Most parents are enforcing their children to purse higher education abroad this might be due to world class education and exposure to latest technology; however, it has certain drawbacks. In this essay I will discuss both the advantages and disadvantages of studying abroad.
Firstly, most renowned universities offer significant courses which are crucial for present and future industrial needs, while these universities focus on practical knowledge rather than theoretical aspects, these learnings can enable a doorway into tech giant companies and bag some lucrative offers. On contrary, in recent years firms like Google, Twitter are recruiting skilled people from IIT’s besides, offering them with high salaries. To illustrate, Twitter announced their new CEO from Indian origin university hence, capabilities matters then studying in overseas.
On the other hand, sending students for higher education has its own drawbacks. Since, monitoring of children is not possible, so they can misuse freedom and do unnecessary things which will have legal complications and tarnish their carrier. Although education is better when compared to native colleges, parents must spend their entire life savings to pay college fees, not only this can create extra burden, but also land them into indebt. Unfortunately, only few colleges offer scholar ships for international students which is not appreciating, in regard of innumerable students enrolling for higher education.
To conclude, there are fair and share advantages and disadvantages, although studying in foreign country have benefits like better education and high salaried jobs, it is certainly important to protect them from wrong doings.

In recent years, tourism industry is booming, despite the fact, the progress of tourism has put up English becoming the dominant language around the world, while others believe this can lead to extinction of native languages. Most organizations and firms request their employees to wear a uniform, while it may be tedious to wear a single uniform. In this essay I will discuss both the positives and negatives of this.
On the one hand, there will be sense of unity and all of them represent one company which boosts moral values of employees to work in harmony. However, there will less competition between workers to show case their style and most expensive outfits which can distract from work instead, they can focus on productivity which will benefit organization besides, they can reap bonuses from profits of companies.
On the other hand, employees can feel monotonous which can affect their work efficiency. Although companies provide uniform, they deduct the amount from salary which is a turndown in my opinion. Unfortunately, they deliver 2 uniforms per year, but an employee working in a plant dress code is must and should as it is associated with safety so, it is quite difficult to maintain them. Additionally, there will be quality and size related issues as they stitch from universal dimensions. To illustrate, in Covid times companies issued cloth masks and forced employees to wear those face masks to offices which are unable to hinder entering of viruses.
To conclude, there are fair share of advantages and disadvantages, I feel company policy with uniform is optimal for employees as it increases productivity.

I am delighted how you have taken care of me the last week stay in your house when I attended conference in Australia besides, we had a wonderful discussion about our childhood memories and dining near downtown was unforgettable. Especially, intercontinental dishes were mouth-watering.
Unfortunately, I forgot my thesis documents when I left your home. To my knowledge I kept them in white A4 size envelope, and this was placed on a table near sofa in your living hall. Since I was about to submit my research report I need these papers to make a draft.

Most people believe that right to arms is an essential right, while in my opinion, I feel in a democratic country like India access to weapons can create disruption in society.
To begin with, weapons can create mass destruction. Nowadays, we can see in news channels people with arms are taking innocent lives. Although stress can play a pivotal role in one’s lives, besides one who is unable to manage pressure and a person with mental instability equipped with gun will have serious consequences on society. However, we have legislation to defend ourselves which is the right given to us by our nation.

I rented one of your flats in rainbow vistas apartment which is situated in Miyapur near D-mart. As you know from past few days our city is flooded with heavy rains due to which water started leaking from our roof and our kitchen floor got filled with water. Although our kitchen floor is very slippery, now due to presence of water it made difficult for us to use it.

Spiral in world population is the most alarming issue because feeding such a large population needs more production, while some believe that genetically modified foods can be optimal solution to this problem. In my point of view, I think these GM modified foods can pose serious health issue to humans.
To begin with, despite the fact that genetically modified foods can solve problem, but these foods are nurtured in such way to produce more yield in short span which can create food allergy who consume it. Furthermore, traditional cultivation can cease to end since most of them are cultivated in labs, yet these seeds are restricted to few companies. To illustrate, some research indicates GMO foods can trigger cancer cells in our body.
On the other hand, genetically modified foods contain more nutrients which could be beneficial since a greater number of people are dependent on Vitamin tablets. Although GM modified crops are resistance to pests and can withstand all weather conditions, besides they require little water to cultivate them so maintenance can be bit costly, as it is still in early phase of scientific research which needs proper evidence to go into market. Nevertheless, governments should act swiftly to make legislation for birth control.
To conclude, Though GM foods have advantages like more yield, short duration to cultivate, these are still in initial stages of research. In my opinion, there are alternative ways like population control, and increasing in production of more traditionally cultivated foods could solve this issue.

Money management is one of the key aspects of life, while most people say all secondary school students must be educated on how to handle money, as it is one of the pivotal skills to succeed in life. In this essay, I will discuss both the positives and negatives of money management
On the one hand, people nowadays became extravagant in spending; however, early learnings of how to save money could be beneficial in future, besides they can plan their investments strategically from which they can yield more profits. To illustrate, investment advisors like Warren Buffet says people should spend their money after savings, yet these principals needs to be inculcated in early schooling through which it becomes a habit. However, Indian curriculum is much more focussed on science and history.
On the other hand, there are other aspects of life which needs attention like career focus and personality development. People who start earning early in their career become bit more spendthrift, as they have no idea how control money. Nevertheless, they start buying unnecessary things which can gather dust with no use. For instance, times magazine conducted a survey in which 90% of people voted they were unable to supervise their earnings. Furthermore, without proper knowledge on managing money can land themselves into debt trap, which can create mental problems.
To conclude, people need proper guidance on how to manage money, yet these rudimentary skills need to be introduced at high school level, in contrary this can make people more money minded in my opinion.

To begin with, in open workspace people can have better communication with other workers in the absence of physical barriers. Employees are more likely to communicate with one another and work as team. Furthermore, operational cost is low when compared with traditional cubicles. For instance, nowadays most start ups opted for this kind of layouts in order to keep their running cost low and invest more in business, which could make their business more profitable.
However, employees can feel lack of privacy and can create insecurity feeling of being continuously monitored, while this can be a pro for boss, but it can be a con for employee. Although separate cabins can be pleasant to work, but employees can get influenced from distractions like social networking sites, which can bring their productivity down. Additionally, when a employee is effected with seasonal flues in open work space it can spread germs and can infect other counterparts, which can be an alarming issue. To illustrate, in Covid times offices were unable to curb the spread as these viruses need a closed environment to stop spreading due to this employee were asked to quarantine for 14days which could affect companies performance.
To conclude, although open-space design has its advantages like employee interaction, team building and low operational cost; however, in the pandemic’s viruses can spread easily which can affect organization profits. I believe these advantages outweigh disadvantages.

I had a wonderful weekend last week at your home. Though I visited your house couple of times, your parents were very warmth and welcoming, and the special dishes made by your mother were mouth-watering. Especially, on Sunday the road trip from Manali to Ladakh is so refreshing that made my day. I knew saying thanks would be formal, but it is memorable weekend for me.
I forgot to tell you I lost my watch in your home. I thought of informing you, yet we were busy scheduling our travel and after reaching there I was completely obsessed with sightseeing. Since my grandfather gifted me that watch it is very close to my heart, it is one of the rare collections.

Most people think governments could be held accountable for safeguarding environment. some people argue that every individual should be liable for it. While governments can encourage factories to shift to countryside. I believe that people should limit themselves from fossil fuel driven vehicles. In my opinion, this is a sensitive issue which should be dealt by both individuals and governments as it is deteriorating every day.
On one hand, government plays pivotal role in maintaining environment safe and healthy. It is authorities should make legislation to mitigate environment problems like air pollution and water pollution. To illustrate, there should be laws to encourage companies to move to the village side rather than staying in cities. Due to which people who live in urban areas can minimize the environmental hazardous substances from factories. Additionally, government should create awareness campaigns and educate people regarding adverse effects humans are posing on environment.
On the other hand, it is undeniable fact that each person plays important role on environment. Cars are considered to be major source of air pollution. They emit carbon di-oxide from their exhaust when fuel is burnt. Therefore, using private cars in rare cases can able to protect environment. Nevertheless, public transport should be made more convenient and reliable. While giving incentives for green energy automobiles by authorities can open door to electric vehicles. For instance, Delhi government motivated its public to move towards clean energy driven cars by giving allowances, subsequently few states followed same initiative.
To conclude, humans are heavily reliance on fossil fuel energy. However, administration should consider alternatives for clean energy and inspire people to move towards zero emission.

Most jobs demand for people who complete their education from reputed universities. I strongly advocate education from university can lead to career prospects.
On one hand, as the world is modernising and rapid change in technology. Universities offer a wide range of courses and focus on key technical aspects, what today’s companies demand for. People can get strong exposure before getting their job, which is crucial for present competitive world. People who graduate from IIT gets hired in top tech giants like Google, Microsoft & Twitter, for instance. And can bag lucrative salaries.
On the other hand, earning money at early stages of life is a good idea. which makes them financial independent. Despite the fact of earning early in their career, growth is limited and subdued works. For example, a successful person like Steve jobs is a drop out from college, but his level of imagination and creativity made him a triumphant. This is not the case with all the people who start their career early. So, education play a crucial role in one’s life.
To conclude, early earnings can be beneficial. however, this can be a like part time job in summer holidays. In my opinion, there is a tough competition for jobs, so finishing education from a renowned university will be a great deal.

Now a days, one of the most debated topics in the world, that is people face in there day to day life in cities is traffic congestion. Rise in traffic is at alarming rate in metropolitan cities. This is due to poor management of traffic signals, and no proper infrastructure, which leads to traffic blockage. And we will discuss few solutions how authorities should manage traffic signals.
Firstly, people who have busy schedules tend to bypass signals and create inconvenience to incoming traffic which results in clogging of traffic. Especially, young peers we can see them riding motor bikes with out proper knowledge of traffic rules. Furthermore, improper functioning of traffic signals and absence of traffic police. For instance, an article published in a popular newspaper they quoted malfunctioning of traffic lights was primary reason.
Proper education should be provided to citizens before hitting the roads. On the other hand, authorities should have continuous monitoring of traffic signals and imposing fines to those who neglect traffic rules. For example, in united states of America, there government implement heavy fines and even bookcases on citizens who disobey rules. In developed countries, we can see artificial intelligent cameras which can send photos, where you crossed signal, they even use these cameras to catch criminals. Even I observed some of these technologies implemented in our states.
To conclude, government should take stringent actions against people who go against law, and provide good infrastructure.

As per the current scenario, life span of people raised gradually because of Technological advancements in Medical field. Due to which there is a direct impact on tax payers income , this essay will discuss both down sides and solutions to reduce burden on younger people.
Increase in life span of people is a good sign. However, people tend to have more health complications when they age resulting for governments to spend higher budget on medical infrastructure this will impact on National economy. For instance, a survey was conducted by Time Now shows government spent more money on health budget in the given pandemic.
Authorities need to take few initiatives to keep life easier for tax payers. Firstly medical policies should be made mandate. Secondly income sources for older communities needs to be created, this will reduce pressure on tax payers and economy can boost. General fitness activities for should be implemented in there daily routine to keep them fit. For example Nature Journal published fit people are less prone to injuries.
To wind up there are few demerits associated with increase in life span, but proper planning from authorities can be a good sign for National economy.
