In modern companies, open-space designs, in which many employees sit and work together, are becoming more popular. Compared with separate rooms, these designs may seem more advantageous; however, there are some obvious disadvantages as well.

This traditional approach to design has some appeal in the office, especially in terms of budget and structure. Cost savings are the first benefit of this project. Tenants can replace thick walls with glass panels instead of thick walls to separate separate units, thus reducing construction costs. Creating an open space can also benefit the organization as it improves office structure. By tearing down unnecessary walls, the offices not only look modern, but also have more space.

Although this approach has the precedent qualifications, there are a number of obstacles too. Open offices are unavoidably disruptive. Lack of walls means that employees are aware of events that take place around them, some of which draw their eyes easily and take a long time to return to focus mode. This will no doubt reduce efficiency. Another drawback of this step is the lack of privacy. Some people prefer to work in private areas as they are able to focus more on their jobs and are not under surveillance. Therefore, a lack of privacy may also lead to a decrease in productivity as well. Since a company should take production as the most important thing, this disadvantage has absolute benefits.

In conclusion, working in an open space environment benefits both at the individual and corporate level. So, instead of thinking about how to regulate employee behavior, entrepreneurs may be better off using a new design style in the office environment.

February 17, 2022 at 8:00 AM in reply to: Essay advantages and disadvantages ( Uniform)

groups and organisations are enforcing their employees to put on a uniform. is this beneficial for the organisation or worker is a debating topic, however right here, i will describe a number of my views concerning this subject matter either they’re in favour or in opposite opinion of this view.

one of the many Advantages is that carrying a uniform can distinguish personnel from unique companies and organizations, so we are able to know which company or agency the worker uniform represents . every other precise issue approximately sporting a uniform is that it could decorate the branding of agencies and the names of groups that are known to most people. In addition, wearing a uniform at work will reduce distractions and increase productivity. Often, people do not feel interested in looking at clothes like theirs, so they do not interfere with their work and may work hard. Last but not least, that wearing a uniform will help those people who are not able to choose what clothes to wear in their workplace.

Despite the advantages mentioned above, there are disadvantages. First, it is very difficult for an employee to wear the same outfit over and over again, each getting bored and trying to avoid being uniform. This affects their performance at work. Second, a man wearing a uniform if he has a problem with certain clothes like cotton, is always upset and tries to avoid it. For one thing, he is constantly worried about their valuables stored in their clothes and eventually partially works out the damage that results in reduced productivity.

In conclusion, it is true that many companies and organisations make their employees wear uniforms. It has some advantages and disadvantages for both companies and employees, but in my opinion, it has more positive points than negative ones, and I would encourage more companies to give their employees uniforms.

February 10, 2022 at 10:32 AM in reply to: Task 1 (Line graph : Goods transported)

the above graph displays the information of the goods transported in the uk, from the year 1974 to 2002 by four various methods named Road,Water,Rail and pipeline. and the measuring units is mentioned in million tones

It can be seen that the highest amount of commodities transported was shown by land transportation which was around 70 million tonnes in 1974 to approximately 100 million tonnes in 2002. As a result, it can be stated as a huge improvement among other mentioned transportation.

similar increasing trend can be seen on goods transported by water and pipeline, they started just below 40 and about 5 million tonnes respectively and rose to just above 60 and above 20 million tonnes in the last year

An reverse trend can be observed for the goods transported using rail. In 1974, it was exactly 40 million tonnes and declined to about 30 million tonnes in 1984. It then showed a upside downside trend from 1984 to 1995. It raised its bars considerably until the year 2002 and reached its higher range at just over 40 million tonnes.

We are here to help.
