this letter there will be some change in the frequency of noise or else I will be forced to report the issue to higher authorities.

    Yours faithfully,

    Poonam Seth

<font face=”Calibri, serif”>Some People argue that government is accountable for safeguarding our society, while other say every human being on this earth should contribute towards it. While regulatory body does play a vital role in formulation of laws to maintain our surrounding, however, I believe unless every human creature takes initiative, the entire motive will go in vain.

<font face=”Calibri, serif”>Regulatory authority is very much responsible to safeguard the society as they are the sole owner to create the laws that people have to follow. In fact, it makes sense for people to accept the campaings run by ruling parties such as “Swach Bharat udyan” to keep the society neat and tidy, heavy penalty for those spitting at public places, limiting the number of private vehical’s on road to avoid air pollution and take part in planting more trees to breathe fresh air and maintain the oxygen level.

<font face=”Calibri, serif”>On the other hand, every single human being is accountable to make the laws laid of government a success. If individuals do not follow the rules, the entire eco-system will fail. Particularly when it comes to taking care of their and everyone’s health, each one has to contribute to keep their surrounding’s clean, show their interest in maintainging greenery everywhere, maintaining proper balance so not to increase air pollution lead by maximum usuage of vehicals.

<font face=”Calibri, serif”>To summarize, although government is always on toes to protect the enviroment, however if the fellow citizen’s does not understand the importance and seriousness of issue to contirbute , the goal of preserving the environment will suffer.
