Today, information technology plays an important role in our life, whether at home, office, or in some fun activity, life is incomplete without it. However, people are getting addicted to it that they are ignoring the physical world around them. This essay will discuss both advantages and disadvantages of Information technology.

Globalization is spreading faster than ever with the improvement in the internet and computer efficiency and availability. Despite people living far from each other, they are connected virtually. Platforms such as Facebook, people are tied to each other more than ever before, they can share or see each other life experiences. Further, this is not limited to personal life but offices are also well connected with fast internet. Employees who are working remotely from home can work for another country; this is all possible because of a rapid increase in technology.

On the other side, machines are physically disconnecting everyone and people are struggling to maintain healthy relations with their family and friends. Even though individuals can connect to anyone from anywhere, human touch and actual presence are missing in their life. Due to excessive time spent on technology, people often find themselves that they are not able to spend enough time with their loved ones, which deteriorates their personal life. In recently published research, it is found that one of the major reasons for depression in youth is social media.

In conclusion, although people are occupied more with information technology and disconnected from each other physically, it has provided them several benefits to socialize and expand their world virtually. I believe if we use it intelligently and carefully, it can change our life drastically.

Person should utilize the education for the betterment of the community at the same time it can help him or her to get to their personal goals. I suggest, even though people attain their dream, they should not forget their responsibility towards the society.

Education is a life essential skill and one learns so many good deeds during the school or university. One of the important aspects that we learn is how to benefit others. Teachers are the key influencer to motivate during education by telling them about different profession such as police, doctor, or an engineer and its responsibilities. How these occupation are helping civilization since many years provided everyone is dealing with empathy and treating every person equally.

On the other hand, being zealous is not at all bad provided it doesn’t create imbalance in the public. Imagine everyone is trying to be a doctor and there is shortage of other professions because people are trying to get into a high paying profession or a respectable career and creating disproportion. In addition to that, running towards a goal for too long can impact the mental well-being as well, if dreams not achieved. It’s a proven fact that some people gets into a depression, if there are repeated failures.

In the end, I would recommend that although chasing one’s dream is perfectly fine, we should remember our commitment towards the humanity to make it a better place by helping the needy. Nonetheless, aim of learning from the past is meant for welfare of people, should not end up harming anyone while running towards passion.

Raising plants for food and taking care of pets at times can help small school children to learn life essential skills. While this teach them sense of responsibility and bonding with animals, sometimes it can impact their health due to the harmful chemicals present in the soil and further pets may harm them if too much agitated.

It is very important to understand as a young person that how and from where we get the food, what it takes to grow the vegetables we eat every day. If as a young person they know the effort and time required to grow plants, then they will be more responsible in consuming the end product. Secondly, bonding with a different species such as dog or cat can make young ones compassionate towards them from early age therefore they will be more caring towards everyone.

However, gardening comes with its own risks such as hazardous ingredients in topsoil can impact the health of the children. Unless the soil used for plantation is organic, it may contain chemicals such as urea, phosphorous, sulphur which are dangerous not only for the skin but also for the eyes. Threats are also associated in keeping pets for example pet may infect adolescent or may bite if not supervised carefully.

In the end, I would recommend that schools should start planning to introduce plantation methods and taking care of pets at the young age. Although it appears to be a straight forward task, we must ensure the health and safety of kids while doing so.

Now a days, villages and small towns have more aged population as younger generation deciding to settle in metropolitan cities and towns for better job opportunities and lifestyle. In my opinion, it is not a good sign as cities are getting over populated and villages remains to be under developed. In this essay we are going to discuss the negative consequences due to this movement.

Firstly, people moving to cities, it creates tremendous pressure on the city infrastructure including housing, medical, law and order which means more people to be managed by authorities and ending up inefficient in everything, for instance city like Mumbai often struggle to manage their local people. In addition to that everything gets expensive in cities because of difference in demand and supply. For example, renting or purchasing a house in a city is very expensive compare to the small village with lesser people.

Secondly, countryside will not attract new businesses or opportunities because it lacks new age people to work for them, this eventually means lesser jobs for the remaining people. Further, government will also not get tax money from the business or people to do a development which will add more misery for the people staying there. To illustrate this, compare any rural areas for any medical facilities, job opportunities, or even the infrastructure with that of city to see the difference.

In conclusion, I would say that economy should start planning to develop the rural areas so that people should stop migrating to cities, add incentives to the businesses to establish so that better future and life with new opportunities available for everyone.

Now days, most people are busy in the bigger cities and have less time to read newspaper but still newspaper is most reliable source of news and has major share in the smaller parts of the country where internet connectivity is limited. In this essay we are going to discuss the importance of a newspaper.

Newspapers are published by trusted and reputed press that are into business since many years and ensure there image is not tainted by any misleading information. Further, before printing the news they do detailed quality check to make sure quality of the published contents. There is one example where internet channels covering celebrity murder case on their own assumptions which later came out to be published correctly by the newspaper and later confirmed by the police. Hence, news over the internet is not owned by anyone in most of the cases.

Today in India, internet is yet to penetrate smaller cities, towns and villages and people still rely on the newspaper as a source of daily news. Even if they have internet but still lack internet awareness to read news from internet. For example small city of Bihar in India where local newspaper has 80% of the market share and majority people gets daily news from local newspaper as per survey report.

In the end, I would say that internet news is taking over the newspaper fast but still newspaper is trusted of all sources and has its own convenience when it comes to reading news. Whether it’s a city or a village, newspaper continue to be an important source of news delivery mechanism.

Now a days advertising is considered to be the big cause for huge sale in consumer goods as it communicates potential benefits of product. In this essay we are going to discuss the reasons on why advertising is so important for consumer good sales.

Advertising helps product to reach wide range of audience and show all potential advantages one can get using the product. With the help of media such as television, social media or radio, one can broadcast the advertisement with all the benefits they can provide to the people locally or globally for example IELTS application created in India advertised over a social media helping people globally. Hence, people get to know product and their potential advantages through advertisement which add up to the sales in a big way.

People get influenced what they see advertised by their favourite sports person or a celebrity which ultimately push them towards making a purchase of an advertised product. It’s been seen that there are so many famous people are part of the advertisement on a television commercial or print media where they describe potential advantages of a product, for instance Hollywood actress promoting a skin care product and influencing viewers that their skin will be like her’s on usage of the product which will end up in the product purchase by many viewers.

In the end, I will say that advertisement plays a big role in increasing the sales as product not only reach to a wider audience but also people get influenced what they see and end up buying those products.

It is been said that the work which was earlier done by the people is now taken over by the machines increasingly. In this essay we are going to discuss both advantages and disadvantages.

With machines taking over some of the work, there are more workforces available who can start focusing on many important things such as new inventions which can change the world, or may be spend some leisure time with family as machines are working for them during unavailability. In addition to that machines are mechanical which never gets tired and programmed to give same result on every execution for example with car assembly line automation, now more cars are manufactured than ever before.

That being said, machine and automation comes with its own problems such as sudden job loss due to manual work replaced by machines can impact people’s life in a way that they are unable to support themselves and dependent family members, furthermore too much relying on machines can impact people’s ability or learning negatively, for instance, in case of machine failure, human may not be able to perform the task to perfection as they were earlier, consider human too much relying on calculator and unable to perform mathematical calculations.

In the end, machines are created to offload human work partially or completely and if it used in a correct way then there is so much of potential we can have combining both human and machine together to create this world totally different place to live therefore we should continue to use machine widely and let humans to explore and focus on new things.

It is quite common these days that the parents are sending their children to a different country, specially developed nation for education. There are some positives such as learning new things, getting better opportunities but at the same time children are emotionally disconnected from the parents.

Many Parents send their children abroad to study in world’s best universities so that they get an international exposure by meeting different people, adapting variety of culture, which is not only good for their own development but also it provides a launch pad in their career. Many successful people such as Facebook founder, Google CEO are educated from the best universities which taught them and provided them an environment to learn and grow as an individual or become an entrepreneur.

On the other hand, there are certain disadvantages as well, one is financial stress as studying abroad requires some huge amount of money and secondly when children move away from parents, they get emotionally disconnected from parents and when in trouble either mentally or physically, parents are too far away to help. Due to unavailability of parent’s guidance and support, children often go into a wrong direction and take immature decisions. For instance children getting involved in drugs and getting into trouble both lawfully and financially, and further parents are overburden due to financial stress.

At the end, it is an individual choice whether to go abroad for study or not but If children are studying abroad then parents should stay in touch regularly and should able to sense and help in case of trouble.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my interest to the advertisement given in the Vogue’s Australia edition of Dec 2021 to live with you and take care of your six year old child.

I have keen interest in taking care of children and during my childhood days, I took responsibility of my younger siblings when my parents were away for work and further during my college days as well I took up the Nanny’s role in my own country for the period of 1 year.

I am currently studying in Environmental science in a university and currently working on a biodiversity project. I am eager to come to Australia for my project work as well as this country provides me opportunity to explore local species, culture, language and during my free time I will work on my project as well.

I am hoping that I will be of great help in not only taking care of your child but also using my past teaching experience which will help your child’s development.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

    Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to inform you that we are facing lot of inconvenience due to a loud music coming from your restaurant every day, especially during the evening hours.

Loud music starts around 7 pm every day at the restaurant and during those hours it is difficult to relax at home after a hectic day and also children are facing trouble in sleeping.

I would recommend you to limit the music volume in the restaurant or have sound proof walls or glasses so that it should not impact the nearby residents like us and people can live peacefully.

Further, if the problem not solved then we have to contact our local counsellor or magistrate that can impact you financially or restaurant can be moved out of the residential area.

I look forward for your cooperation and a resolution which can benefit us mutually.

    Yours sincerely,

    Vikas Garg
