Capital punishment is considered to be the strictest punishment around them . The person who commits a wrongful crime is being awarded by the court authorities or ruling countries depend on what crime they had committed. This essay agrees with the statement. Although many people had committed different types of crimes and stricter laws needs to be implemented in this country.

In the first opinion, hate crimes have been happening in many parts of the world especially in the developed and developing countries. For example if we say about Texas school shooting in the United States as mentioned in the BBC News the shooter was bullied during his school days and this leads to the dangerous crime. This happens because gun laws in the United States is not much strict as followed in other countries.

On the other hand, the judicial system is very dull sometimes stricter in other countries as some people cases are being pending for many years depending upon the countries rules and regulations. For example if we compare a judicial system between India and Saudi Arabia, as we say that Saudi Arabia follows Sharia law and the crime rate is lower than India as it follows the judicial system and the cases gets delayed and take years to deliver justice and the crime rate is increasing day by day.

To conclude, it is the wakeup call for the citizens and the government to reduce crimes by creating awareness among each other to stay peacefully in the country, if everybody starts to follow the right path, crimes will decline especially in one day.

This map illustrates how the village of Ryemouth has changed from the period of 1995 to the present.

Overall there are significant changes in the present village of Ryemouth as some have been replaced and other things have been removed. This shows how the developmental changes have incurred during these periods.

In the year 1995 as we see in the north east direction, the farmland and the forest park has been replaced by some buildings and the tennis court. If we see in the north west direction, there has been a rise in housing this shows how the population in this village has increased. Overall in the south direction the shop and the fish market has been replaced by restaurant and apartments. Although the fishing port has been removed. Therefore in the south west direction car park has been added which is close to the hotel. Though all these years the café is still in that particular place and no changes have been made on that.

Traffic congestions is considered to be the most common problem especially while we are commuting in bigger cities. This essay will explain the major hurdles faced by people while travelling in the huge metropolis and the lack of infrastructure facilities in which the government needs to improve in that by finding valuable suggestions and recommendations.

The foremost problems faced by commuting in cities caused by parking issues are the people who park on wrong sides of the road as they need to go to the market purchase especially for household needs. As vehicles started to park on roads, this leads to the rise in traffic congestions. Furthermore, many people come from faraway places to visit these famous landmarks and often leads to these issues especially during festivals due to lack of proper planning. For example, Muhammed Ali Road in Mumbai often get jammed during Ramzan festivals as people park their vehicles improperly.

Possible solutions to these problems would be the addition of parking facilities which is closer to these markets so that parking on roadside be free movement for traffic. If people started to follow these rules, that would not cause problems to others. Furthermore, odd and even rules, garages, remote spaces thereby reduce the growth of snarl up in populated area. For example, Delhi city has introduced the smart parking system in one of their metro stations and had become very easier for people to utilise these facilities.

To conclude there are still facts in which parking woes can be solved. If the government and the people follow these observations on day to day basis, that helps further to get succeed.

The following charts shows the house hold budget for necessities in China for the following year 1995 and 2011.

Overall, the maximum money was spend in food in both the years whereas least amount of budget was spend on medicines.

At first glance if we see the difference between 1995 and 2011 there is a significant rise in household goods and clothing. The percentage chart in household goods shows the gradually rise in 12 % in the year 2011(before it was 9 % in 1995) clothing 11 % (before it was 4%in 1995) . This has become an important part for the people in today’s life.

On the other hand, there is a decline in medicines as it is reduced to 9% in the year 2011 (before it was 68% in 1995) and simultaneously there is a 1 percent decline in clothing (before it was 19% in 1995) so there could be the possibility of rise in prices.

It is found obligatory that unpaid community service should be the mandatory in the high school curriculam .I personally believe that this helps the students to be responsible citizens in future to serve the poor and needy in every aspects of the society.

To commence with this will help the students to look what is happening everywhere in our society and will bring benefit to them especially at their young age about what to do, how to do when they ask to do a particular task and this will help them in their higher studies for social project in which work you have done accordingly to that. For Example I personally volunteered for 2 months in an non- goverment organization in Navi Mumbai teaching special students as per their needs and requirements and this was the part of my individual project.

However this will develop a good friendly environment with each other and helps to manage the study time effectively by reducing stress. This will create a positive mind image in future while interacting with special children or any other people in our society. Many colleges and companies have started various initiative by organising events like marathons, quiz competitions etc.For example TATA group have organised various marathon events in many parts of the world to bring people together.

So this will bring benefits for that particular society to help in future purposes.

To conclude that doing community service in their school life should not be ignored. This not only help in maintaining their personal life but also professional life also.

In early 1974 the tonnes of goods by road is 70 million tonnes. This was the highest among the others. However it dramatically declined to 65 million tonnes in 1982.Then there was a growth to 79 million tonnes in 1990 but it was grown to rise over the period. Although there was a steady rise and fall in the pipeline as it rose to 25 million tonnes in 1990 and fall to 20 million tonnes in 2002

  • Nowadays foreign education has become very popular. Many parents are willingly happy to send their children to foreign countries to experience international culture and their nature.

Still there are several positive facts after studying abroad, multiple employment opportunities are open depending upon their educational backgrounds. In addition people from all over the world come to the respected universities as they get to know about each other cultures, languages and they interact with each other.Another advantage is that many big universities offer certain cultural groups so that other people can learn about that so they can feel good. Moreover some universities call their alumni to share their experience about their study life so the upcoming future graduates will get some ideas.

On the other hand, some children might be facing problems because of discrimination especially at their workplaces where they do part time jobs.Another disadvantage is the higher cost of living in some cities because some people cant afford it.Some of the children often felt homesick because of staying away from their families and this causes to worry the parents about their children whether they’re taking care or not.

To summarize,it is very important for parents to research about the particular country before sending their children and to make a backup plan if certain issues are going to happen in near future.
