The Constitution of every countries empowers governments to impose rigorous punishment like longer prison sentences for habitual offenders or for serious crimes. Some people feel that longer sentences are the only option to create fear amongst offenders, which would result in a reduction in crime. On the other hand, some belief, there are other alternatives that can be opted for reducing the crime. In the succeeding paragraph, I have given detailed reasons in relation to both views.
First of all the fear of longer prison or rigorous punishment has a negative correlation with a particular type of crime. A number of cases of crime, where the punishment of longer prison is given as per law are less in comparison to where no strict punishment is there. For Eg:- Number of cases of killing someone in comparison to the theft cases is very less.
Secondly, there are so many moral ways one can opt for reducing the crimes like- quality education, counseling session, and social awareness meetings. Increasing the prison period will temporarily halt the problem, however increasing the standard of living of society will guide multiple generations for not indulging in crime. For Eg- Sentences for murder cases are 20 years and after that, the same person will be involved in the same kind of activities. On the other hand, if he in the first instance not involved in this due to awareness it will reduce the crime significantly.
To conclude, i strongly agree with the view that multiple available options should be adopted to reduce crime rather than increase prison time.

In recent times due to rapid growth in tourism, the world becomes more connected. Most of the people of different countries used the English Language for communication when they are traveling to other countries. Due to excessive use by the masses, English become the most prominent language on the globe. In the succeeding paragraphs, I have mentioned advantages and disadvantages of having a single language in the world.
The main advantage of having a single language will generate equality in the education sector and will lead to the availability of quality education around the world. Also, a common language will increase the availability of skilled talent around the globe at a cheap cost and which will help in reducing income equality around nations. For Eg:- Many people in Africa are not able to get jobs in American MNC due to language adaptability. Having a single language will give them more opportunities to work in MNC’s.
Different languages in multiple countries are evolved based on the thousand-year-old traditions and religions followed in the specific region. In some countries like India, which has a population of more than 138 crore people using 120 languages, it is difficult to communicate in a single language. Also, a single language will halt the communal diversity and their beliefs towards a particular language. It is very difficult to have a single language in such a diversified world with thousand of traditions.
In conclusion, I would like to reiterate that, having one common language on the economic front will lead to growth and parity around the globe, however, the same would destroy the rich traditions of our ancestors.

Advertising play’s a vital role in attracting a large number of targeted people which would result in higher volumes of sales for a company. I strongly agree with the above statement and in the succeeding paragraph, I have provided the reasons for supporting my contentions.
Presently, in the world, there are millions of companies are operating in the consumer goods industries. Thousand of companies are selling identical products which might differ from other companies products in size, shape, quality, color and price. In this competitive market, companies are spending millions of dollars to showcase why their product is best and value for money in comparison to others. For Example- Biscuit manufactures Parle-G is spending 5 % of total revenue on advertising, which results in an increase in volume by 15% on year on year basis.
Secondly, the number of products available in the markets are very large and consumer got confused in selecting the best product suitable for their requirements. Advertising guides consumers about the property of a particular product and how it is suitable for their requirements. For Example- Advertising of a glue stick depicting the example of the use of glue sticks in fixing broken items will help us in understanding, whether the same will serve our purpose or not.
To conclude, i would like to say advertisement is beneficial for both company as well as consumer and which would results into gain of sale and loyalty of consumers.

People have different thoughts about setting a standard retirement age for all the workers irrespective of their occupation, as some feel it’s unfair, setting an age number applicable for all and some will support this policy. I also feel that setting a standard would be unfair and i have given detailed reasons to support my thoughts in succeeding paragraphs.
There are different types of requirements of work schedule in different types of industries, as the service sector provides jobs mainly sitting and automative industry jobs are labor-intensive which required hard work in the factories. The remuneration of each industry also varies from industry to industry. People in the service sector have more comfortable jobs than workers in automotive. For Example – A person can do sitting jobs at the age of 65, however, if a worker needs to do a field job it is quite difficult for him to manage the same without medical problems.
People which are in a labor-intensive industry that requires hard work to perform their routine jobs will be benefited most from the early retirement age. Once the worker is retiring they are eligible for some social financial benefits till death. For Example – Maruti India has a policy for the retirement of labor workers at the age of 55, as they believe after this age health complications will start getting worst.
To conclude, i would like to reiterate that a standard age number for retirement will not be a good idea and it needs to be evaluated based on different work requirements

In these days, people often travel to other countries. However, many argue that people should follow the custom and styles of the host country. I partly agree with the above statement and I will explain my reasons in detail in the succeeding paragraphs.
Firstly, each country in the universe has a different culture and separate traditions backed by religion and historical believes they got from their ancestor. They feel very bad and insulted, in case people around them or visitors does not follow these traditions or make fun of these traditions. For example – In Gulf Countries, women wear black cloth which covered their whole body from head to feet. Tourists may follow these customs and clothing style while visiting these countries so that they will not suffer any discrimination during their time in that country.
On the other hand, in case of tourists will spend more time in learning the customs and clothing style of the visiting country, there will be no time for enjoying the trip. Tourists always avoid travelling to those countries which imposed strict regulations related to their customs. For Eg. except Dubai Foreigners avoid travelling to other gulf countries because of their strict regulation related to customs.
To conclude, I would like to say that, tourists should respect the traditions of the host countries, however, it should not be made mandatory by governments to follow them at any cost.

I strongly agree that the modernisation of technology and the impact, which physical paper causes on the environment by cutting more trees will make them non-existent in future.
Firstly, the affordability of e-paper is very cost-efficient in comparison to physical paper and magazines. It does not require lots of space for storage vis.a.vis physical newspaper which will make your house dirty and consume lots of storage space. Also, you can read the e-paper and multiple magazines at your convenience on your hand devices while travelling and keep yourself updated in a short span of time.
Secondly, papers are required for printing traditional newspapers and magazines, which will be produced from the wood shell of trees. Trillions of trees are being cut for paper industries only, which are impacting the ecological system of Earth. For Eg. Last week the United State of Mexico has imposed penalty for cutting forest trees for papers to conserve the rain forest.
To conclude, I would like to reiterate that physical paper may be reader-friendly, however, it has a devastating impact on the ecological system and it required immediate change in the reading habit from traditional paper into e-paper

From the ancient centuries, there is a myth amongst people, that men are more competitive than women. I strongly disagree with the aforesaid statement and in the succeeding paragraphs, have put some explanation in support of my disagreement.
Firstly, every human being created by God, who is living on the earth, possesses a special skill/talent which makes them special from others in their respective fields. A person cannot be discriminated, just because of their gender, caste, or religion. There are certain examples where a woman proved aforesaid statement wrong by achieving the heights of sucess. Like ;- Ms. Pratiba Patil was the first lady (president) of India for two consecutive terms, Ms. Sonia Gandhi is leading India’s old democratic Party i.e Indian National Congress and Successful climbing on Mountain Everest by MS Kundu,
Secondly, the latest government-published data shows that the literacy rate amongst women is much higher than men. There are multiple things women start taking participates in like Combat fights, Flying fighter planes, Joining Army, leading MNC’s, Starting their own business in multiple jurisdictions and Leading Family-owned businesses. Parents have more faith in daughters in comparison to their sons, Recently, MS Nadar is appointed as chairmen of 2.3 Lakh crore worth company HCL Tech in India and the Company is achieving the highest growth under her leadership.

Tourism has made this world more connected towards diverse cultures and different languages around the world, however, out of the multiple languages spoken, English has become the most prominent language and the same is accepted by the masses. Succeeding paragraphs will highlight the advantages and disadvantages of having only a language in the world.
There are so many advantages of common language around the globe like Reduction in inequality difference, No language tests required for study and word abroad, Global Laws and regulation become understandable to every person, Reduction in interpretation issues. However, the main advantage of one language would be quality education accessible to the young generation of poor countries as they can also participate in the economy.
The main disadvantage of having one language would result in loss of cultural diversity around the different regions. There are thousands of languages which are used in any countries based on their religion, which will make them different from other religions. For Eg. In India, people of different religions are recognized by the language they used for communication, Like, Sikhs used Punjabi as their main language for communication.
In conclusion, I would like to highlight that, though there are many advantages of using a common language around the globe, however, this would result in a detrimental impact on the sociological environment of globe.

In the era of globalization, e-commerce marketplaces and supermarkets are popular amongst the new generation. Some people believe that due to the development and rapid expansion of supermarkets in some countries, many small vendors will not be able to compete and the same would result in the closure of local businesses. In the succeeding paragraphs, we have discussed why new generations are attracted to supermarkets.
One of the most important reason for shifting the trend of purchasing from local business to marketplace is the availability of all the items under one roof. People can buy grocery, electronics, clothes, and other essential needs from the supermarkets. For Eg., Big Bazaar a retail chain store in India sell all the items whether its related to the house or sports, or wedding in their stores, which would safe lots of time and effort for the buyer.
Another reason for choosing marketplaces is that goods are available at huge discounts in comparison to the small vendor’s shops. Along with the cheaper price, supermarkets offers the branded product with longer durability. For Eg. In the festive season, all the supermarkets offer discounts upto-50% of the product. People can save huge money while shopping from chain stores and can invest the money saved for alternative use.
Basis the aforesaid discussion, I strongly believe that development and expansion of marketplaces are good for buyers, however the same has a detrimental impact on the small vendors.

Expertise in a particular subject in which a student is interested in and knowledge of all subjects will be good for the growth of a teenager. Some people believe that teenagers should concentrate on all subjects at school instead of the one they are interested in.
Each teenager has a special quality of learning which makes him superior to others in that respective fields. Teenagers must give extra effort to the subjects, which they really enjoyed while studying. Till the time young students reached a particular age, they will become experts in particular fields and the same will leads to great success in that area. For Eg. There are some students which are good at calculations or in numbers, we should advise them to put their efforts into Math and accounts instead of science as they love working on numbers which will lead to greater efficiencies and expertise in thier filed
In the era of globalization, countries are closely connected and talent pools are flexible for their job location. In the current scenario, corporates are hiring those people which have a solution-oriented approach, Like their expertise in a particular subject, however, they also have knowledge about all the fields which could impact. Parents should impart the habit of flexible learning of subjects in the school only so that they can adjust to the changes in the macro-environment in long run.
To conclude, parents should advise their young children to put extra efforts for subjects they are interest in and at the same time impart habit of dynamic learning of other subjects for a better future.

Around the globe today, there are numerous ways to remain socially active. Technology also plays a vital role in making the human being socially active. Some people believe that technology has made man more social, however, some are not in the agreement with this statement. I strongly agree that technology has provided multiple platforms due to which man has become more socially active.
In the current era of digitalization, technology has provided many platforms for social gathering. It has enabled the networking between two peoples living the different parts of the globe. Also, people using this technology-enabled platform can post their interest, daily routine and their goals in the life. People usually try to connect with the person having similar interests and a common goal. For Eg. There is a survey published in the economic Times newspaper which provides that more than 50 % of the world population is connected to the social media platform.
Furthermore, technology has also enabled professionals to find other professionals of similar interests. It also helps them in recruiting qualified people based on their skill-set mentioned in social networking websites. For- Eg Linkedin is used for professional information exchange, social networking and as a recruitment marketplace.
To conclude, I stronlgy believe that technology has made man more socially active as the social platform can be used from anywhere at a single clieck.

There are multiple international sports events related to different categories of sports are going on in multiple countries. One of the major events going on is Olympics 2020 in Japan. Olympics was scheduled for year 2020, however it got delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic situation. There are two types of opinion for hosting an international event, some people think hosting such type of event helps a country to advertise its country on the global markets and good for the country, however, there is another thought of school, which says that spending millions of dollars on such events is wastage of country resources.
International Events provide international recognition to host countries on the globe. International media has their close look at such types of events and praise the country which has hosted the events very well. Media will also highlight the infrastructure of those countries, people behavior, and governance model of those countries, which will help countries to attract new foreign investors.
There are millions of tourists who travel along with their respective country teams at the time of the international event, which boost travelling industries of the host countires. Huge employment generation in the host countries due to tourist as well as working in sports village. The GOvernment of host countries earns huge amounts of tax from these events. Also, these events motivate residents of host countries towards sports and living a healthy life.
Based on the information discussed above, in my opinion, international events are good for a country on multiple fronts

In the era of globalisation people the globe are migrating from their country of birth to foreign countries for Higher education, High Incentive jobs and as well as for settling their permanently.
Each country have their own set of languages , cultures and tradition. These tradition was developed by thier ancestors over the period of thousand years and next generation are following them. Cultures are also further diversified based on people living in the region. For Example- There are some culture which was followed throughout the Canada and some of cultures are limited to specific region’s.
Immigrants who are living in foreign countries have two choices i.e 1. To follow local culture 2. To create a minority community . Following the local culture will help them in day to livings in foreign country as local people easily network with the people of the same culture . Further, it will help in making good relation at work place as people have better understanding about each as they are from similar culture background.
There are some immigrants which have become minority community in some countries. For Eg. Sikh in Canada or Pakistan However, making a separate community required strength in numbers and patience along with great leadership with vision. There are some huge problems which were faced by minority in many countries Like adverse behavior of local towards minority, Racists attack and Criminal Attacks of minority. However, if minority id united it will help to resolve the problems of their members by raising it at political levels.
In my opinion adopting the culture of foreign countries is not easy for some person as they are attached to their birth countries culture, however , as we are watching in recent days attacks on minority is rising. So it is better to opt for the local culture.
