In the globe, lots of people are dying due to several decease because of insufficient facilities and lack of education of curing it.This is why authorities should fund health education and experimental laboratories of curing diseases. This essay will explain why preventive measures are better than researching and curing it.

On the one hand, our ministry spending bunch of money in experiments to treat and cure several diseases. Taking vaccines of different disease can help to stop it before its occurrence. It is advisable to provide vaccine of polio, after some days of birth of new born. There is no meaning of cure in polio disease after it occurred. Because of that the person will be permanently disable to walk or moving other parts of the body for lifetime.

On the other hand, ministry spend enormous amount of cash on various health problems like heart disease, diabetes, kidney failure. These all can be prevent by providing proper knowledge of eating habits, teaching some routine exercises, and taking some routine checkup of food chains can result in reducing of health issues. For example, teaching individuals benefits of eating healthy food, making recreational areas for exercise purpose, and also regular checking of food quality of famous food chains can helps to prevent diseases. Treatment of these diseases is very expensive and painful.

In conclusion, preventive measures are cheap and non-disturbing, while making cure of some health problem can irritate citizens and the regime economically and mentally. Therefore, government should spend big amount of money for health education and preventive measure.

Leaning other country’s language is extremely important nowadays, because it help us to open doors to uncountable opportunities. It can change our way of thinking and also learning foreign language increases the confidence among people. In this essay, I will talk about pro and cons of learning a foreign language.

As per my thoughts, learning by yourself is the best way of acquire something because there is no time limit and internet is the place where you can find hundreds of materials about your desired subject. Some people do not like to learn from others because their way of approaching something are different. On the other hand, one of the main disadvantage of this method is that there is no one to judge you, whether you are going in correct path or not.so, you have to figure out on your own.

The next approach is to take tuition from an individual teacher. Private teacher can teach you the foreign language in more proper manner because he is already best in that field. And this method can be proved less time consuming. I was very weak student in English subject but because of my private tutor I was able to achieve good grades in it. While, this method can become horrible when you choose your tutor without knowing his background.

Learning foreign language in bunch of people is the way of learning effectively because in this method, we can learn from experience of the people and repetition of one topic due to class exercise. Group discussion is the one of the best way of learning any language. Although, sometimes a teacher cannot pay attention due to lots of numbers of students and limited time period he have.

In conclusion, learning individually or by hiring teacher or attending group class, it all depends on people in which method they are comfortable to learn foreign language. And it also depends on the will power of people.

Around the world today, crime rate is increasing day by day, even though we have developed advanced technologies for reducing crime rates. It would not be a bad idea to say that crimes are increasing due to technology. Where, some individuals believe that extending lock-up period is the finest possible solution to reduce crime. Although, some human being think that there are other paths to decrease crime.

On the one hand, providing the sentence for the longer number of years is the probable best way for criminal, so that he/she will has some time to think about what he/she had done wrong in his/her life. It is possible that he/she will change his/her life approach, after spending years in one closed place. Personally, i have seen lots of people becoming good civilian after their sentence. But, there can be more than one solution of any problem.

Due to lack of primary education, people cannot keep up with the current world and so, they start to make crimes to fulfill their basic needs and desires. Better education can bring the person from the wrong track to the right one through guiding them. So, education can play huge role in reducing crimes.

Why should we have to sentence criminals, while we can send them to the rehabilitation center? Consultants can help them to guide to make their life goals clear. Also, we can improve our security systems to stop the crime before it occurs. After putting CCTV cameras at possible theft places, it will be easy to solve some cases.

In conclusion, i would support the second approach because it is better to mend someone with impact of words than torturing. Government should make some changes in laws to apply this approach, so that it would be fair to us and the criminals.

Art is something related to extraordinary things. Art makes huge impact on our society. Particular group of society says that government should not spent money on the arts. Instead of that, money can be used to something useful. I am partially agree with that decision.

Arts like cinema and music are the important part of our culture. The entertainment industry is profitable nowadays. Many people get great pleasure in going to see movies in theater and listening to live concerts. So it is important that the government should encourage such institution so that they can continue their work for the betterment of people.

India is underdeveloped country. There are lots of poor people who lakes basic necessity like food, cloths, and home. Our medical facilities are not up to the mark. So, some people believes that we should not spent our tax money on making sculptures which costs thousands of crores. For example “The statue of unity” which is made recently in the memory of our national leader Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, which costs around 3000 crore rupees. As per our nation’s financial problems, we should have spent those money for the improvement of our society, like creating new jobs for unemployed people, make new hospitals, schools, colleges etc.

Overall, our priority should be spent money on our basic requirements. After fulfilling these needs, we should spent some part of our budget on arts.

The given diagram shows mechanical arrangements of setup to produce electricity using wave energy.

The image-A and Image-B explain the process of generating electricity using natural wave effect of sea through rotating movement of turbine due to air inlet/outlet in the structure made of column and chamber.

As shown in image-A, sea wave coming towards cliff or seawall through the chamber causes flow of air upside in the column. Because of that the turbine which is fitted in the column starts rotating. Due to rotation of turbine the electric device which is directly connected to it, generate electric power.

When the wave goes away from the cliff or sea wall which is given in image-B, it also bring the air outside with it from the column.so, again the turbine start rotating and electricity produce by electric device. After that, the process is repeated again and again through the sea waves.
