November 5, 2021 at 5:09 PM in reply to: Opinion Essay [Customer Reviews]

These days, it has become essentially popular for people to look through customer reviews and experiences before carrying forward a purchase of an online product. I resonate with the fact that these reviews can significantly help us in making a right choice and avoiding any future regret. This essay will further ponder over how online feedback becomes a crucial tool in online shopping.

With the advancement of technology, a lot of basic activities such as shopping are now being carried forward via various online platforms. However, with the comfort and convenience, also comes the insecurity and threat of the product not being up to the standards as there is no way for the costumer to have a first hand experience of the quality of an item, through the screen. Moreover, it is a prevalent practice for the online websites to add only superficial information of the product without going into much details. Therefore, public feedback acts as a perfect source of reassurance for the costumer to decide whether or not the product is worth buying.

These days, costumers have a plethora of options that they need to make a choice from, but sometimes this privilege can turn into a balloon of confusion and dilemma, leaving the costumer baffled. In such situations, online reviews play a crucial role in pulling one out of this confusion by providing a means to compare different experiences and make the best decision. Furthermore, majority of the websites provide the option to share pictures as well, thus giving a more real life experience and helping in ending the dilemma.

In conclusion, it is definitely a privilege to have the access to public views and opinions regarding a particular product, that certainly needs to be taken advantage of by all means. It leaves no room for any confusion or dilemma and amplifies the user experience.

Some people believe that in a locality, new houses should be constructed in accordance with the design, the former houses were built with. However, others argue about the necessity of requirement of flexibility in choosing various designs for houses according to the personal preferences of their owners.

Building a house is a laborious task, often a demanding one, that requires it’s owner to shed blood, sweat and tears to achieve a perfect result. Constructing a home in regards with the same style would be a great relief for the owner as they would no longer be required to plan or brainstorm unique ideas for the interiors or exteriors of the house. Having this privilege, they would easily be able to take inspiration from the houses and build a perfect house for themselves. Moreover, having a locality with all the houses architected under the same style, makes it look well- structured and sophisticated leaving little room for any chaos or mess.

On the other hand, another argument states a very crucial point about having the privilege to decide for a design for oneself regardless of other buildings. Each person has a varied taste unique to oneself, that might or might not be appreciated by the other. Therefore, it is fair to let one come up with their favorable and desirable structure instead of being compelled to follow a certain regulation. This would support the fact that the owner is satisfied and comfortable and make the entire process much more convenient for him. Furthermore, the same structured houses built throughout the area, might sometimes become monotonous and tedious for the eyes, with no creativity.

To summarize, in my opinion, one should be allowed to go for the style that resonates with them and their taste rather than being shoved into something they might not be comfortable with. This not only just encourages creativity and gives room for imagination, but also provides convenience to the owner to build their house with their likings.

October 30, 2021 at 1:44 PM in reply to: Two part question – Task 2 [Museums]

In the recent times, visiting museums has become less favorable among the people than in the past. This is a serious development as lesser and lesser people now are drawn towards taking a trip to a museum. This essay shall throw some light on some of the probable causes and solutions to this problem.

With the ever-evolving technology and techniques, people in this era, have a much wider variety of alternatives according to their preferences. Visiting old museums with uninteresting stuff is rather a dreary task for many youngsters. Their uninterest in history and antique items drives them away from considering to visit a museum in their leisure time. Some museums prohibit clicking pictures of the items, which further discourage these young individuals who are obsessed with taking pictures of anywhere they visit. Moreover, many established and popular museums charge extravagant fees for entry tickets, resulting in a problematic situation for even those who are willing to visit but cannot afford.

In order to curb this situation, the museum authorities need to take some serious measures and make the overall visit much more enjoyable and desirable for them. For instance, addition of some fun activities, keeping the young folks in mind, might fascinate them. To encourage the younger generation to visit museums, they need to be made more inclined towards their history and glorious past, from a very young age. Schools could arrange museum trips for children in order to make them aware of its importance. Moreover, the prices for the tickets need to be adjusted accordingly to be reasonable and affordable enough for everyone.

In conclusion, museums are a great place for anyone to acquire knowledge about the history of their nation and the world, an activity that is slowly fading away and in order to rejuvenate it, young minds need to be made aware of its essence.

October 30, 2021 at 1:06 PM in reply to: Task 2 Essay – Sports / Gender Issues

In the recent times, sports played by females are paid far less attention than those by males. People aren’t as keen and fascinated by women’s games than they should be. This phenomenon takes its shape from stereotypes woven around women and the age old saga of women being inferior to men. This essay shall ponder more over the topic.

Today, many folks seem to have a preconceived notion when it comes to women’s sports. They seem to believe that women are physically and mentally much inferior to men. Therefore, watching women play is is not something desirable for them. Women playing sports is an unsettling deed for many misogynists and male chauvinists, who still believe in the narrative that women ought to do the work that has been traditionally assigned to them. Being good at sports is not perceived to be a very feminine trait and women are often discouraged to further pursue it.

In my opinion, this is a very negative and obnoxious situation as countless talented and passionate women are made to suffer because of the gender they were born with. Women are denied the attention they deserve by the government and public in general. They don’t receive the viewership, funding or support of any other sort they deserve, which ruins and breaks their spirit. In order to curb this situation, the government need to take some serious measures in order to promote women playing sports and encourage people to support them and give them the due attention they deserve.

In conclusion, this situation is just another form of how women are often subjected to unjustified mistreatment by the society. However progressive we might have become, but there still many stigmas and stereotypes attached to women that needs to break. The typical gender roles need to disappear and women’s sports should be supported as much as men’s.

October 28, 2021 at 8:13 PM in reply to: Writing Task 2 – Advantages/Disadvantages – Migration to Cities

In many nations, it has become a common phenomenon for more and more people to migrate into cities from rural areas to find employment. This situation has brought some considerable changes in the dynamics of the country and its people. It comes with a set of benefits and drawbacks and this essay will ponder over some of them.

In some nations, more and more people are being able to lift themselves out of poverty than ever before. A considerable amount of credit for this goes to them moving out of their villages, to live and work in cities that provide better working conditions and opportunities. Metropolitan cities are known to be more developed economically and thus can ensure a better lifestyle and career options, provided that a person thrives for it. Furthermore, urban areas have a better infrastructure, medical and education facilities than rural areas. Therefore, these people have the privilege to access them according to their needs.

Having mentioned that, unmonitored migration can lead to overpopulation in these cities, leading to adverse effects for both natives and immigrants. Unemployment is one of the serious issues that develops when the applicants are much more than the seats available. It sometimes becomes a laborious task for these villagers to find a suitable work in cities, and in adverse conditions they might be left unemployed, making it harder for them to make both ends meet. Medical system has been seen to fail several times due to overcrowding that rips people off of their right to adequate medical facility. Moreover, moving out of village can be a daunting task for some and make them feel homesick, lonely and depressed.

In conclusion, moving to an urban city from village is a demanding task but surely worth it as it provides a person ample opportunities to make one’s life better. But the same time, it comes with a lot of hardships and shackles that require a lot of mental strength to break.

October 27, 2021 at 6:32 PM in reply to: Writing Task 2 – [Crime]

In some nations, the frequency of serious crimes is on a decline. However, people are still concerned for their protection than ever before, with no sigh of relief. There could be several considerable reasons for safety concerns and this essay will ponder over some of them.

In a lot of third world and underdeveloped nations, there is an underlying problem of corruption and complacency among the government servants, for instance ministers and police officers, which leads to development of unsatisfactory laws and terrible justice system. A vast number of victims are denied the justice they deserve, with their perpetuators roaming free, without any action being held against them. This issue becomes even more obnoxious if the victim belongs to a lower section of the society, where he is projected to extreme tortures. This leads to the feelings of mistrust, fear and concern.

In order to combat the situation and get the citizens to trust the officials, the government needs to make serious reforms to curb the corruption. Serious amendments need to be made to make sure the laws passed are righteous and in best favor of each and every citizen, without isolating any section of the society. Often, there is a sense of terror in the minds of common citizens, surrounding the officials and cops, exclusively because of the probable treatment they might get subjected to. This leads to hesitance and under-reporting of crimes. This fear needs to fade away by making it more comfortable and convenient for people to report any malicious activity.

In conclusion, the decreasing rate of serious crimes is not an assurance of safety for the common citizens, as long as they cannot be ensured of equal judgment and fair delivery of justice. In order to rip them off this hesitance and concern, they need to be provided with satisfactory and righteous treatment.

October 24, 2021 at 10:54 PM in reply to: Opinion Essay – Space Travel

Authorities in rich nations tend to spend extravagantly in exploration of space. In my opinion, the money spent is not wasted but is fruitful for the nation and the people worldwide. It unravels the mysteries and hidden truths of the universe that might be beneficial for the humankind and existence of planet Earth. This essay will further throw more light on dire need to explore the space.

Universe has reserved countless secrets and mysteries within itself for billions of years, which is yet to be unfolded. Despite years of scientific investigations and explorations, we are unable to make any major breakthrough in the field of astronomy. In order to reach out to any valuable data, we require major funding and investments on the behalf of the government. The principles of functioning of the universe can help us make our existence on Earth smoother. Moreover, space organizations provide immense employment opportunities and a platform to carry out research, especially for scientists, researchers and space enthusiasts.

The more we dig into the universe, the more we can ensure the survival of humankind. Future is unpredictable and human beings are vulnerable to any unfortunate catastrophe. One of the major concerns of scientists these days is to find a suitable planet for survival, with adequate living conditions and atmosphere, in the vast sea of celestial bodies. Numerous programs launched and money spent for this precious exploration is all worth it as it is all being held out to prevent extinction of homo sapiens in the future, in a situation of a natural calamity.

In conclusion, it is a fine practice to spend on space explorations and research programs as it brings us valuable information, beneficial for our own selves and our existence. It also opens the door for any future possibilities to accommodate another planet in a dire situation.

October 20, 2021 at 7:03 PM in reply to: Advantages/Disadvantages [Gap Year (Education)]

These days, it has become a significantly popular phenomenon for students, to take a gap year after finishing their schools and before starting off with tertiary education. Every situation has a set of benefits and drawbacks, and this essay shall further dive into more details.

While in school, a student has little time to focus on one’s well being and interests. Completing intermediate education and heading off straight to a university, is a huge upheaval that comes with a disrupted state of mind, that often leaves a person baffled, leaving one emotionally exhausted. This situation is often overlooked by many people. Therefore, taking a year off can allow one to focus on oneself, explore one’s interests and take a suitable decision for upcoming future. It provides sufficient time for one to ruminate and ponder over life, giving an opportunity to improve one’s mental well being. Some may also use this time to travel or gain relevant work experience in their field of interest, that they failed to do during school’s hectic lifestyle.

Along with the advantages, there are some obvious disadvantages as well, important to consider and emphasize. Taking an year off in the middle can sometimes disrupt the flow of education, leading to feelings of unsettlement and confusion about the future. It might become a demanding task to fall back into the same habit of studying, which got interrupted earlier. If the gap stretches to more than a year, for any reasons, it might become a considerable fault for one’s resume, leading to rejections while applying at jobs. Nonetheless, the student gets a year behind from his peers who might have got admitted into their respective universities, further causing feelings of inferiority and outcast.

In conclusion, just like any other thing, the phenomenon comes with a set of pros and cons, that a person needs consider and weigh in all the probabilities and conditions, before making a decision that suits and compliments one’s present status and future aspirations.

In the recent times, very less people are driven towards pursuing teaching as an occupation, especially in secondary schools. Unlike past, a lot of young people are no longer interested in becoming a teacher, one of the most valuable professions that paves way for other professions. This essay will throw light on some of the probable causes and solutions for the same.

Teaching is one of the most dignified and noble professions, as it nurture young minds and molds them into something great. Yet, it is not given the value and dignity it deserves. In a lot of countries, teaching remains to be one of the most underpaid jobs. Unfortunately, people frequently fail to realize the worth of teachers, resulting in teachers being heavily underpaid and many a the times, asked to do absurd activities, holding no relevance to their work. Teachers not being provided with the worth they deserve, discourages people and drives them away from it.

Teaching as a career, has lost its charm and in order to restore it, the government need to take tremendous steps. The net salary and worth needs to be increased, to make sure that teachers get paid what they deserve. Children, from a young age, need to be taught to respect their teachers and hold them in high regards. Furthermore, educators are ought to be provided with certain incentives and awards of appreciation, from time to time, for the precious contribution they are making towards the society.

In conclusion, educators need to be payed the due respect and consideration from every citizen of the country because if it wasn’t for them, we wouldn’t have been able to accomplish our dreams.

October 14, 2021 at 7:11 PM in reply to: Problem- Solution [Business]

A lot of businesses and corporates hold the opinion that the freshers who recently get graduated from universities often lack interpersonal skills, such as teamwork. In my opinion, this deficiency of skills occur due to several reasons such as lack of exposure and experience. This essay will reflect on some of the probable causes and solutions.

With the fast pace the world is moving today, one needs to posses certain essential life skills and expertise, in order to sail through life. However, in an education system that primarily focuses on grades and marks, rather than actual skills one possess, it becomes inevitable to escape the rat race. Several institutions, stuck in their old-school curriculum, fail to provide their students with crucial skills, relevant resources and adequate exposure of real life circumstances. Instead, these students are tossed into irrelevant activities that hold no value in real life, for instance, race for getting more marks in exams. Lack of practical knowledge and experience make these freshers feel out of place, once they step out of their institutions into the real life. Life demands life skills from them, such as resilience and teamwork, which they fail to provide, due to insufficient knowledge and exposure.

The lack of relevant skills and incompetence is not entirely the student’s fault. Their schools play a primary role in incorporating these skills in their students, by exposing them to the real world situations. A lot of knowledge and information, that people gather from their schools, is of no relevance in the real world. So it becomes significantly essential for these institutions to update their curriculum in accordance with relevant skills and practical knowledge. Even though it reflects schools’ incompetency when they are not able to provide their students with efficient resources, students cannot entirely rely on them and go complacent. They need to take the hold of their situation and work towards getting skilled and competent.

In conclusion, it is entirely true that the people these days lack relevant skills such teamwork as they freshly get graduated, which more or less, reflects the inefficiency of college degrees. The education system needs some serious reforms in order to take out the best from them and equip them with necessary skills.

October 13, 2021 at 9:36 PM in reply to: Double Question [Shopping]

These days, it has become increasingly popular to go for shopping in one’s spare time. This phenomenon brings with itself, a set of benefits and drawbacks, as argued by some people. Shopping has become profoundly popular among the young generation. This essay will look at some of the possible causes and it’s impact on individuals and society.

Shopping, which was seen as a laborious activity specifically done when required, has now become a recreational activity. A considerable amount of people look at shopping as some sort of stress reliever, leisure activity instead of a necessity. In fact, a study shows that shopping leads to release of certain chemicals in your brain that significantly boosts your mood, thus getting more inclined towards shopping. Shopping has become prevalently popular with the commencement of several schemes and campaigns, launched by several online shopping platforms, in order to attract costumers. Costumers can take benefits of these schemes at the comfort of their homes, allowing them to purchase their preferable products at reasonable prices with maximum profits to both the company and costumers.

While shopping can be used as a reliable source of stress reliever if done within limits, it surely has downsides if done beyond the limit.

Comfort and convenience of online shopping platforms has resulted in much more inclination towards unnecessary shopping, where people often get tempted to purchase products they don’t need, resulting in unnecessary expenses. In the long run, this is an undesirable situation where one spends much more they can afford to. On the contrary, increasing popularity of shopping is extremely beneficial for the shopping stores and online shopping platforms, who are profited by increase in sales. Purchasing products is also beneficial for the country’s economy as it keeps the money flowing, which increases the overall GDP of a nation. The more the demand for products, the more will be the generation of products. And the more the generation of services and products, the more will be the GDP of the nation, thus resulting in greater economy.

In conclusion, shopping can certainly be seen as a fruitful activity for everyone, if one beings mindful of their spending. A good market keeps the money flowing and boosts the economy of the country.

These days, a lot of young adults prefer and continue to reside with their parents, even after having finished with their education and found suitable jobs, in some countries. In my opinion, just like any other phenomenon, this comes with it’s own set of benefits and drawbacks, with drawbacks being comparatively insignificant and minute, and advantages completely outweighing the disadvantages.

To begin with, in a lot of South Asian countries, it has been a prevalent tradition to continue to stay with your parents even after settling in your career and lives. This tradition roots from the profound feelings of respect, affection and gratitude that people tend to have towards their parents. Parents, having been experienced and matured through life, have profound and wise insights about life, that young adults are yet to incorporate in themselves. Therefore, having your parents by your side, it becomes significantly smoother to sail through life. You can turn to your parents during the difficult times and hardships of life, and can be ensured to be provided with unconditional love, soothing solace, valuable support and auspicious blessings of your parents. Parents are significantly responsible to incorporate essential moral values and life skills, that they have acquired during their course of life, in young adults who are often vulnerable to fall into wrong activities . It also feels extremely satisfactory to serve your parents in their old age, an essential responsibility that young adults are required to fulfil, as it feels morally unethical to leave your old parents to suffer alone.

Having said that, the disadvantages are comparatively small, but important to emphasize. Always being under the shadow of one’s parents, can prove to be quite detrimental for the personal growth and maturity of some people as they might not able to take up the usual responsibilities and duties, that they would have, had they been living on their own. Living with your parents can sometimes also hamper your privacy and personal space, which is of great importance for many adults. It might not always be possible to look after your parents, due to financial constraints or other personal limitations.

In conclusion, living with your parents comes up with a set of advantages and disadvantages, but the unconditional love and affection that the parents possess towards their children, makes the disadvantages seem less significant The advantages of having your parents by your side completely outweigh the disadvantages, as it is both ethically and personally the right move to look after your parents in their times of need.

October 8, 2021 at 4:44 PM in reply to: Discuss Both Views [Decision Making in Businesses]

Some people hold the opinion that only the workers holding senior positions should have the right to take decisions in a business, whereas, on the other hand, others are firm believers of the fact that other employees should be a part of making decisions as well. In my opinion, both the stances have their own set of repercussions and this essay will discuss about the same.

Leading and running a business requires one to have a certain level of expertise to ensure the smooth run and positive outcomes in the long run. Although mistakes provide you a lesson and experience, which is beneficial in long term, a business cannot afford constant unnecessary mistakes or it might prove to be be blunder for the company. Therefore, when it comes to making essential decisions for the company, we often expect the seniors in the leadership roles to make the necessary decisions, keeping in mind the profit of the company, as these seniors, owing to the experience and knowledge they possess in a particular field, are more likely to make a desirable decision than someone who is still a rookie. As a result, the seniors might be considered the only preferable people to be allowed to take important decisions.

On the other hand, another fact to be kept in mind is that a company possess other employees as well, who are putting as much efforts in a company, as a senior does, or sometimes even more. So it feels fair to involve them equally into the decision making process as well. Even though they might not have the same level of expertise and experience as a senior does, but having more people can bring more ideas, opinions and solutions, resulting into a better decision perhaps. Having the opinions of other colleagues can let you come up with more diverse ideas as these people have their fair share of knowledge too.

Having mentioned both the stances, in my opinion, it is a better idea to involve other suitable employees in the decision making process as well, along with the seniors as it is very natural for even highly skilled and experienced people to commit mistakes too, in certain circumstances, so it might be a fruitful idea to involve the minds and intellect of other employees as well, which can certainly lead to a profitable decision for the company.

Some people tend to perform poor in their schools, but in real world, they end up achieving all the success and riches of life. According to me, there is no hard and fast rule for success in life. One’s grades in school, does not determine the real potential the person possess. The more the person’s desire for success is, the closer he is to his destination.

Every human being has got a distinctive meaning of success. For some, it might be money and fame, while for some it might be a cozy family and a peaceful life. School teaches you a limited curriculum, while the real life throws indefinite obstacles and hurdles on your way, drenching you of your sanity and motivation. While the school teaches you how to pass your tests, it fails to teach you how to handle and overcome your failures. Now the person who manages to go past these stumbling blocks of life, is the one who gets to taste success.

There are numerous characteristics a person needs to possess, for instance resilience and prowess, to become successful in life. But unfortunately, schools fail miserably when it comes to delivering these qualities in their students. While many schools are still following the age old curriculums, the students often are compelled to learn these essential life skills on their own with experience. However, not everyone is built strong enough to break the shackles of life. Hence, not everyone gets to get successful.

With the growing technology and competition, if you are not fast paced enough and meet the level of expertise others possess, you will be left far behind in the race of success. Schools, unfortunately, are not capable enough of equipping the students with accurate skills needed for the market. Schools often miss out on teaching important skills to the students like knowledge of managing finances, tolerance for failures, managing relationships and a lot more.

However bad your grades might be, if you are exceptionally skilled for your field, resilient enough to handle your failures and have the power to stand up again once you fall , you are always leading ahead of those with good grades.

Walking associates a lot of health benefits with it and can prove to be really advantageous to health if done on a regular basis. However, despite the obvious health benefits, very few people resort to walking these days. One could consider a lot of reasons behind the fading popularity of walking, including lack of time and motivation, and this essay will curate some of the possible causes along with the solutions to the same.

In today’s competitive world, we seem to have arrived in a situation, where the world is advancing at an ever increasing pace, people are busy progressing in their careers and accomplishing their materialistic needs and health has taken a backseat. As a result, people are paying lesser and lesser time to their health than they ideally should. Lack of time, motivation and awareness has led them to drift apart from health beneficial activities such as walking. People find more pleasure in accomplishing their materialistic desires than spending time on their health, and walking seems to be an impossible task for such people.

Another point worth mentioning is, increasing levels of pollution, which tends to demotivate people to walk, even if they are willing to do so. Walking in a degraded environment with harmful gases around, tends to do more harm than good. As a result, many health conscious people, prefer to resort to indoor exercises. Degrading condition and lack of proper roads, footpaths and parks could also be considered as one of the causes, as it prevents people from walking peacefully in a suitable environment.

To get more people to walk, one needs to make several amendments, including improvement in pollution and infrastructure. Walking in a polluted environment associates a lot of negative effects with it, therefore it is necessary for the government to ponder over the fact and make some serious changes like reducing the number of vehicles on road, supervising the activities of factories and prohibiting them from dumping their chemical wastes into the environment, etc. Furthermore, people need to be made aware of importance of health and walking. Government needs to come up with health schemes, awaring people about health benefits associated with walking. A considerable amount of time should be given in improving the infrastructure, allowing people to walk, who are willing to walk.

Moreover, people need to realize the fact that the better their health is, the more pleasurable their lives will be. If everyone starts considering their health on priority basis, they themselves will indulge in fruitful activities like walking.

Some people hold the opinion that children’s mindset and behavior gets impacted by what they watch on the television. On the other hand, some believe that the amount of time spent on watching television has a major impact on them. Both the opinions are correct in my view and this essay will further enlighten the view points.

People get influenced by what they see and perceive. With the advancement of technology, televisions have become a prominent and fascinating source of entertainment, especially for children, who can be found spending most of their leisure time, watching their favorite shows on television. As a result, the shows and characters can have a significant influence on children’s naive minds. They might develop some of the traits of their favorite characters, could be negative or positive, resulting in problematic outcomes. For instance, some years ago, it was reported by a lot of concerned parents that their children were getting influenced by a cartoon character ‘Shinchan’ who seemed to have a problematic personality, resulting in ban and censorship of the cartoon in a lot of countries. This is one aspect on how television can have adverse effects on children.

On the other hand, spending more time on watching television than required, can also lead to drastic effects, including health and behavioral issues. Spending greater times on TV can lead to eye strain due to harmful radiations emitted by the TV screens, which is one aspect. If not provisioned, they might access problematic shows, not meant for their age, having adverse effects on their minds. Children should be prohibited from spending too much time on televisions, as this might lead them to getting addicted to TVs, affecting their studies, health and mind. The more they will spend time on television, the more they will drift apart from their personal life.

Televisions are one of the greatest inventions of mankind and an excellent source of entertainment. But having too much of anything, can lead to degrading effects, especially for young minds. Therefore, children need to be supervised and taken care of, when it comes to what and for how long they are watching television, to prevent any sort of negative outcome.

In today’s pacing world, more and more people are inclining towards junk food and ready-made meals instead of healthy, balanced meals. Health, having taken a backseat, while comfort, being given more importance, fast food seems to be a bliss for a lot of people, especially the working class. However, despite the advantages, in my opinion, the disadvantages outweigh them.

As the world is advancing, people seem to be so engrossed in their careers and lives, that health often becomes a not-so-important issue for many, resulting in growing inclination towards fast food. Easy availability of affordable ready-made meals feels like heaven for the working professionals as they have little time to prepare healthy meals. With more options and less efforts, they can get access to delicious meals, further driving away their urge to even learn to prepare home-cooked meals. This is not just comfortable, but also saves their time and energy, which they can put into productive work.

However, this “comfort” cannot suffice the fact that the disadvantages that fast food propose, are much more as the continuous consumption of junk food leads to numerous health issues, for instance, obesity. The comfort of fast food leads to laziness and complacency among the masses, degrading their mental and physical health. A healthy and balanced diet containing all the nutrients is essential for proper functioning of mind and body, something with which cannot be sufficed by fast food. Availability of ready made meals makes people drift apart from learning to cook home cooked traditional meals. This not just makes them dependent on others, but also forget their cultures and traditions.

Therefore, I would like to conclude with the fact the no amount of comfort of fast food can replace the benefits of healthy home-cooked meals rich in nutrients. Hence, disadvantages of fast food outweigh the advantages.

Due to a surge in population, a lot of countries are facing problems in curbing the situation and need more homes. The main issue is to whether these homes be constructed in existing cities or new towns be built in the countryside? In my opinion, the government should do adequate planning and continue to build new homes in the existing cities to curb the population.

World population is growing at a tremendous rate, resulting into numerous issues such as lack of resources and shelter. It is the government’s responsibility to make sure that it’s citizens have basic resources and shelter provided to them. To build homes in a new town, government will require adequate land and a plethora of resources to develop a full- fledged town, thus putting a strain on environment. Building new towns can lead to running out of agricultural land and flora and fauna. New towns will have to be equipped will all sorts of facilities, such as schools and hospitals, which can prove to be a great task for government, resulting into over- exploitation of resources which can be degrading for the environment.

In the cities, there is a lot of arable land which is left for rotting due to improper planning. With correct measures, government can rightfully use these lands to build new homes. This would not only curb government from over exploiting resources but would also be beneficial for the people, as being in the city, they can easily access all the facilities and benefits of a city. People would not require to leave their friends or families to shift to a new town or commute large distances to travel to cities for their work or other important stuff.

Therefore, it would be plausible to utilize the existing cities to their maximum extents to provide shelter to the population.

Some people hold the opinion that adolescents should pay attention to all the subjects taught at school. On the other hand, some people believe that adolescents should only focus on subject that lie in their interest area. I agree with the former statement as students need to be taught all the subjects so they can form a basic understanding in each subject which is crucial for the choices they make in future.

A child develops most of his basic understandings and ideologies from what he is taught at school. Therefore, it is necessary that a child is given ample exposure in each subject so as to decide where his interest lies in. Children are often double-minded whether they want to pursue a career in a particular subject or not. If they don’t have a basic understanding in all areas and subjects, how will they be able to make a correct choice about the subject they want to pursue in future?

If a child solely focuses on one particular subject, leaving other important subjects behind, he will not gain any practical or theoretical knowledge in those subjects, thus losing opportunities in future. Every subject is crucial and offers something to learn, be it practical or theoretical, and to be able to make right choices for oneself in the future, it is crucial to have knowledge about all the subjects taught in school.

Therefore, I am a firm believer of the fact that for quality education, it is essential to focus on all the subjects, thus saving oneself from future regret of not opting for the right career.
